Stayed for one night on the way to Florida. Not bad for my needs. Free parking and breakfast included

We came bc our daughters were going to a concert at the masquerade in downtown Atlanta. We didn’t want to stay in the middle of downtown, but also didn’t want to be too far away. The location was about 15 min from the venue, which was perfect. Can’t think of anything.

Very comfortable breakfast Lobby, and complimentary check out food packages to go! Freeway side of the hotel, the noise was unbearable and kept me up all night! And it would help to get a new waffle maker, and iron they did not work while we were there!

The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was excellent. It was a bit difficult to locate for a first timer.

Everything was perfect. Housekeeping even came by Saturday morning to see if I needed anything without me having to call. The only thing that’s a downfall is there isn’t enough parking spaces. I had to park across the street.

The hotel is right next to the highway. Noices from the highway and airport can be heard in the room. Plenty of free parkings, which is nice.

The property was in a very convenient location. This was our second stay at this property and both times the room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and tasty and also well stocked. The snacks and beverages available for purchase were fairly priced and had a decent variety to choose from I really have nothing negative to say. The price was fair and the facilities very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Location was near airport. Not on the airport but 10 minutes away by shuttle provided free of charge by hotel. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Good free breakfast with options. Hotel supporting overnight airport stays and not in a very attractive location. Older building. Good enough for a quick stop over.

The place first impression was great! The place smelled wonderful and clean walking to the front desk. The Hosts were very kind. All of them. Had no problems. The breakfast was in a clean, neat area, and had good options to choose from. The only thing this hotel lacked was an outside seating area. You either had to walk around outside on sit on the curb. There was 1 chair out there. But I still enjoyed myself. Def recommend this place.

Carpet by the refrigerator was wet. It was raining and water leaked in through one of the windows. I think they were emptying the pool. The valve was outside our room. The water stunk.

The people in the room next door partied well into the night. Hotel staff was non responsive to initial requests to ask them to quiet down. We finally get moved to a new room about 3:30 in the morning, but that was several phone calls later.

I booked a one night stay through Hotels.com (Expedia). We initially arrived at approximately 2:00 PM EST to inquire about early check in, understanding that many hotels now offer this option for a fee, but we were informed it was not available. Due to severe weather and other delays, we returned later that evening to check in. We had reserved a King accessible room, as I have back and knee issues and require accessible accommodations. Upon arrival, the front desk associate provided room keys but offered little communication or assistance. After locating the room on our own, we discovered it was a standard double bed room rather than the accessible room we booked. I returned to the front desk to request the correct room, but the associate responded dismissively, stating that it was “all they had” and that nothing could be done. Because I booked through Hotels.com, I contacted them for support. Initially they were hesitant, but after escalating to a supervisor, Hotels.com attempted to coordinate with the front desk on my behalf. The room was fine along with the staff. Our stay was frustrating because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our keycards. We could only use them 2-3 times before they would stop working. Our stay was 7 nights and the solution (yes, it was staff error) didn't come until the manager re-entered our information on day 5 to eliminate the problem.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had an issue with the air but maintenance came in a timely manner to get it fixed which was great. Breakfast each morning was very good and well organized. The staff was very courteous and nice especially since we were there for the holidays, they always greeted us and asked if there was anything we need. I would stay again!

The hotel room was good. Basic. Checkin was easy. Breakfast yum with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruits, coffee, yoghurt etc.. the shuttle to airport was fantastic. The driver was very knowledgable and helpful.

The room was not in its best condition. The shower was not working so we had to switch rooms. The second room the shower did work but the room was in deteriorating condition. The faucets were rusty, the doors damaged, the roof pealing in the bathroom. The room also had a nasty smell.

This property was clean and the breakfast was really good, the only issue we encountered was at check in even tho it was supposed to be at 3pm the room wasn’t ready till about an hour later but it was worth the wait the room was clean, we would book again if we ever in the area again!

I was traveling and had the most trying time with a previous reservation prior to booking this hotel we called to ensure we had enough to cover incidentals. Was told 1 price over the phone when we booked and got to the hotel the incidentals for 2 night stay was more than the booking instead of the GM who was nasty and rude honor either the other location or switching us to that location for the amount of incidentals that was quoted over the phone she penalized us a whole night for making changes to the reservation instead of waving the penalty and sending our reservation back to Hotels.com. Hotels.com allowed it not protecting us as customers who booked through them and not advertising the additional fees that each hotel gets to charge its customers.

We obtained a suite on the 6th floor. The room was more than i had expected! The only amenity that i wished was in it was a jacuzzi bathe.

We stayed only one night breaking up a flight out of the country. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and helpful. Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast but was well stocked.

I like the service and the cleanliness

It was not so much the property is I had a terrible time trying to contact Expedia to change my reservation. I did text somebody on a Thursday. My trip was on a Sunday. He was supposed to call the property and email them to ask them if I could cancel without a charge and rebook through them since I had people that got sick and we’re not going. I was supposed to get an I was supposed to get a copy of the email and never did. Apparently he did not contact them until Monday after I was already there and then we got locked out of our room because they thought we had not come to check in. I usually book things through Expedia, but this was not a pleasant experience.

The staff is wonderful they’re friendly. They’re compassionate and their considerate conveniently located and they are great at customer service and I love the fact that they give you free breakfast.

It was a nice area, pretty quiet and lots of eatery spots within a close proximity.

Stayed here with my 1 year old twins and it was walking distance to Waffle House and other restraunts on the same street. Check in was great and staff all very friendly. Breakfast was good and place was very clean.

Do not stay in an even-numbered room. I-85 is mere feet away and traffic will keep you up all night. Never again for me!

I wish I would have stayed at Hilton or Marriott. Rooms are quite dusty so if you have allergies do not book. Very mediocre in every regard.

When I pulled back the comforter to go to bed. There was a huge brown stain on the comforter. I called the front desk and was told to put the comforter outside of the door. Staff was unable to provide me with a clean comforter, I was given a thin blanket. I chose not to put the comforter in the hall and had a staff member take it away .

Our time at the Hampton was wonderful! The front desk staff was wonderful and our room was great! It was hard to find the shuttle at the airport. We think it might have been the one labeled “Hilton” but ended up getting a cab instead. Once we arrived, our stay was wonderful, as usual for Hampton Inn! Thank you!

Quiet room with the ability to turn the constant fan on for white noise. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet hallways, quiet outside. No street noise. Great breakfast. Not too busy. Parking is Well lit. I wouldn't bring a trailer into this parking lot too small.

Stayed 2 nights for a volleyball tournament & we needed an extra sleeping space which this hotel offered. The room was dark, dirty & smelled. The space was great but would not stay again. Much better options out there.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room accommodations the morning breakfast was excellent. However, the deadbolt to our room was not working properly.
