Location was very convenient, just a minute off I75. The on-duty clerk was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was amazing, very very clean. It reminded me of a tiny house with everything I would need to live! The breakfast eggs were too wet and runny, gravy had a weird gummy texture (this is coming from someone who routinely makes sausage gravy from scratch), and I would have liked a meat choice such as a sausage patty. Breakfast isn't a big deal to me, so it wouldn't impact my decision to stay here again (at all).

We stayed here as a halfway point on our way to the gulf coast. The room was very clean, the property was beautiful with nice outdoor and indoor sitting areas and amenities. We appreciated having the kitchenette. I loved the mimosa trees near the parking lot. The person who checked us in was nice and friendly. The view from our room was nice and the building is in a quiet location. Our one complaint was the people in the room above us walked very heavily and we heard between 1:00-2:00 in the morning, constantly walking back and forth. My husband and I didn’t sleep very well because of this but that was out of the hotel’s control. We would stay at this location again.

Nice room with small stovetop, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and even cookware and dishes/utensils. Wine glasses and silverware, everything you need. Quiet property away from busy intersections with a gorgeous sunrise/sunset view. Kid friendly, nice lounge area outside with a fire pit and grill.

Found this hotel very lean, new and loaded with amenities! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at an overnight hotel. The room also was set up for a longer stay. All staff were very welcoming!

This was my second stay in about 6 weeks. Breakfast options are great--eggs, bacon/sausage patties, oatmeal, waffles, pastries, fresh fruit.. With a late arrival, parking was full except for three EV charging spots so they allowed me to use one spot. I took the one which seemed to be out of order. The room had a modern, functional layout.

This hotel was very nice, clean and updated. My husband is hearing impaired and the TV actually had the connection port (optic out) for his hearing device streamer. We could also access the back of the TV. because it was on an arm so it could be moved in different directions. The only complaint I have is that one reason I rented this room was because of onsite EV charging stations. However, they did not work correctly. Charging was much slower than it should have been. I charged 6 miles in 3 hours at a cost of around $10. At that rate I would have paid a lot of money for very little charge if I used it. Staff were very helpful for everything but the chargers and they had no one to help fix that situation. Even with the charger issue, I would still stay here again. Luckily there was a super charger nearby for me to use.

Calm, comfortable, and quiet. We stayed on our way back from a Florida road trip, and the accommodations were the perfect size for us.

Beds awful, you can hear the people above you walking half the night and early morning. Shower was not good, and staff wasn’t friendly. Won’t be back.

My only criticism would be the cheap paper towel holder and the trash can for a kitchen is way too small.

That said, this establishment is where dogs take their owners on vacation. I am a dog owner Who simply chooses not to take my dog on overnights.i not take issue with people that do.

The hotel is spotless, very clean, and everything feels new. The staff is pleasant and helpful. However, the breakfast was not very well stocked and there were too many people.

Cons: ICE vehicles parked in EV charging spots, so we couldn't charge. Paid extra for a "mountain view" that left much to be desired. Not much water pressure in shower.

The property was clean and it was easy to find a parking spot. I liked that the hotel was on the side of a hill, so it was separated from other places. I felt like the care was safe. The room was awesome! It seemed like we had more space than normal and our room had a microwave and fridge! It was clean, like the rest of the hotel, and my husband said the shower was great! There were typical offerings for breakfast. The waffles are always a highlight with the kids and I appreciate the offering of proteins and yogurt toppings! Overall, I think this was a great stop! It was a bargain for the price and I would definitely stay here again!

The room is very clean, the design is nice and well thought out. I liked that there's a kitchenette with supplies. Breakfast has many options some not commonly found in most hotels. Staff was friendly. However, I was a bit confused by the two bottles of body wash provided, as there's no shampoo. Overall, I would rate the experience excellent. We stayed at the Chattanooga location.

The kitchenette would be wonderful for longer stays. 2 burner electric stove top, small dishwasher, fridge,microwave & all the pots/pans, silverware, real glassware, plates supplied. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Hot egg choices, sausage, make your own waffles with lots of topping choices. Cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs. Instant oatmeal varieties with about 10 different toppings to add. Juices. Coffee, milk. Hotel is in a quiet area literally feet from the state line. Convenient off the interstate. Staff was friendly. Check in easy.

Breakfast was better than most, the bed was better than most, there was ALWAYS hot coffee and ice water available, and although I had to stay on the first floor while the hotel was packed with very loud teenagers, the room did have a bit of a foyer with a separate door which helped to mitigate the noise. Highly recommend

Had high hopes due to other reviews. Studio suite fell far short of expectations. “Sofa bed” is not meant for any human to sleep on. Horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best, with overcooked eggs and pancakes that tasted like they were straight from the microwave. Overall a clean facility with friendly staff. But we will look for other options for our next weekend trip.

I have been to many hotels, and I have to say this is one of my favorite. I like the location up on a hill. It was very clean and all the staff was very nice and helpful. The room size is larger than the typical hotel rooms, which is nice. They didn’t feel so cluttered. Also, the breakfast is much better than the typical continental breakfast. We loved the bagel with bagel egg topping. Would definitely stay here again.

Door was locked when we arrived tired after long flight and the buzzer wasnt working and nobody answers phone. Waited for 15 mins in vestibule.

Our room was on the ground floor. The doors of the rooms near ours woke us up every time someone used one. So loud. Breakfast was okay but they stopped providing eggs 15 minutes before breakfast ended so we dis. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly. The location was not convenient for me. The hotels was pretty clean, but did see a spider in the bathtub.

This stay was wonderful. It was in a great location near lots of restaurants and attractions. The room was superb. It was super clean and comfortable.

The property seemed newly built and fresh. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was large. The only minor issue was upon check in when the clerk gave no helpful info as to where the room was, the best area in which to park for easy access to the room, and the time of breakfast service. However, that didn’t affect the quality of the room or hotel!

Wow!! We stay in Chattanooga a couple times a year and have struggled to find the right place. Finally found it!! Gorgeous spot - not far off 75 so convenient. Sparkling clean! Room is huge and has evening we needed. Front desk staff was wonderful. This will be our place we stay from now on!

I was on a road trip. This was an extremely clean and quiet, safe small hotel not super elaborate not a big bunch of fancy stuff but every single thing you need when traveling the staff was outstanding. I’m serious outstanding I would give them five stars if I could, that’s how polite kind and conscientious of their clients checking in as anywhere I’ve stayed in the United States. I have been in 40 states this was a very good hotel, especially for the reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again.

Towneplace Suites in Chattanooga, (East Ridge)Tennessee, is absolutely wonderful.! It was packed with extras that most hotels don't offer. A very large refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher with everything you would need to cook a meal and eat in your room. Of course, they have a swimming pool, and a very nice gym, but I was really impressed with the fire pit with ample seating for everybody to enjoy. There is also a free breakfast and it was really good. I love fresh waffles and certain toppings. They had so many toppings to choose from. Also a good variety of different things to choose from. There was fresh coffee,tea and cocoa any time of day. The staff was great! Extremely nice and helpful. It is a pet friendly hotel and we were really impressed with the free dog treats. N

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We got a suite that was huge and had everything we would need for an extended stay, though we were just passing through. I would definitely stay here again... Value for money is off the charts. Beds were a little stiff, but that's more a personal taste. Breakfast was awesome.

This hotel was amazing. I couldn't find something wrong if i tried. It was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was massive for a hotel room. Little kitchen, fridge, pots and pans. The TV had great options of things to watch. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Most of all, the staff were all exceptionally pleasant and very helpful when we asked about things in the area. I would stay here if i ever come back to the area.

A suggestion - As overseas guests, we’re always surprised by the widespread use of plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast. They’re unpleasant to use and a wasteful economy. Why not consider employing staff to clear, wash, and replenish proper dishes and cutlery? It would significantly enhance the overall dining experience and give people jobs.

The cleanliness of room was immaculate. Comfort of bed was also good and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Best stay in a hotel for us in a very long time. If we ever return to Chattanooga, we would definitely stay there again.
