Excellent customer service.

Dirty hotel. No individually controlled AC in rooms. I was provided a fan and told they were upgrading the system next year. Tall gentleman at front desk did not even greet us when we approached for check-in. Poorly run and mismanaged.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Pool is lovely and a comfortable temperature (not too cold!) - just note it is open 9am-9pm.

Hotel felt old and outdated. Didn’t feel welcoming. We had called before we made the reservation to ensure that they had an airport shuttle, and the gentleman told us the hours and said no problem. Upon arrival, the agent was very irritated that we hadn’t made arrangements ahead of time. Would not stay here again.

We actually had a bad experience there. The bathtub was clogged up. There was no body wash and they took a long time to take care of issues they came twice and problem was not resolved

the breakfast was ok, location too it was very dirty; the bathroom had extremely filthy corners, the bathtub was filthy..the sheets were dingy. there was no fan inthe bathroom, and the mirrors remained fogged up for a long time after a shower.

good When I arrived the heat wasn't working. The heat worked on and off for 3 days. The heater ran constantly blowing cold air for the first 3 nights. Zachary Caza was made aware of the problem. Shuttle ride was quick and simple

Doubletree was a port in the storm. Our flight was delayed, then cancelled. So we were 10pm at the airport looking for a place to stay. The shuttle was wonderful, the drivers were so helpful too!

Pool and hot tub were nice Breakfast was amazing Check in and out were easy Security deposit charged to me without knowing. Room and elevator were so far away. Bed was not very comfortable

The doors do not shut lock unless you push it super hard. the ac are no good you have to constantly fight with the thermostat if you want the AC rarely any cold air comes out, I like the breakfast however I don’t like the staff constantly following people around as if they were doing something I wasnt supposed to be. I asked for a cup the staff said I could use it for fruit,I did. Then I asked for a cup for juice and it was like she did not want to give me another one. Also my 3 year old put soap on her body and it completely burned her, very horrific experience as a mom. Overall I don’t think I will be going back.

The sheet on the bed had holes in it. I tried calling the front desk three times. No one answered. I finally went down and they quickly changed the sheets.

Breakfast is very good- I like the various things offered. The facilities are plentiful and staff are friendly. No shower cap provided.

Alittle pricey

Perfect stay. Only one complaint i have is the beds could be better. The bedding was not soft, the pillows too flat and the bed itself too hard. The hotel, staff, amenities, parking and cleanliness were all great. Didnt try the breakfast.

Airport shuttle was so nice to have - it does take about 15 minutes to the airport, so that needs to be factored in. All in all, a fine overnight and no real issues.

Loved the pool.

Breakfast was very good - omelet station! The bar food was also very good. AC wasn’t strong - room was a bit warm the furniture/doors were a bit dated and dinged, and the windows were super dirty. Overall a good experience.

Clean lobby but late overpriced breakfast, overworked but extremely nice kitchen staff. Should be free with no friction of point of sale. A Lack of fresh (less than 6hr old) coffee in general lobby at 6:15AM - very unacceptable for the stars or price awarded on Google map. Bad review will not recommend!! Price 2x too much in area comps for room and breakfast, never staying again!

The room door wouldn't close when we arrived. Although we weren't happy to have to drag all our luggage back downstairs to the desk, the staff was super kind and gave us a new room immediately. Maintenance was on it right away. No complaints!

Renovations were very nice. Gym facility is a plus. Never cleaned our room. They were right outside our door when we left in morning. No breakfast. For the money there should be at least something to grab and go like fruit, yogurt or hot cereal.

The rooms are dated but clean. The beds were very comfortable and had the best pillows I have ever had in a hotel!We were next to the elevator but it was very quiet. We did not have time for breakfast but enjoyed the delicious coffee and chocolate chip cookies from the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was pleasant and smooth, super friendly. The room was clean and well stocked with everything you need. You get a lot of quiet time. Me and my boyfriend loved the pillows so much we slept wonderful. Definitely will be back.

The staff at the front desk was lovely, and the driver of the airport shuttle was also very friendly. While I would expect a more seamless check in in the future as well as a clean room from top to bottom, I was still happy with my experience and would stay at the hotel again.

Terrible nights sleep. Room 350. Right off the elevator, 3rd floor, there was literally a streetlight outside the window that I could have reached out and touched, another parking lot light another stones throw away, this room was 10 paces from the elevator and elevator ducting. The room was also above an exterior entrance. It actually felt like I was sleeping at a rest stop. I have had better sleeps at a rest stop. Why was I given this room without a discount or explanation?

Room was large, clean, and neat; had everything you would need. Heating worked well and pillows were great. Would come back for the comfortable bed and warm cookies any time!

The only thing I was surprised about was checking in - person in front of me was offered cookies and I was basically handed my room key.

3 star at best. Property was good looking, and in a safe area; however, my room was not that great looking. Limited towels, no blankets, fan in the bathroom wasn't working, shower curtain was absolutely discussing and tub wasn't draining at all. Also, temp in the room wasn't individually regulated. Fan was setup and blowing non stop all night… it was noisy and I couldn’t sleep. It was also way too cold without any ability to adj temp! I ended up putting flannel shirt and fleece pants i wore during my travel bcuz it was absolutely freezing. King size wasn't that much of a use either… since the only blanket in the room was really thin and I was freezing, I ended up folding blanket that was more like a sheet in half to make it thicker which left me with comfort of a twin bed. General facilities of the property look really really nice; however, my room was just crap. Giving it 3 stars would be a huge stretch.

The lady in the breakfast area was a little rude I didn’t want breakfast but I did have a voucher for breakfast I just wanted coffee it was her delivery toward me was so rude point to the other side saying well the coffee is over there on the other side very rude so I didn’t eat breakfast my whole 4days being there beside that the hotel was safe and nice and the other staff was so friendly and welcoming

Staff was not very engaging, but the hotel was cleaned and served well for the nights we were there.

The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. We found an empty French fries package on the floor near the TV. The toilet paper had already been used, and the pool water was too cold. It didn’t turn out as expected.

NOT as advertised AT ALL! Looks like a mix between a motel 6 and a run down nursing home. Smells like it too. Lobby is the only “nice” part!

Property is old and filthy! Rooms stink,hallways stink, furniture is run down. Windows are filthy. Would not recommend and Expedia should not have it on website!

The first employee who checked me in didn’t offer me a Double Tree complimentary cookie. I appreciate the other employee who was kind enough to give a cookie and a water. The first employee also put me on the very last floor of the hotel where I believe no one stayed. The room was spacious but dated. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the toilet seat was not very clean.

Man at check-in did not listen to my request for a room near an elevator. I did go back after seeing how much walking there was ( we are seniors) and a woman was now there and helped immensely.

Location is convenient to the airport. Otherwise the rooms and furnishings are old, worn and tired, overdue for a refresh. Room did not appear to be particularly clean. I will not stay here again.

The only negative was the tub drain was a little slow when taking a shower. Everything else was very nice.

We were not given our breakfast vouchers upon arrival and had to ask for them in the morning. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan which I think is weird. Some parts of the hotel seem dated but in all it is a nice place. Great breakfast!

We were only at the hotel briefly (as a stop en route home from Cooperstown to Mpls) but we were able to enjoy the amenities (hot tub) and the little convenience store; also, staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was great but they were understaffed.

The hotel is showing signs if wear and tear. I found someone else's hair in my bedsheets. Overall okay, but expensive for what we got.

We stayed at this location just for one night. Check-in was smooth, staff were helpful, and airport shuttle was convenient. Overall had a very good experience at this hotel.

The outdoor area was dirty, unkept, the landscaping was overgrown. The interior of building was dirty.

Room had spiderwebs in the corner and the mini fridge was just about useless, as it was too mini to store anything but a few bottles of water. The only good thing was the pool, which my kids enjoyed. Dinner was alright, but over priced.

Bed mattress was uneven, I rolled while sleeping, towards the nightstand. The bathroom didn’t have a vent. No housekeeping.

Lets just say this hotel was not what we expected. It was overall dirty and basic. When we walked into our room to inspect it, we turned on the bathroom light and there was a giant centipede on the shower wall. The room was extremely basic and outdated. After seeing that bug we were quite disgusted and ended up leaving a day early. When we went to check out the man at the desk was very rude and short. Hope this helps. Also the area surrounding the hotel was run down.

We appreciated the ease of requesting an early check in. When requesting the airport shuttle for the next morning, the staff was quick to schedule it. Our driver was prompt & friendly.

Very Humidity on the bed Smells no good

Pool was way overcrowded..footballs flying around with no supervision.. Breakfast wasnt free which surprised us..My 12 year old and i had a couple pieces of fruit and a drink and we got a bill for $42.. Everywhere we stay breakfast bar is always complimentary..At over $200 a night it should be.. Bar and bartenders were excellent.. Food we had off the menu at the hotel wasn't great..Burnt pizza ..Location was safe and nice.. All the workers and staff were super nice and friendly ..

The room was rather dirty and had lots of mosquitos in it. The air-conditioning did not work. Could not get the room below 74 degrees. There was no free breakfast. It was a wheelchair accessible room, which I guess we could have accidentally picked, and the bathroom and shower were all one floor with a drain in the middle and water from the shower flowed under the shower curtain and all over the bathroom.

Wonderful property and pretty quiet. Love the pool amenity for the kids. Check in wasn’t the greatest. Usually when I’ve checked in the last, they provide how to get to the room, where we can park, what room number we’re in, and if there were any other questions. I had to open the key card to see what room we’re in. She simply was straight to the point of my name, ID, credit card, and told me i was done. I had to come back and inquire where i could park and what outside door leads me to the room.

3 nights stay for graduation at Syracuse. Water tub was dirty, cold and hot switches were swapped, had to pass hot water to get to cold. Tub had water drain issues. A shower would leave tub half filled. Window curtain was damaged, had a hole. Bedspread had wrinkles. For $400 a night you expect something better!

Great stay. We arrived early and our room was ready. The pool and other amenities were excellent. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The hotel is basically a convention center. There were several meetings and events that made the lobby very crowded. The breakfast area an overcrowded and the cost wasn’t worth it. The bar didn’t open until 5:00 and with all the events and meetings it was impossible to enjoy the restaurant/bar.

Nice quiet hotel

The front desk did not communication with housekeeping and our stay was interrupted 3 times by the housekeeping staff. When I went to the frontdesk to complain they offered to do nothing for the frist two interruptions. On the third interuption when I asked if they can offer me antyhing for the housekeeping walking in our room while it was occupied even though the do not disturb sign was on the door, they said they would give me a few points in which I never received.
