You have to stay there 4 or more days for them to clean your room. I was there for two. Overall the hotel was ok.

Our stay was wonderful. From the moment we checked in, the staff was very friendly and attentive to everything we needed. It was a lovely touch to walk into our room and see our name displayed on the TV screen welcoming us. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Shortly after arrival, I also received a message on my phone asking if everything was going well with our stay, which was another detail I really appreciated. The breakfast was varied and very good. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and would not hesitate to return. The elevator was a bit slow, but this did not affect our overall impression.

The staff was amazing especially Cree and Grace. They always greeted us with warm welcomes and smiles. There was a mix up with my room, but Cree fixed it for me. I was so elated about that. Breakfast was okay, but I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking and the pool was closed.

There was a party going on right outside our room with loud music, motorcycles and drinking. Did not feel safe going outside alone.

Staff wasn’t friendly upon arrival. Room smelled TERRIBLE and was musty and warm. The air never really kicked in and it was hot basically the entire time. 2 towels for 4 people Is silly. Realized we left a couple of items and called within hours of check out and they didn’t have them. Room temperature could have been much cooler. Didn’t seem like the air was working.

Checking in asked for a room with walk in shower and immediately got told no other rooms available without any kind of looking to make sure. A lot of noise on the 1st floor every morning, people cumming and going . Would not recommend on my second stay because of staff and tub with shower curtain.

A couple of the black girls on the staff had very nasty attitudes and l think that is a same for them to be working there with such nasty attitudes. I like the location and staff was nice The room was not clean, breakfast was not good, very noisy, not clean outside on the property either. I wouldn’t stay here again at all! There was toothpaste on the door, hair all in bathroom, there’s like an inch gap at the bottom of the door, you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and rooms including the elevator!

I cannot give this hotel a good review I. That I could have been seriously injured as I walked into this hotel. I arrived in a rain storm. They had painted the stones outside the lobby with poly urethane. I fell . There inadequate warning how slick the walk way was. The staff did help me up. But I am a senior and fell like this could sustain my health. I hit my head and the left arm. I was given a ziplock bag for ice.

Peloton bike was not working screen and senic ride where good it did not register speed distance cadence. Wires where lose tried to snap back in did not work.

After traveling all day and not getting to the motel until almost midnight they tell me at the front desk that my reservation was canceled because they were over booked. I pre-paid online and arrived at 10:30p after waiting in vain for 46’ in 22-degree cold at the airport for their shuttle. They had overbooked and had no room for me. Same for 5 others who arrived while I was trying to locate a room elsewhere.

Our stay was very pleasant. A Saturday night, very quiet, very clean. I don't normally walk on the floors bare foot, but I forgot my slippers and it didn't bother me to walk on the floors bare footed. That's how nice it was. The shower was really nice and huge. We will most definitely stay again and highly recommend. Very nice breakfast area.

I stayed at this property twice. It is about 12 minutes from the Airport and settled in the Camp Creek area (which is surrounded by plenty of dinning/shopping options). The hotel appeared to be safe and quiet. Facility and room were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay again very soon.

Ran out of soap jell, room key dining work initially and the morning service desk was slow. The lady at the desk was carrying on a conversation with a customer over the room cost and probably didn't rent a room while i waited in line for receipt.

First off the front desk staff was amazing!!!!! Not sure of the young ladies name but she was polite and very professional. My only issue was the construction mess but not a real biggie or interference with my stay. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

It had a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and television which was difficult to operate. I also suggested to the front desk that they add hooks to the wall or door of the bathroom because there was no where to hang your towel, robe or shower caddy. The location was convenient to the places we were visiting so that was a plus. I think it will much better when the renovations are completed.

The location was ideal allowing us to use I-285 to avoid downtown Atlanta coming south. Continuing our trip the next morning, we had quick access to I-75 South. The staff was helpful and friendly with suggestions for dining. The ongoing renovation was no problem and is very well done. Our only concern was the new for additional lighting in our two queen bed room. With only the bedside lights and a small desk lamp, the room was very dark. The usual floor lamp was definitely needed.

Avoid staying here. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the elevators are broken. The washer/dryer are broken. The bathroom has extensive mold all throughout the ceiling. When told about the mold, staff just said “oh well, we will be ripping it out soon.” It made me feel ill.

Hot air was blowing in the halls. The floors are aweful, you can hear yourself walking and whomever is above you. The shower could have been cleaner. The front desk staff was friendly. Sophia in the breakfast was so hospitable. She spoke to everyone that came in and asked how their morning and stay was.

That being said, the front desk personnel were great and the room maid service had done the best they could. We always chose Hampton Inn when we travel, but no more.

When we got to our room, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The rooms are also a bit dated and could use some updates. The only good thing about this hotel was he easy/free parking and it's close to the main areas.

The bathroom floor is very sticky, tennis shoes make smacking sound on tile… not by elevator or front desk though. They gave me extra towels to walk on in bath. I was not on the back side of the hotel last time, airplanes land and take off constantly and very loud. Sort of unnerving. Feels like they may come through the window. Front desk lady very nice, I’m sorry I don’t know her name.

This hotel should offer a full refund. The pool was completely green and unusable. They include "airport" in their name, however they do NOT offer any transport to and from the airport. They have "surcharge for breakfast" so I didn't have breakfast any of the 3 mornings I was there - only to find out that breakfast was included. The advertising was misleading and the hotel was overpriced for the lack of amenities.

Hamptons have always been a wonderful place to stay at. I was looking forward to being in the pool, and the water was totally green. I also thought that the quantity and variety for the breakfast bar was very slim. I actually asked if breakfast was over and the employees said no.

I reserved a room with double beds both comforters were dirty. The carpet was dirty and the sofas chair were dirty. The bath tub was not clean. There is no longer airport shuttle service to the airport.

My room I noticed the shades didn't go up and when I questioned it front staff told me they didn't go up and I had tonginf clips and don't Myself. She said seem to be bothered when I asked her. I was to check our at 11 am they knocked and entered my room @9:32 am 😡

I was placed in handicap room and I don't have any physical limitations. I found it to be insulting to me and disabled individuals. My bathroom had paint peeling off the walls, bathtub chipped around the edges and the toilet had plumbing problems. I was unable to swim in the pool due to the green algae. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund of my money.

Most of the staff was very rude and unprofessional, except for Tracy, He was very polite and helpful. House keeper was cleaning the mext to mine, amd I ash 2 wash cloths in the rudest voice ever she said" I'm not tje one cleaning your room", I told her I didnt need any room service, just the 2 wash cloths, she rolled her eyes and said it again. The beds were not made up properly, the room was not vacuumed and the chair in corner of room was Very Nasty and worn. I wasn't put in my kink room, but rather a double, that was awful. Will NEVER stay here again.

Didn’t really like the rooms because they stinks and the breakfast wasn’t very good

Staff very friendly and helpful.
