The only thing is, they charged me a $250.00 deposit . Said I would get it back in 5 to 10 business days. Never have received it. I have before pictures and after

My check in was so nice & the girls at the front desk deserve special mention, Sharron & Tracey were so kind & understanding as I wept my way through check in. Even as far as giving me a hug of support. Words can’t convey my gratitude for their exceptional kindness. Onto my stay, the hotel itself is beautiful & stands out from the hotels near by. It smelled fresh & clean & I was accommodated with my first floor request. My room was basically like staying in a little apartment for the week. Perfect kitchen with everything you needed, big bathroom & vanity area & the best shower. The air conditioning & blackout curtains were perfection for a hot blooded girl like myself. My king size bed was dangerously comfy with heaps of soft pillows & extra blankets in the closet. While I did turn down housekeeping for my 8 days, the maid staff was always in the hallways in the early afternoon, smiling happily & exchanging your dirty towels for fresh ones & giving you more coffee for your room. I never needed for anything my entire stay. My only complaint with this hotel is that I couldn’t stay another week! Thank you to everyone at the Residence Inn by Marriott for making one of the hardest weeks of my life comfortable, relaxing & surrounded by an extraordinary staff of fantastic women.

Everything was wonderful except the pull out bed in the couch. Hard to pull out and was uncomfortable for my 11 year old grandsons.

New facility—beautifully appointed.

Food was dry and cold, nothing for kids when i stayed with 4 of them had to go and spend anther 50 dollars. Coffee was horriable as well. Eemed burnt or alold grounds.

Property was well cleaned and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic but taste pretty good. Rooms are fully furnished and filled with everything you need to make your own meal if needed.

Really nice hotel. Parking was easy, hotel was cleaned, amenities were good and hotel staff was helpful.

The stay was great. The kitchen was clean with everything we needed to do the cooking and the staff was very friendly.

I loved my stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was great, the entire place was so clean, the pool, lobby, the breakfast area and our room! I loved the little courtyard too. It was a great stay and I will be for sure coming back in the future if I have to stay in Peoria.

The staff was very accomodating! Everything is so clean in the room, and we definitely will stay here again. Breakfast was great with a variety of foods. I really appreciated the cold brew coffee option and the non-dairy milk at the breakfast buffet. I wish there was more non-dairy items though as we have food allergies/sensitivities in our family.

Literally everything was great. Cleanliness, safety, staff friendliness, modern amenities, location, breakfast, bed comfort, everything. I will stay again!

There are so many good things to say, from check-in to check-out we had a lovely, peaceful stay.

Location was perfect for what we wanted & had a pool & fitness center. Which was important, becausewe really wanted to swim. I'm disabled & really wanted the exercise. Originally liked this hotel for the space, location, pool & fitness center. But after checking in & going around the hotel to check out facilities we found the pool to be shut down. There was no warning that it wasn't operational. Which is very irritating when that was why I was willing to pay more than the other hotels. They should really post it when it's not in use.

We had requested late check out and were told we could get it, but when we arrived we were told we could not get it, somewhat rudely. Then the person helping us asked the manager and they said they could only do two rooms. We had 9. It really made our trip difficult. It will probably cause us to have to go to another hotel, and we make 3-4 trips to Peoria a year with 9-10 rooms. Breakfast isn't until 7:00 on weekends, We had to leave at 6:40 for our event. 6:00 breakfast on weekend would have been nice as well. We also were emailed and required to sign a list of rules and regulations. No running, jumping, being loud & disturbing etc. We had some people above us for over 1.5 hours jumping and running constantly until 9:30 or so. We had to call the front desk two times to finally rectify the situation. it caused us, several of us to lose over an hour of sleep.

When we arrived they gave is an “accessible room” on the 1st floor near the exit a floor and room we didn’t request and when we asked to change the front desk gave us attitude then put us in a room with flickering lights and a non functioning kitchen light. In addition the room smelled like old cooked food and the tub was full of hairs from the previous occupants. Our experience was not pleasant and when we asked for just a little extra time to check out wet were denied. I could bit recommend this place. The experience was ruined by poor customer service.

Clean and quiet. Very comfortable

The accessible suite was perfect, and the pool lift was great to be able to use as well. There were even tables at breakfast that fit a power wheelchair without the armrests hitting like happens with many tables. Definitely recommend to anyone with accessibility needs.

The only partial negative is the location, in an industrial zone. However, it is close to everything, including the city of Peoria, shopping, food options, etc.

Place was run down, but most of Peoria was as well.

We use a fire stick when traveling. Had to call to get internet set up. Internet shut off at midnight.

The Hotel was so clean amd the staff was friendly, caring, and always around to see if we needed anything. The rooms were also great! Really the only complaint I have if I had to have one would be the be was a little hard, but most people tend to like them a little firm.

The worst part about this was the staff and service. The hotel has a 4pm check in policy. However, I called ahead on the day of my check in and requested an early check in wherein I was told this could be accommodated. Upon arrival, the girl I spoke to on the phone happened to be the person at the counter and she proceeds to tell me they don’t have any rooms available for early check in and they don’t allow it happen ever. Furthermore, she told me her name over the phone and then confirmed her name in person revealing she was the same person I spoke to. Her manager was present and she tried to lie about what she told over the phone. My issue was my plan centered around being able to check in early because they told me they could accommodate this. The hotel’s policy was check in at 4 so she could have just told me no over the phone and I would have made other arrangements. This was extremely unprofessional and almost caused serious issues for me. Again, I’m not mad about their check in policy, I’m mad they told me they were waiving it only to reneg once I arrived. Just awful.

Compared to other properties in this area, this was 10/10. Quiet, clean, and updated. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel, clean and close location to restaurants in the area.

We stayed at the hotel to have an early Christmas get together with a few relatives. We had two rooms. One was a two bed for 3 adults. The other was a one bed for 2 adults 2 small children used the sofa bed. The decor was wonderful. Very clean and staff friendly. Pool was great. Room towels and bedding were scratchy and stiff. Not soft. Furniture was nice but firmness was hard and not very comfortable. Biggest disappointment was the mattresses and pillows. Mattresses were so hard it felt like trying to sleep on a board of plywood. Both beds in our room, the bed in the connecting room and the pull out couch were all extremely hard to try to get any sleep on. For the price I expected a way more comfortable experience.

The staff here was wonderful, clean and newly renovated property. Truly a top notch stay in this area located conveniently across the river 5 minutes from downtown metropolitan areas and Caterpillar dealer training facility and corporate offices. Tons of parking, safe area.

As I was leaving the hotel the next morning, I told the desk staff that this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while, and I do travel a lot.

The East Peoria Residence Inn was a wonderful stay. All of the staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. This includes front desk staff, breakfast staff, and custodians. This facility was very well managed and extremely clean. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay at Residence Inns in the future.

Newly built beautiful hotel in an area with restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend if you’re in Peoria. Will definitely stay there again

Everything was excellent!

The hotel was beautiful. Nice pool, basketball hoop and a lovely outside patio with grill and fire pit. The breakfast choice was not great and the food was awful. Disappointed knowing we paid a lot of money to stay here. Another benefit was we were close to all the stores gas stations and restaurants.

A convenience issue (having an ice machine) turned into a safety issue (leaking water everywhere). Reported it first day at 8:00 A only to came back at 8:00 P to nothing having been done. Front desk said maintenance had left for the day and they would fix it in the morning. After three more nights it never was fixed. I was disregarded and disrespected as a “loyal customer” - I cannot imagine how they treat others.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful, we felt very welcome. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only issue is the lack of EV chargers - if not in 2023, when?

My only complaint is the mattress is pretty hard. I was surprised the mattress was so hard being that every other time I've stayed at a Marriott hotel in the past, they've always had super comfortable mattresses, I think they called them Dream soft or something of that sort. Everything else was so great, that for 1 night, I'd stay again.

Everything was nice but there was a garbage truck banging dumpsters at 5:30 am on a Saturday which woke us all up and we couldn’t go back to sleep. Everything else was very nice.

Staff was absolutely amazing, we witnessed an incident at the front desk where a customer was completely rude and disrespectful, cussing in front of my grandson, the staff asked them to please stop in the most professional way possible, still keeping her composure and maintaining professionalism.

Amazing property

The hotel was very clean and loved the amenities. The room was spacious, clean and nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and reception was nice. I was a little peeved that a smoke alarm guy came to the room at 8:30 am that came into the room. That should be scheduled after 12 pm and definitely not while we are asleep in the room. Glad that I was not traveling alone. I found that very improper.

Sonny was nothing short of amazing & accommodating during our stay here. We had a great breakfast. The rooms were wonderful & clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was warm! We will be back here the next time our sports bring us into the area.

Great place, heck it's new. People was load at night though and didn't like that, havc unit was extremely load, like a jet firing up..fridge was dented up, it just shows people don't care anymore..overall it's a nice place
