AWFUL. Everything broken down and in disarray. Some group rented ballroom and partied LOUDLY until well past 2 am. Advertising boasts “soundproofed rooms” and they are NOTTTT. I requested a room FAR from the action and was given one RIGHT ABOVE the ballroom with the thumping bass. When I went to the front desk at 1:30 am, I was told “oh well - they rented the room” and there was no recourse. There was no breakfast or other fixes offered.

Room clean, bed comfortable. Staff neither friendly (as many comments reported) nor unfriendly. Bar/restaurant was a popular place right in the lobby. We did not have time to access it. The indoor pool was scummy as reported by others and closed (for repairs?). We would not have had time to access this either on our short trip, but would have been disappointing if we had time. Coffee/water/tea bar with creamer options in lobby 24/7 which is nice. Also, there were snacks/meals for sale in a cold case that were reasonably priced ($6 for a ham/cheese/cracker tray that we thought would be closer to 12 in a hotel where things are often overpriced). Close to airport which was handy for an early morning flight departure. Often these days you pay for parking with nothing in exchange-no monitoring of the lot, no safety features. Here at least you received the protection of an arm gate security. Still hefty at 15 dollars each entry/departure fee, but not as bad as our son's hotel downtown which was 60 dollars a night. The activities we were in town for gave us 2.5 hours free between them, and we were exhausted from our two day turn around cross country trip. We would have returned for a nap, but didn't want to pay 15 dollars to sleep! Also, small curly hair on clean towel (ew) and shower did not drain. Our room was a few feet from the elevator, but noise was not a problem. Also room A/C was excellent - very important to me! Despite the issues, we would be willing to stay again.

The hotel is affordable and very convenient, especially being only seven minutes from the airport. The location makes travel easy, and the overall value is great for the price. The only improvement I would suggest is updating the property’s appearance, as some areas feel a bit out dated.

The staff at this hotel was very nice, however upon checking in one of our rooms was not ready. Once the room was ready we had to be escorted to the room due to a system outage causing a delay in us receiving our room keys. Once we got to the room it reeked of mildew along with strains in the carpet. We were transferred to another room which smelled like mildew as well but was visibly cleaner than the other room. We had to ask for toilet paper several times before it was finally given to us.

Everything was extremely overpriced, room service was not available yet I was charged a service fee ($10.80) for ordering food at the bar , this was in addition to the overly priced shrimp tacos and Ceasar salad. I was never informed of the additional service fee prior to it just showing up on my bill. I prefer to choose what I will pay for. I would have been served better going outside of the hotel for food. Also, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it had a hot tub- the hot tub did not work-highly disappointing. Highly. I would have liked to use the workout room but the air conditioning was out and it was very uncomfortably hot in the area so that was another disappointment.

They barely answer the phone, they answered once out of 7-8 times, they only clean your room after checkout, there was mold in the shower head, there was no ice and the WiFi didn’t work . They are severely under staffed .

We checked in and realized they gave us a double queen, when we originally booked a king, we brought it to the employee at the front desk's attention. She said "it was booked thru a third party i cant change it". I saw roaches in the room and in the bathroom. I would not recommend that specific location. The lobby is well maintained but the rooms are dated and the carpet smells funny.

Our shower had no water pressure, our bathroom sink was broken, parking was a disaster. We paid $15 for parking but were told three different ways to get out of the lot that didn’t work. So we ended up paying extra for parking just so we could leave the lot to do stuff. The only staff member who did their job well was the bar tender

The front desk day and night auditor were amazing, the property was clean, but tge hallway needed some fragrance spray. I loved how the room was super clean, but the shower wasn't enjoyable because the handle didn't function properly. I was also woken by the sanitation lady an hour before check-out asking if I was checking out. Other than those two issues, everything was fine.

If you have an early flight out, this is perfect. Nice, clean rooms and the airport shuttle has one other hotel stop on the way right to departures. Shuttles run every 30min. My only complaint is that the check in person said breakfast began at 6am and that was not true. The coffee to go was nice, though.

I had a king room with snacks and drinks included, did not have them. Paid for complimentary breakfast and was questioned multiple times by employees in the morning regarding it, when giving my room number should have been enough to look up the reservation. That wasn’t cool. Before I book the room, I called and asked was the hot tub in use they told me yes just to get there and it was out of order. I paid for insurance on my trip.

Everything was excellent. The only issues we had were the tiny towels at the pool.... and not many there and when we tried to reach the front desk by phone, no one answered. But these are minor issues. Over all for the price we paid for the room we were given excellent rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The shuttle driver was awesome as we were late getting to the airport. Parking was safe and secure.

The hotel was “okay” I could see some stains where the tv stand is on the rug and the halls. The hot tub wasn’t very hot. Breakfast also was okay, but to pay $20 per person it wasn’t worth that. My OJ was also watered down. They have a gate for the parking lot. Parking is an additional $15 a night which I didn’t know prior to booking. Getting out of the gate was challenging. There weren’t clear instructions to use the room key and where to place it. The staff was helpful though. They helped with the gate, got me a different juice when asked and I received more towels when I asked for them.

King bed with only 3 pillows. Went to the front desk around midnight to ask for another pillow and no one was there. Hard bed feels like sleeping on the floor as there was no mattress topper. Bath tub shower sliding while in the shower would not stay closed (floor wet as a result) Shower head weak water flow ( however shower was hot) Complimentary water bottle for Hilton honors one was already opened. Although my issue was not resolved, I was granted a refund by the manager the next day per my request.

The hotel itself was run down and very dirty. We went to use the hot tub and pool and the area was a complete disaster and found the hot tub to be dirty and ice cold. The front desk lady informed us it had been broken for weeks and no one thought to put a sign up or let the guests know. They put out a breakfast buffet in the lobby and once I had a full plate of food a staff member asked me to pay 21.75$ and I said I thought it was a complimentary buffet ( it appeared sparse ) and she pointed to a very small sign in the back which was very easy to miss. She instructed me to throw my whole plate in the garbage. The only hot items on this buffet were eggs, oatmeal, sausage and bacon everything else was breads.

Hot tub out of order also had a broken e-stop button for safety missing in the pool area. Door locks not functioning properly, leans put on the bed 90 degrees out. Most importantly the unprofessional assistant general manager. Seem aware of safety issues but not addressing them was very concerning along with the terrible attitude she has when it comes to the customers on the property.

The front desk gentleman who checked me in was attentive upon checking in. Housekeeping didn't come to clean my room. No fresh towels or bed were made. The heated pool and hot tub was out of order. This being my birthday weekend was the worst experience ever.

I booked this hotel for the pools and the outdoor fire pit. The outdoor pool hasn’t been cleaned yet; couldn’t utilize. And the fire pit apparently has been broke for some time. It’s the first picture you see when booking this hotel. False advertisement isn’t a good look at all.

The hotel seemed okay at first but the room smelled like wet clothes when we walked in and the stench continued throughout our stay. Friday the pool was murky looking and had so much chlorine in it, that it burned my eyes although I never even got in. Saturday it was worse, and Sunday it was even worse to the point we had to clean the trash and bugs out ourselves. The jacuzzi didn’t work the whole weekend and the outside pool wasn’t much better. It was freezing cold in both pools and we had to clean the outside pool ourselves as well. House keeping never cleaned our room and said she couldn’t give us fresh towels, we had to get them from the front desk, there were only little face sized towels in the pool area and the dirty towels were left all around the pool area overnight from Saturday to Sunday. I never saw the fire pit lit and on top of all that they had the nerve to charge $20 plus tax per person (kids too) for the breakfast buffet. I was completely disappointed with my stay and asked for a manager to express my concerns to but was told there was no manager until Monday. This staff was polite except the house keeper but that’s the only nice thing I can say.

The hot tub was broken and out of service and the outdoor pool was absolutely filthy. Also, the soaps in my bathroom were not filled, and I did not notice until I was already in the shower. It’s a nice hotel. Gets the job done. And the restaurant and breakfast are nice and good quality.

The hotel rooms were poorly kept, horrible stains on the carpets. The showers were still dirty with footprints. I was upgraded to a bigger room but it was still dirty with worse stains on the carpet. The pool room had bugs and old food on the floor, and the hot tub was out of order. The air conditioner vent in our room was broken and extremely dusty.

Hotel was very lacking. As we were checking in other guest were trying to obtain soap and pillows and told us good luck as we went off to our room. The pillows in the bed seemed no bigger than 12inch by 12 inch couch pillows in pillow cases. The soap and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. I failed to check for bed bugs but have been itching ever since we left.

The hotel was clean, bright, and well maintained. The only thing I didn't care for is that all of the amenities came with a cost. Whereas usually Hilton Garden Inns provide breakfast, you had to buy breakfast here. There were also snacks available, but all came at a price. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Location Upon arrival, room wasn’t ready. This was roughly 6 hours after check-in. Then almost 2 hours later, we got a room. Upon walking in, the sheets were off the bed and there was a disgusting stain on the mattress. We had to go back downstairs to get rooms moved. The new room wreaked of bleach as if the cleaner was hiding something with excessive bleach. Around 1245am we finally laid down. Around 15-20 min later, someone began banging on the door and walking away. Overall miserable experience. The staff didn’t care at all.

During a recent cancellation of flights with Delta, everyone was scrambling to find hotels to spend the night. Hilton was booked for the night needed but with a flight not available for 2 days I decided to book a room. They told me I could come stay in their lobby, which was very spacious, clean and had AC! They were going to allow those of us who had been up ALL day/night to get into rooms early but until then we were more than welcome to sleep in their lobby. They had an amazing breakfast as well. I never got to spend the night with them due to finding a flight out that same day. They canceled my reservation without charging me as well. Praying I never have a flight canceled again in Atlanta but if I do, I will stay at this friendly place. Thank you all for showing those of us who were stranded what Southern Hospitality is all about!

Not sure what was renovated but it smells of sewer. Staff is beyond rude invluding manager ans assiatnce manager as well as front desk- do not bother them! Get stuck in the elevator and the BEST of all stay here and get your vehcile broken into- day or night with secuirty onsite.

The elevators were broken, shuttle was a long wait (45mins) and only serviced domestic terminal which is fine with the train but not ideal for early international flights or flights with families. Bedding was stained, lumpy pillows and the bathrooms had pink soap scum throughout the shower.

In that time, missed our scheduled Lyft driver and opening of concert. Reached out to hotel, got a response...but that's it. Did not offer to reimburse for kissed lyft, extra cost to park or even any kind of refund caused by negligence of staff...will NEVER stay at Atlanta Hilton, airport again!!!

The room I picked (single king) was dirty when ot was assigned to me. The bed was not made and all the towels were on the floor in a pile. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, however the AC wouldn’t cool the room past 71 degrees despite maintenance working on it. The bathroom wasn’t the best, the glass shower doors didn’t want to stay closed when using and there was hair from the previous person on the shower wall and the bathroom counter.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, however the AC wouldn’t cool the room past 71 degrees despite maintenance working on it. The bathroom wasn’t the best, the glass shower doors didn’t want to stay closed when using and there was hair from the previous person on the shower wall and the bathroom counter.

The hotel is just okay. It’ll do for a couple nights but I wouldn’t stay here longer and I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel should be cleaner and the smell should be better. There needs to be more upkeep. The towels and carpets were all dirty and so was the bathroom in our room.

Last night we were checked into a dirty room and then the second room didn’t have toilet paper or all the towels stocked. When I spoke to staff this morning about points he didn’t leave a note for management or try to provide and points for the inconvenience.

Elevators smell like dirty diapers. The entire hotel smells like marijuana. Whoever is cleaning rooms smells strongly of marijuana I could still smell it when I returned from work at 5:00 PM. Won’t be back to this dump.

I dont usually complain about hotel stays, but i did feel uncomfortable having my family in the room for the short time we were there. Luckily we did not stay in the room for long periods of time due to us being there for a church event. Not sure if this review will do anything but Hilton has to do better and be mindful what they attach their name to.

The restaurant staff were wonderful. Very welcoming, attentive & quick to get our order together even after 9pm. Had a burger and a steak salad w/perfectly cooked (actually ‘med rare’). I would’ve liked more salad, but lots of steak is never bad lol! I peeked at the pool & jacuzzi, peloton room and fitness center. All were spacious and clean. Parking is very safe, well-light, monitored 24/7 and inexpensive, given the location ($16/day). Breakfast is worth the $11 - eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, fresh fruit, pastries, juice, coffee, cereal/oats, etc. Sunny dining room was spotless & relaxing. 10/10 Overall! My new fav place to stay when in south ATL :)

The room had a broken shelf in the shower when I got there. There was a flickering light bulb in the entry way fixture. There was a USB outlet that was burning up due to a coffee maker being plugged into it. The dooe looked like it had been pryed open a few times. My room was under the laundry room. I heard every load that was being washed and dried. There was a dog down the hall that wouldn't stop barking for two days. I just started laughing after thinking about how crazy this stay was. I got just enough sleep for my race.

The hot tub has been out of action for over one month, but no one informed us of this beforehand. The rooms do not have opening windows, even though I emailed the hotel prior to arriving and asked to be informed if this was the case. They did not allow a late check out even though they were mostly empty. There was no buffet breakfast available and we were only allowed one choice from the order only breakfast menu. The single choices ranged in costs between $10 and $15 whilst the buffet cost $20, hence this cost more than the buffet, however, no compensation was offered for this. As both people staying are vegetarian, we required the choice that the buffet offered, and hence would not have stayed here if all this was known in advance.

The room was as expected, but the toilet wasn't flushed upon entering the room and the AC unit wouldn't shut off the entire time no matter if it was set to off or not. The indoor pool was so hot it was like a sauna and we couldn't stay very long because we were sweating in the water.

The room had an unpleasant odor. The toilet was clogged throughout the weekend, requiring us to use the restroom in the lobby. When we informed housekeeping about the toilet issue, they provided us with a plunger. However, after plunging the toilet, it would become clogged again after a single use. We requested fresh towels and were told they would be delivered and the used towels would be left outside the door. After waiting an hour, I went to the front desk to obtain towels, as they had not been delivered. The towels then remained outside our door for the following two days.

The staff were all very friendly. The machine that codes the key cards was down when we got there so we had to rely on our digital key to get in our room. The room controls didn’t work through the Hilton app. The room was clean, the pool was wonderful. We did not see anything in the hotel listing, but parking is $15/day.

I called before I booked the room to make sure the hot tub was working. The person at the front desk assured me it was. I paid for the room and checked in and what do you know, the hot tub is broken. It was literally the only reason I booked the room. The electric blinds in the room are broken so it’s pitch black and I can’t get any sunlight. This was definitely a waste of money and I wish I booked somewhere else.

The bathroom was decent, the beds were comfortable. I slept good. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Had to really push the main door open, it was kings stuck. It’s an older place. But also the floors looked like they hadn’t vacuumed in a few days. Was charged $92 for the pet fee for my dog when it says on the website $75.

Staff at the property needs more training. I had the cleaning lady walk in as I was preparing to leave the building which was around 9 A.M and the checkout wasn’t until 12:00 P.M. The waitress who served us during breakfast was rude. The front desk staff could me a little more warm and friendly.

We had such a wonderful experience. The staff and restaurant was wonderful. Room was comfortable even the air conditioner made loud noises. The only issue the pool and hot tub were yucky. The area was super hot ( unbearable) and the pool very cloudy like there was something wrong with the filter or smell like mildew. If they update their pool area than I would give it a higher rating.

The room smelled and was very humid the whole stay. When we arrived, one of the counters had old sticky dirty coffee stains. The shower had hair on the walls too. The bed covers were dirty as well as the towels. When we requested more bed covers & towels (same night we arrived), we were given a thin bedsheet and no towels. We made it work with the one bedsheet as a cover unfortunately but when we asked for towels the next day they still said they were out of towels. Staff was nice but would never stay here again.

The staff always remember them and are so kind. I travel nationally and internationally with my two dogs and you really see the different attitudes of hotel and airline staff. This hotel is always welcoming . It means a lot!!! Thank you!!

When I arrived, my room/bathroom was clean, but smelled like marijuana. The TV was on. The bed was made, honestly it seemed like maybe an employee went in the room to hang out, watch TV and smoke weed. I went to the front desk to request a new room and was told they didn't have any available rooms. I couldn't be moved until the next day. I am allergic to smoke so this was a major issue for me. I was exhausted so I accepted it and I was moved the next day to a clean room. My next issue occurred when I contacted Expedia (Expedia was very apologetic and tried to assist me), and they reached out to the hotel to request an approval of a refund for the one night I had to stay in a smoke filled room. While the general staff was accommodating, they told me that the manager would have to approve my refund. The manager never contacted or followed up with Expedia to approve my refund, never contacted me, and never assisted me after my incident with the smoky room (this was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel). The issue is not Expedia, the general staff or even the accommodations (the hotel was nice and enjoyable once I was removed to a better room). The issue is the lack of follow up from the manager.

The whole hotel is hot. In the halls, in the lobby, in the elevator. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor and endure the painstakingly slow elevator. The pool was nice and warm but there were no towels ... Like none at all apparently. They couldn't even spare us new bath towels to take down. So we went back to our room dripping wet. The hot tub was hot but I would not put more than my legs in because it was murkey and very "mineralized". The water accumulated around the hot tub was a mineral green. I booked the hotel for that amenity alone and was sad to find out we couldn't enjoy it (I'm sensitive to poorly maintained hot tubs). Wasn't a horrible experience, just not the best.

The staff was outstanding in taking care of us. We had been stranded at the airport due to the storm Friday night in Atlanta. I made the reservation and we went to the room early in the morning as we had spent the night at the airport - not fun. We crashed in the lobby until a room was ready and we weren't the only ones. Morgan did a great job taking care of all of us - she wrote our names down and as soon as a room was ready, she would get someone in there and off the list. She was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. She never gave us a hard time for sleeping in the lobby. It was a chaotic weekend and she made it better! I would stay here again.

I do enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star is due to the very loud AC unit that disturbed my sleep and the issues with internet connection on the tv. Also the elevator needs to be cleaned.

I booked the stay through Expedia, while choosing only options that included cribs. When I called to see about having a crib in the room because our flight was arriving around 9PM, I was told that the cribs are on a first-come first-served basis. We did not know where to go to get a pack and play once we arrived and it had been a very long day of traveling. Our flight was moved without our permission, that was totally out of our control. When we arrived at the hotel they did say they would look for one Luckily, our child is old enough to sleep in the bed with us but it would have been safer if she had had a pack and play. There was limited dining, as there was not continental breakfast included.

and jacuzzi area we asked the guest who was in the jacuzzi how was it and she said it was “stinky” also the water level was very low. So when you turn the jets on it was bubbling the water up all over the place. The hotel (TJ) was kind enough to compensate in every way possible , he was AMAZING ! & WILLIAM too boy was William amazing . They were the reasons we stayed. Otherwise service was great price was ok . Just a few facility hiccups that could be adjusted!
