The staff were terrific and very helpful. The room (with a Mississippi River view) was clean, comfortable and just what my wife and I needed as I was there on both a working and casual stay. Nothing major. If anything, the location isn't really walkable to anything. You will need to drive to sites in the area.

Staff extremely rude! I will never stay here again.

Breakfast selections were good with plenty of variety, good location by the river, nice view. Staff was polite, room was clean . Room supplies were short on replacing in a timely manner, always had to ask for towels, coffee, trash bags. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Pool is small, no hot tub. Lots of trash in the stairwell. Had to evacuate for a fire alarm right out of bed.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had over the previous two weeks! It was great!

Told they had shuttle which was the only reason I picked this hotel. When got there was told they did not have enough staff to run the shuttle.

Would have liked to have had a restaurant on site.

You must see the view from the ninth floor.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. So clean and loved the layout of the king suites. My only wish is that the pool and pool area were bigger. For such a big hotel, there is only room for a few adults to sit so we ended up not using the pool at all.

As with many of our previous stays, the staff at this location was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful from check-in to dining to checkout. However, unlike my past experiences, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of both our room and the staircase areas. Our room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, and there was tape left all over the ceiling from a previous guest. The kitchen and living room areas also had noticeable dust, crumbs, and stains, and the room smelled strongly of smoke. We are very mindful that staff members often have a large number of rooms to turn over in a short amount of time, but the lack proper cleaning was a big disappointment. We ended up spending a considerable amount of time cleaning the room ourselves before we could settle in comfortably. In addition, the stairwell had a pungent odor reminiscent of urine and alcohol, and the area at the bottom leading to the lobby had a significant amount of garbage strewn about. I hope this message reaches the right people. I truly enjoy staying with Hyatt and want to continue doing so. Hopefully these concerns can be addressed quickly to help avoid similar experiences for future guests.

Check in was a breeze. We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place East Moline / Quad Cities. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the river views were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the trip. The breakfast was fresh and had great options, and the rooftop/lounge area gave the whole stay an upscale atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful and perfect stay in the Quad Cities area.
