The biggest issue was the bed, which was extremely firm and uncomfortable. A good night's sleep is one of the main reasons for booking a hotel, and I struggled to get comfortable throughout my stay. What made the experience even more frustrating was a problem with my late checkout request. The day before departure, I spoke with a front desk employee and specifically requested a late checkout for the following day. She told me it had been approved. However, on checkout day, we were informed that we did not have a late checkout and were unexpectedly rushed to leave the room. This was particularly inconvenient because my boyfriend had recently undergone an appendectomy, which was the reason I requested the late checkout in the first place. Had I known the request wasn't actually confirmed, I could have made other arrangements. The staff I interacted with were polite, but the lack of communication and follow-through created unnecessary stress during an already challenging situation. Overall, the uncomfortable bed and checkout confusion left me disappointed with what should have been a straightforward stay.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good and set up in a very pleasant clean area. Definetely appreciated the ample parking free space. There are a few restaurant a few minutes walk. The desk personnel could be a little more kind with elder customers.

The star rating on this hotel needs to be changed! Everything was very clean and it looked like it had been newly redocrated -- I saw zero signs of wear and tear. This includes my room and the hotel itself. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very nice, and I even used the jacuzzi, which was also great. There was also and indoor pool and an exercise room, but I didn't use those. There was a small private patio between the breakfast room and pool/jacuzzi room that was the best place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or drip off before going back to the room. It had a brick partition so you had privacy from the parking lot and could only see the trees. The staff was friendly and I stayed 3 nights and had breakfast each day, which was nice. One morning I was in a rush and they had multiple "grab and go" things I could take with me like yogurt, fruit, bagel, even granola bars and cartons of milk. Great experience! I can't think of anything except I'd prefer to have some vending machines near the ice machine. I didn't love that I had to go to the lobby to get a drink or snack and wait for the front desk clerk. They were very nice, it just seemed like a vending machine would have been more convenient for both of us.

It’s not a fancy hotel by any means. But it is clean, and that is what’s most important to me. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good! Perfect one night stay for us while in town.

The AC/heating unit was not operational. It was not properly responsing to either the thermostat controls on the wall or controls on the unit itself. I could not sleep, woke up in the middle of the night due to a very dry air and had to change the room.

The room was perfect and clean and big. When they say handicapped accessible they mean it. Even the beds were an appropriate height to meet the needs of the person with us that needed the handicapped accessible features. The pool was clean and warm also. We will definitely be staying here again.

Parking was safe, free and easy. Location was easy to find and had restaurants and shops nearby. The free breakfast was usual fare, but the breakfast staff, especially Connie, were wonderful. My sausage biscuit was lukewarm; I added some shredded cheese and Connie helped me warm it up. The staff continued to refill breakfast items until about 15" before breakfast ended. Many other hotels stop refilling 30-45" before breakfast closes. Also, they had 100% orange juice in addition to the 10% juice mixes.

Having an option for milk would be nice for lactose intolerance. Almond milk is a good option. Also the toilet paper holder in room 202 is loose and turns.

Needed to book two different rooms. When I booked they were both available. I had 6 adults who needed to sleep. The hotels.com app does not let you select two different types of rooms, so I had to book each one separately. Both were avsiabke. I booked one and 1 minute later went to book the second and it was not available. I called the hotel and basically got too bad so sad. Can’t help you. I booked two rooms with another hotel and it was great. Still waiting for hotels.com to respond to me. I’ve been a long time customer and I am frustrated.

I was charged twice for my room. I had my Expedia reservation, and I was also charged full price for a room through Fairfield. When I approached the manager, because we were considering extending… She basically told me that there wasn’t anything she could help me with. So now I have two charges for the same room on the same day.

Only good thing about this property is the Tesla super charger across the street. I stayed at townplace sister property down the road and it was cheaper and much better. They would barely stock and food on the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is a hidden gem. Although there was road work during our stay, we really liked there is a Cracker Barrel across the street you can walk to. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating.

The only small issue was the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but I would suggest offering a bit more variety. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The room was nice, overall okay. We were given a room at the very end of the first floor (probably because it was a dog friendly room), but the Wi-Fi did not like working in that location. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was semi updated. The bedding and pillows could’ve been better, but they were good. You could tell it was well cleaned, except for the ceilings and walls in the bathroom. Since they were tall, there was mold on the ceiling. And since there was dark wallpaper on the walls, you could only kinda tell it was dirty. Air conditioning and heater worked great for the room, and shower pressure was decent.

Everything was new and clean. The bed is comfortable, but got a bit sweaty due to the waterproof mattress cover? The hot tub was broken so we didn't get to try it. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

I picked this particular hotel for the hot tub & was told every day that the hot tub would be fixed the following day - I called before I booked specifically asking for the hot tub & they said nothing about it being broken - then after being there found out it was broke for over a week -

The room was very nice and roomy. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep because it sounded like furniture was being moved around. My family 3 rooms down heard all the racket also. The breakfast was good. I would have rated our stay excellent had it not been for all the noise after we went to bed.

We have to kill 3 roaches, we asked for new sheets they gave us pillowcases. If we did not have small children, we would’ve left, but it was in the middle of the night.

The construction on the road to the hotel makes it difficult to access.

The manager is wonderful! He even came out into the parking lot talking to us! This was a great place to stay! Marriott’s have Bibles in the rooms, thank you it’s much appreciated! The desk clerk tried to charge me for the room (paid online) & lost my request for highest floor, which is why I got 1st floor. I refused to pay more for a higher floor/different room. No parking problems & the room was nice & clean. Loved the walk in shower & the room had everything needed. But as 1st floor: couldn't open curtains cause of car lights & an hour of running people overhead. The breakfast buffet food was hot & plentiful. Will come back again.

Property was exceptionally clean! Myself and the entire group I checked on with felt the Guest Services person checking us in was unwelcoming and rude. The kiosk to check out the snacks wasnt working and she tried it a few times to get it working and then shrugged it off with no other solution.

It was clean. There was road work being done in the front of the property but that was not the fault of the hotel. The hotel was in a perfect area. We close to everything we wanted to do. Not much driving at all.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the attitude of the second desk clerk that dealt with our check in. The first clerk was very helpful and attentive, but she went off shift while we were waiting for our room to be cleaned so we could check in. When I asked the second clerk for an update on the status of our room at approximately 3:45, she responded with “ I just came on shift and I won’t know anything until they tell me.” I asked her if she would please check, but she repeated that she would have to wait until someone contacted her and let her know that the room was ready. She wasn’t rude, but she definitely didn’t care whether we got a room or not. We finally got in our room at 4:00. We had arrived at 2:30, but was told we would have to wait until 3:00 to check in.

Staff was very nice at our late at night check in. Only issue was that we have no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived in our room.

We stay here every time we drive to FL from Chicago. Always consistent -nice staff and great breakfast with some healthy options. There are at least 4 restaurants that are under a 7 minute walk and lots more to drive to. There’s a pool, workout room, whirlpool and they are pet friendly!! Great place!

We arrived and only got to sit for a few mins before going out but when we returned we discovered the air had no knobs to turn it on and the room was stuffy. We also discovered the plug did not work in the drain. The front desk staff also had attitude upon check in. Will not be staying here again. Oh and also, the lobby smells like dirty carpet.

Qe booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was out of order and the pool was too cold to swim in. The water in the shower was either scorching hot or cold. Gym was small and over crowded. Breakfast was okay.

I reserved a king size bed for the night. Staff came up after TV was acting up and couldn't get it working either. They offered me a different room and included a nice upgrade as well. Much appreciated!

This property was convenient, clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. It was quiet, giving us much needed rest between two long days on the road.

Great quick stay for our family

Overall, the hotel is clean, but could use some vacuming of the carpeting in the reception area. The bedding and room we stayed in was as clean as could be expected. No stains or random hair anywhere. The room we used was ADA compliant as requested for my husband's needs. The tub-shower combination had a bench that extended over the edge of the tub so that he could sit down and rotate into the tub. There were adequate handrails in the shower/tub area. Would recommend.

We arrived 1 hour before our check and they called us right before 3 to let us know our room was ready. Very happy with the staff and cleanliness.

Overall this was a great stay. The only negative was that I was looking for a hotel bar but was unable to find one.
