Haven’t spent a night in the dive like this in a long time

There was a hole above the bed, looked like there could be a camera in it on the ceiling. That a conspiracy person, but this place was just very sketchy. We had planned to stay there a second day told him at the office. Please check me out and cancel my stay no way I will stay there another day.

Hampton Inn is a favorite for us. This one was perfect for us, but it is just a little dated.

Easy to get to, safe, attentive staff. Loved the 24 hour coffee/tea area with great bedtime tea options.

Hotel beds was very comfortable and relaxing. Only one recommendation for breakfast is to serve. Also eggs without cheese on them for those that don’t like cheese. Atmosphere was great hotel room was wonderful.

Front desk pleasant. Hotel needs cleaned. Mold and cobwebs in exterior door way.

Hotel needed some attention as it was showing its age. Moldy wallpaper in the bathroom, hair on the floor and in the tub, staff will not clean your room every day and provide towels. You have to ask at the front desk. Unacceptable for a hotel that costs $150 per night.

Bathtub in the room was disgusting. None of us showered because of it. Creepy male staff member.

Was surprised there was not a refrigerator in our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Older property, but clean.

The shower had lots of scuff marks all over. The room was very dated. The ac froze up the second night there, there was an outlet and cover that were broken but limited on plug ins. The WiFi was very glitchy and the cell service was terrible. Not much room for sitting to eat. 2 floors of ice makers were broken.

Quiet…even though it was booked and just a block away from a casino!

Bed mushy. Air conditioning system musty. Old-style curtain shower needed work.

The building is old and VERY dirty - find a different place to stay!

Had two rooms that were supposed to be the same. One had a refrigerator and the other one didn’t. Both rooms were dirty and one room had thermostat didn’t work which made the room too hot. The staff wasn’t any help.

The room was dirty. Used towels in bathroom and bug crawling on bed. Front desk sent someone up who removed used towel and cloth and looked at sheet on one bed for more bugs. That was it. I won’t stay here again and my money should be refunded.

Hotel is old and needs updating, no fridge in the room. Had to have maintenance come and fix thermostat. Property appeared to be dirty. Would not eat complementary food. Cost too much for what was received. Would not stay there again.

The hotel rooms were beautiful. Beds were springy and not super comfortable. The pool had clumps of hair and bugs everywhere. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Great food.

I needed a later check out and they were happy to help! Good breakfast!

22 minutes from our daughter

Not the worst hotel I’ve ever been in, but certainly not one I will ever stay in again. It is filthy. The room had clean sheets, but it was apparent by the half sucked on cough drop behind the mattress and the layers of dust, no one cleans thoroughly. The pool had debris and hair floating each of three times I saw a for exercise. The floors were dirty and entrances to the elevators and building were never clean. Also various degrees of disrepair. Cracked tiles, marred walls and showers with stains, threshold to entrance was missing screws and posed a trip hazard. Some staff just appeared to not really care or present themselves in a professional manner. One positive was perfectly soft water. That’s it.

Everything was fine, except for the fact the the people in the room next to me had a dog that kept on barking the entire time I was there!

Facilities is getting run due. Rooms need updated.

It was me and my wife's birthday trip . Went to have a nice dinner ,do some gambling, and time for us.

The rooms were disgusting. Sheets were dirty, bed had stains all over it, floors not vacuumed, toilets not cleaned, head board had boogers on it. I asked to be changed rooms and the second room had just as bad sheets, one pillow had make up on it. After talking to front desk she told me she doesn’t think they have rooms up to our standards…. It’s not hard to vacuum and place clean linens on the beds. They charged my card twice initially. The lady stated she would refund our money also giving me a receipt showing I should not have a charge however charged an additional fee the following morning. We ended up having to go to a holiday inn for the same cost and that hotel was very clean and friendly.

The staff was welcoming, an helpful. I think the property could use some updates with decore an house cleaning. My stay was great but house keeping was half done. Toliets not clean,floor dirty,an showers had hair in the tub an drain. But overall the stay was great breakfast was awsome had a litttle bit of everything. Do think the juice machine needs to be fixed all the juices tasted like water..

cozy room, safe location. The room's dresser with power outlets attached did not work, unfortunately, but the room was very comfortable, and the decor was lovely.

No complaints other than both girls at the desk when i left at 4am this morning were sleeping in plain view.

First room dirty switched across the hall next to stairs very noisey sheets felt like paper didnt fit bed. Therevwas no fridge or microwave for $180 i expected more

Enjoyed my stay!

Expected a nicer hotel for a Hampton Inn. Toilet height was designed for a child. Front desk clerks agreed, and said the ir hotel needed updates. All hotel toilers were the same height.

Very old. Water leaks around windows. Poor condition.

Hampton Inn needs to upgrade this property a bit. Creaky elevator, paint peeling on ceilings, furniture is time worn. Dog barking in the hall, ppl shouting and slamming doors at 11pm. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Convenient to the highway, shopping, and dining.

Shuttle was prompt and courteous even at 5am. Appreciated!

Overall it was a nice experience, but I was surprised that my room along with the other people I was traveling with did not have a mini fridge. Not a complete deal breaker, but the next time I book a room at another hotel, I’ll be sure to look for that amenity

We arrived at the property and check in was good. We were headed to bed at 10pm outside our window there was very loud music and a lot of people standing by their cars drinking with loud music. It left like a night club outside my window. I called downstairs they hand up on me two times so I had to call back from my personal phone and I was told someone will go outside to keep them down. That didn’t totally help they were still loud. Extremely disappointed having 2 little kids I was not able to get much rest!! Having this hotel being a Hilton brand, i was disappointed in the quality of the hotel and it felt like I was sleeping in a Days Inn motel. Will NOT be staying here again!!

Very dirty

Our room was very clean and up to date. We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator as we brought things to put in it.

Staff was unhelpful unkind. Unfortunate but never hang up on a guest or person just cause they ask for someone in charge. If you can’t help a person then get someone who can.

Property run down for a Hampton standard

We had a very nice, comfortable room. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The only 2 things they could do to make it better in my opinion is 1) get a better shower head. I like water pressure and none of the shower head settings are useful. 2) get a refridgerator in the rooms. Other than those 2 things I enjoyed my stay.

Our room was great, but the bed was not very comfortable. The property itself was a little run down, the drink machines were not filled on any of the floors (no Diet Coke), and the hotel was extremely loud.

picked up by the cleaner. This stay was over the Memorial weekend and was full. Most unfortunate was there was only one working elevator for a five story building.

The room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator, which we found unusual. Other than that it was ok, clean and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, the pool was clean and taken care of, The staff was helpful, The breakfast was not terrible and the beds were a little hard but overall a good stay.

First of all I thought I time traveled bavk to 1985 because the room did not have a fridge. It has to be 30 plus years since I have been in a hotel room without a fridge. You are charging 2024 prices for an outdated room!???? Next, the toilet didn't flush....at all! We had to use the public ones. Also the shower didnt drain, and lets throw in only one elevator worked. Sell the place, update it, or tear it down. What you are charging is robbery and you should be ashamed of yourself. It may say Hampton on the sign buts its Red Roof quality.

Confirmation has me reserved for two rooms, checked in and said I wanted to joining rooms. Ready to walk away and he said he had only processed one room. After five minutes got that squared away and telling me that we had adjoining rooms came upstairs and they were across the hall. Had to go back downstairs and for five minutes figured out what two rooms were joining. Room is so outdated and dirty. Toilet leaking, popcorn on floor and nest of hair on shower rod. Pool water cold.

Everything was good. The only criticism I have is they need to update their property bring everything up-to-date..Other than that everything was good

Room was dingy and musty like an old smoker’s room.

The bathroom ceiling was peeling, didn’t have enough towels etc in the room. Corners were dirty. Maybe needs a refresh. Staff was all working hard in the lobby etc. We needed guest laundry and they didn’t have it.

Overall okay. Ice machine did not work on my floor so went to another. No fan in the bathroom. Some guests were really loud in the hallway very early in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Employees friendly and helpful.

Advertised airport shuttle as benefit of stay. None available tomorrow when needed. Informed that i would need to use cab or uber. This adds $50 to my stay.

Super friendly and professional staff but the hotel overall needs a lot of updating. Also, the hallways and rooms just seemed a little worn out. My room was reasonably clean, bathroom was clean. Carpet looked worn and not real clean. Updating needed as well. Breakfast was good with a lot of good variety.

Only complaint was the toilet was to low. Don't think it was even a standard height toilet. Very hard to get up from.

Conveniently located by highway and downtown Peoria/Bradley University

Room had a smell about it

The toilet was dirty. There was hair on the floors cobwebs in the corner above the windows, and the floor needs to be vacuumed. Kind of sad, just saying.

Not up to Hampton Inn normal standards smelled musty

This is a very outdated hotel, very old interiors. Bed very soft and uncomfortable, no smart tv inside the room, no mini fridge or microwave. Everything overall very old, breakfast in the morning was good. Fresh products and variety of options. Location very good to access highway though.

The breakfast was great as always. The bed was super comfortable. There was mold in the shower...the property looked aged but was clean otherwise.

The most disappointing aspect of this room was it was very dark. Even with the window open and full sunlight in the window. I was unable to see to put my make up on. The bathroom mirror was so far from where I stood I was unable to see well. The entire room was dark, not very clean and not updated at all.
