We had an overall good stay overnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Their breakfast food offerings could be improved.

The stay was very enjoyable considering the situation. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool was assessable but the jacuzzi was not. The breakfast was good.

The hotel it’s self was really nice and rooms very spacious. My autistic son loved playing in the pool. Breakfast was good as well. Very clean from the moment you walk in the doors to the inside. Only problem I had there was a power outage in our area that left us without power for a while, which I know wasn’t there fault but during the power outage they gave someone else our room key code and ppl just walked in to our room which I felt unsafe with it having my kids in the room. For someone to just walk in like that and no management ever came to apologize.

We stayed two nights for a dance competition. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and there was a variety of food items for breakfast.

It would have been good to be told that ahead of time. The lady working the breakfast was kind of rude. She was mumbling under her breathe while cleaning tables and was watching and waiting for people to leave. Standing right by them with her cloth and cleaner. That wasn’t necessary.

Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy.

They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.

Not Marriott standards by any means. Rooms were not cleaned and not cleaned while we stayed there. Pool is tiny, even one adult and 3 kids and it felt crowded. Pull out couch fits one person. Best thing was the breakfast which does not say much. Would not recommend

Staff was friendly. Room was very nice and quiet.

Bathroom was very dingy and didn't feel clean. Soap scum and cracks in the wall and grout was yellow with cracks. For the money we paid I was not pleased. Rest of room was clean but bed wasn't very comfortable. Didn't use any amenities outside of the room as we were traveling through.

The beds are comfortable it was nice that the pool stays open til 11 pm. Quiet at night feel safe in the area with shopping nearby. Only complaint I'd have is not having hot water for hot chocolate refilled while the breakfast area closed during the day.

We had some very loud neighbors so soundproofing is moderate. If you need a quiet stay, I would work with the staff upfront on room selection.

Location is great. Facilities are adequate. There was NO HOT WATER on the morning that I was checking out which meant I was unable to take a shower. This was a horrible stay and I likely will not stay here in the future. Finding a way to fix the hot water problem quickly would have helped immensely. I waited between 6am-7:30am and it still wasn'ty fixed by the time I needed to leave at 7:45am which was a HUGE problem for me.

Our rooms were spacious and clean. All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were pleasant. The person working the breakfast shift was friendly and greeted everyone. The continental breakfast had variety and was well-stocked. The rooms/hallways were quiet. There were plenty of outlets, including the built in charging ports.

The breakfast was great! The room was very clean. The front desk helped out a lot with information on the area.

Our Check in was pleasant. The Room was average. Very Secure location. I won’t be staying there next trip to East Peoria. Was not happy with our room when asking for a handicap room.

Love this hotel! It’s clean, quiet and the staff is polite and friendly. Location is convenient for our visits. Love the ‘around the clock’ tea and coffee. I would ask for packets of stevia for coffee and maybe plain yogurt at the breakfast buffet.

We arrived later in the evening. Very friendly staff. Our key didn’t work but we were just sleeping and leaving the next morning so it was not a problem. Good breakfast spread. We were on the first floor. Thin walls, could hear tv in next room. I’m a sound sleeper so did not effect us but may consider noise machine if this bothers you.

This hotel stay was one of the best stays I’ve had, I booked for two night due to traveling out of state for a concert. The front desk worker, I believe his name was Steve, very friendly and informative. Overall I loved my stay here definitely will choose this location in the future

Literally everything was excellent regarding our 1st stay with Fairfield. We decided to look for another Fairfield on our road trip to Wyoming. I had one small issue. The pillows weren't very comfortable. Solved by bringing a pillow from home.

Property location was convenient. Check in was quick. There was a used wash cloth on shower rod which was surprising. Other than that, it was acceptable. Breakfast was typical hotel free selection.

The property was nice and the breakfast was great. However, I booked a handicapped room which I did NOT get because the property did not clean that room that day after another guest had a late checkout. So, my Father, who uses a walker, was in a regular room depite my paying for a handicapped room in advance. The room we were put in was NOT well cleaned either. We found pills on the floor that were NOT ours. The bedspread had a stain on it that looked fresh and like it had not been washed. For $160 this is unacceptable. The only mitigating factor was the property was quiet for sleeping and the breakfast was good. I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!

Breakfast was very good.

The staff was very friendly and our stay was so comfortable- we had everything we needed. The breakfast was exceptional and our children want to come back just for the breakfast.

Front desk was very helpful. Easy check in and clean room.

No complaints about the hotel. It was great. It was located right next to the highway so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The room was clean. The pool was warm. Me and the kids had a great time. The hot tub jets were weak and it was kind of dirty and not much hotter than the pool....that's the only complaint. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

We loved the room and cozy feel of the lobby, so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast area is comfortable and clean with many food options. Even gluten free muffins! The staff helped me out with a previous wifi issue and guided me to not make the same mistake when I asked. All were friendly and welcoming. Lovely experience.

The walls were not well insulated from the noise of other guests and the interstate traffic. However, the room was clean and beds very comfortable.

The hotel was really nice! Breakfast was good each day. The shower was handheld, which was a nice bonus. The room was a good size for our family of five. We wish we would have had housekeeping each day. We stayed four nights and only had housekeeping once. But that one time was very well done! Pool and exercise room were great. We will stay again.

I had to stay an extra night and the room type I had originally reserved wasn’t available for that extra night. In moving from one room to the other, I lost a power cord. Staff went out of their way to find me a replacement. Very clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The coffee was good and easily available 24/7 and the thermal pots kept it nice and hot!

It would have been nice to have clean towels the second day.

The room was not properly cleaned there was huge dry blood stains on the quilt and sheets on one of the beds when we got there and there was still trash from the previous guest in the refrigerator. We had already driven 7 and half hours to get to the hotel and we were just dead tired and did not want to be bothered by having to reload the cart and move everything we had to another room. the housekeeper there at the time was nice enough to bring us new sheets and took the trash but I’m not sure who was assigned to clean our room before we arrived but your company definitely needs to retrain your housekeeping staff to make sure the rooms are cleaned before new guest arrive to their rooms. Other than that it was a ok stay I guess. I would definitely not make that place my first choice to stay and I would not recommend this location to anyone because now I feel like all their rooms will be dirty and I would never want anyone to have go through that experience ever again.

Cheaper option across the parking lot stay there. The staff here were rather rude and unhelpful, at check-in there were three people standing at the desk and washing one of them work as a line for, no one greeted you, no one makes eye contact. The only person on the staff whoever said hello to anyone was the poor girl cleaning the breakfast area, she was super nice, but everyone else was just rude. Unhelpful. it looks new on the outside, but inside it’s rather outdated, minimal USB ports or outlets for charging items, Steph didn’t care to stop the children running up and down the floors and banging on the doors and shouting and otherwise just making a disturbance. Truly stay elsewhere, for the price you pay for a Fairfield room, you’re getting super eight results.

This hotel is always clean and quiet. We get a good night’s rest, the complimentary breakfast area is clean and comfortable. Parking is good. In all we give it a thumbs up. Wish the IHOP around the corner was open.

Hot tub was not very hot and the jets didn’t work, then the second time we sat in it the jets barely worked but there was hair and other stuff floating so it definitely needed to be cleaned

Everything is more or less to expectations. I will only say it’s the smallest room with a king bed I’ve ever seen with little room around the bed and no sofa. But clean and cozy.

The pillows and towels all had that old mildew smell. Makes it hard to sleep. Bed was rock hard. Breakfast ends at 9..…really? But the people were nice, the place was clean otherwise and quiet.

When I turned down the bed covers, I immediately noticed not only a large grayish/ purple stain on the bottom sheet but an even larger yellow stain on the top sheet and a BLOOD stain on the bottom side of the comforter. I notified the front desk and was told that they had no explanation and initially had no other comparable room to put me in. I asked the front desk staff, Ashley, to come up and look, which she did and then suddenly found an “accessible “ room that was available, but not quite the quality of the room I had booked. No compensation was offered and I will never stay there again. Having to change rooms at 11:30 at night, after settling in for the night, significantly impacted my sleep, especially since I was now not sure how effectively ANY of the rooms are being cleaned. Having to decide whether to sleep on top of the bed coverings or on the sofa was not a decision I should have had to make with the money I spent.

was at a soccer tournament all day checked in at 4 put stuff in room went to eat with the team came back around 7 left went and sat outside with the team came back in with food and their was Ants everything on tables on tv stand very nasty.

Our stay was ok, not worth the price I paid. The AC unit was leaking and the carpet was continuously soaking. The AC unit was also very loud and clicked throughout the night. The pull out sofa bed was a ton tinier than expected and could not fit two people. The spa also did not have working whirpools.

This hotel looks fairly new and everything was comfortable, I asked for a quiet room and it was (3rd floor).
