    Despite the look and the wear and tear of the building, I have no qualms when it comes to the cleanliness of my room and the rest of the inside of this building. The Housekeeping Staff is very nice and helpful, and they make sure the rooms are up to standards. My TV died for 2 days the 1st time Tony (Mr. Fix It) got it back on but the next day it was out again(which we figured out that it probably would) so I let the Housekeeping Mgr know (seeing how she was present when it happened) so she brought one from another room(that was so nice).Thank you Days Inn staff 🤗

    Welp, place definitely has seen better days, looked run down, and they did try, front desk clerks were friendly, but thennnn hallway smelled of mold. When I got to my room it smelled nice, looked under the bed found some things that possibly the last person who stayed there left (a sock and a pack of gum) no big deal. However, what really creeped me out was the condition of the door to my room. When I was about to lay down, I looked over to the door to make sure it was locked and I noticed there was a big gap from the bottom of the door to the floor, I didn't notice this coming in. When I went to go check it out, I notice the door must have been kicked in from the outside previously, it was a little bent inward. I did not feel safe at that point, because what could have possibly gone down for something like this to happen and the establishment not replace this in time??? Since I got the room from a third-party agency I knew I wasn't getting a refund, I stuffed the bottom of the door with the towels provided in the bathroom and put a chair in front of the door just in case.

    The hotel is run down and dirty. I feel bad for the staff that has to work there. The carpet and furniture is stained and filthy. People were yelling and smoking drugs in the parking lot.

    The room was smokey, there was a hole in the shower. I had to go to the lobby to get a wash cloth and a hand towel. There was plaster on the wall holding the TV cable in place. I have pictures of our room if you would like them?

    The staff was amazing House keeping checked on me and was pleasant I was comfortable and could access the building and my room easily and they offered smoking rooms. Location was kind of weird and woke up to two dead kittens in the parking lot Wish they had elevators. The bath tub was old and knob was loose

    The rooms on the 3rd floor apparently had a bedbug infestation. The stay was for 3 nights, reasonable priced and accommodations, but on day two woke up to bite marks and a bedbug in the bed. I was moved to another room on the same floor but the room had no carpet or tv. I was finally given a room on floor 2 which looked like a different hotel. I was never given any compensation for my stay nor contacted when I called and emailed after my stay.

    Possibly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Nathan at the front desk was the exception. He tried his best to fix a litany of issues, but maintenance, housekeeping and obvious neglect by corporate is evident everywhere. First room smelled like a bingo hall ashtray, 2nd room, had an actual ashtray in a no smoking hotel, AND the HVAC wasn't working. Both of those rooms had shower surrounds with large rust and mold stains and thick messy caulking. Third room was usable, however, it had no battery in the smoke alarm. There are no room phones, so no wake up/backup/hospitality calls are possible. The breakfast advertised did not exist, and the airport shuttle that supposedly runs every 20 mins, took over an hour, so we ended up calling an uber. No one had on uniforms or even name tags, so it was hard to know who to ask for assistance if they werent behind the front desk. Again, the front desk did their best, but they were playing an impossible hand.

They don’t have coffee in the room but they had it in ready in the lobby area and it was fine. This is an older hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was the main reason we stayed there. We booked online for an economical room that had shuttle service. Overall they get 3 stars mainly because the staff was excellent, otherwise it would have been 2 stars for the actual property itself.

I went to the room and washed my hands and the sink stopped up. They gave me another room. It was so bad I took a video of the roach the whole in the bathroom, The refrigerator was hot. I got out!!!

    Parking was ok, staff onsite was helpful & professional, but the hotel in general needs to be updated with brighter lights in the hallway, and a fresher smell! The air in the hotel smelled like stale cigarettes & fishy sex. I walked in to my room called another hotel and was checking out within that 30 min. However, the staff that was on site took my complaint of why i was leaving and he ensured my security back and reimbursement for 1 night.

    The hotel STANK! The entire lobby and hall smelled like marijuana! Carpet was not only ugly but discusting. Room seemed clean enough and bed was fine, but it is OBVIOUS that it is an old building and they have been "putting too much lipstick on that old ugly pig"!!! Patch/repair DIY jobs ALL over. The spiget in the tub PULLED OUT FROM THE WALL when I went to turn the shower on. Tub seemed clean but like everything else had obviously been patched several times.

    I was in a room with the freeway right outside my window and traffic didn't stop all night. Noisy! I was told to come 15 minutes before I needed the shuttle and let the worker at the front desk know so he/she could notify the shuttle driver. I did and came back in 15 minutes and the guy had not called the driver yet. He did then and the driver said it would be 15 more minutes. It was 20. Good thing I asked for an early shuttle. Dining was limited but there were menus of local places that deliver. They all require a minimum amount to have a meal delivered and then put a delivery charge on top. Mine was $5. Then they expect a tip. The next meal I needed, I walked across the street and bought a can of soup from a gasoline-convenience store. The price was decent and it was only one night and I got to the airport in plenty of time. Suggestion: Ask for an even numbered room. The odd numbers are on the freeway side.

    We stayed in this hotel many times because of location convenience. Every time there was either no lights in bathroom, either door locks in bathroom and you can't open it from inside. Last time we found out too late when someone decided to take a shower, that ceiling above bathtub collapsed to bathtub. When we left, we requested refund, but they said to us that it was our fault that we didn't say it right away. We didn't see in time! So, I send email to manager and in one week still there is no response. Resend again. No any "we are sorry" even.

    There was a roach in the bathroom. I took a picture of the roach. The bed-skirt and sofa chair in the corner of the room, was filled with stains. The bathroom sink was filthy. The room smelled. I spent a good portion of the night checking the bed for other bugs. The facilities looked dilapidated. The lobby floor was soiled with what smelled like fecal matter. I unfortunately thought that because this was a Wyndham property it would have been reputable, but I was mistaken. It wasn’t even worth what I paid. I would not have stayed there for free, had I known about the facilities. There were individuals hanging out in the front of the property as well. I felt unsafe as I waited for my uber to bring me back to the airport.

    My room had a fridge but no microwave. The remote barely worked unless you stood up in front of the tv. the door wouldnt secure flush against the door jam so there was constant gap. And to top it all off there was a shooting right across the street at the gas station. Other than that it was great!

    Horrible. Didnt even check in yet & Guy at front desk was extremely rude. Yelling & Threatened me and my husband. Told us to go back to jamacia just because my husband has locks .     I was a bit sketchy pulling in but it was safe for me and my kids. It was clean and comfortable. Came back to beds made and new towels. None of our personal belongings were touched .     I would like a full refund, when I get there homeless people were laying outside on the corner, with 2 men offering to sell me mariguana. I got to the lobby and the smoke smell was so strong in the carpets it burned my nose. I got to the room and the beds werent made. I had my daughter and she started coughing because she has severe asthma. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. There is no way I could lay my head down in that place. My family and I left immediately after arriving. It’s very unfortunate because I had a major event to attend and it pushed me back with time trying to find other hotels nearby. I will tell everyone about my experience and will never recommend this place!!!

    We got stuck in the airport during the snow storm. We needed a room last minute close to the airport and most hotels were booked. We booked and it was a scary place. Made it through the night and was glad to get out on the next flight.
