Front desk would not accomodate a double bed split instead of a king bed. Was told it was Expedia rule and could not accomodate.

The staff was amazing and helpful. We had 6 rooms and needed to get everyone registered at different times. Shay did a good job sorting out the possible rooms with our guest needs for bed combinations. I didn’t like how small the king rooms were. I thought I booked king rooms with sleepers but got king only rooms. My room had a drain that didn’t work in one and only sink. No liner sheers at window and no usb outlets. One of our rooms had no luggage rack. But other than that the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Room seemed clean. We were not allowed to check in until after 3 PM. No one else was either. Therefore there was 40 people trying to check in all at the same time at 3 PM A little frustrating.

I did not feel the bathroom had been well cleaned. And the windows were dirty which always annoys me. A friend checked in the same day and her room had punch marks in the walls and the screen was broken out. She ended up sleeping at her friend's house because she did not feel safe.

Bathroom is smaller than other Marriott hotels we have stayed in. Shower door was glass and was not sliding on the track properly, conditioner was empty therefore questioning how throughly they check rooms in between guest. Discovered in the morning when opening the curtains that the window was slightly open but also no lock present! The mom in me sees this as a huge safety issue. Also no USB ports so be sure to pack a plug with your charging wire.

The room was clean and quiet and easy on and off the highway.

They gave us a diabled access room, not sure why. Also it was raining really hard that night and the rain was bouncing off the metal awning like a drum. It was pretty loud. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean.

The listing stated it was a room with a king size bed and a double sofa bed. Upon arriving, we noticed the sofa bed was only enough for one person. We booked the room because it said he could comfortable sleep 4. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is ok, just needs a renovation. Looks older, not very updated. Tv runs off internet which was deathly slow making tv watching a hassle.

All very comfortable and great service

The hotel was clean and nice. The only downside was the TV didn’t work. It would power on and the Marriott stuff would come up but when you went to actual channels it would stay black. Told the front desk and they offered to change rooms but that was more of a hassle having to repack everything.

The room was clean, and close to where we wanted to go; however, we were located on the 3rd floor; elevator was broken. Someone staying with us with mobility issues and stairs a challenge. Also, phone not working in the room.

What I didn't like about this particular Marriott was that the elevator was broken and needed to be serviced for over two weeks. We stayed here at the end of one month and came back at least two weeks later and the elevator still hadn't been fixed. The inconvenience was palpable as I had both luggage, food, and a toddler to go up to the second floor. I was lucky that it wasn't a 3rd or 4th...

Room was exceptionally clean. I didn't like that there was no fresh dairy products for making my coffee.

The front desk woman was super sweet and efficient. She informed us the elevator is broken. We're able people, no biggie. Come to find out it's been broken over a month by a family member who stayed there recently and ended up switching hotels because of it. The room was filthy. Questionable splatter on the walls, mold on the curtain above the heating/cooling system.. meaning when then air blew it was blowing those spores all over the room. Mold on the ceiling in the bedroom area. Down the walls. Bathroom had mold as well, no ventilation. Rust on the metal hinges and discoloration in the shower. The toilet seat wobbly. The beds... so not comfortable. Worn in pillows. A thin pad protector between sheet and mattress. There was serious plumbing work being done, the racket of their construction bellowed through the whole building. You could hear everything. For the quality, the price was FAR higher than it should be. This was roadside motel cleanliness and quality for commercial hotel pricing. Will NOOOT be staying here and should have listened to my family who suggested we stay at the Holiday Inn 2 minutes down the road.

Quick check in. Very friendly desk clerk. Was told upon check in that the elevator was broke but she accommodated us as well as she possibly could to keep us on the second floor and near the stairs for a double bed room.

The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hotel is worn, the elevator was broken and we had a late check in with only room available on 4th floor with lots of heavy luggage. The room smelled musty and there were fans in hallway drying out what appeared to be wet carpet.

We chose this hotel because it had the highest ratings from previous users. When we arrived, it seemed it was in a state of dis repair. Smelled of paint and sheet rock mud but we didn’t see any evidence of that. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken.

Courteous, professional staff as you expect at a Marriott. Hotel is showing its age, the staff are a wonderful team.

Guest liability and safety not a concern because I think this elevator has been out AWHILE. And still charging the full rate. Heavy police presence at 3am for no reason it seemed, no one was up or around - and this property is off the highway and pretty secluded. They made me uncomfortable.

The hotel and the room both had an unpleasant smell. The room was in poor condition condition. They also had a bus full of kids that were really loud.

Checkin was good however we were not asked for our Marriott number. For this one night trip, we booked thru Expedia because we had accumulated points there and had to use and know that our stay would not earn points. However we should have been asked because not everyone books a Marriott stay thru Marriott website for various reasons but do enjoy stays and consistency of a Marriott hotel. When not asked, we offered but we were just told we booked thru Expedia and wont get points which we already knew. My husband is a loyal Marriott bonvoy member and should have been greeted as such regardless of how we booked this stay.

I will not be staying at a Fairfield inn again absolutely disgusting

Driveway entrance not well marked. Room walls are paper thin, could easily hear conversations in the next room. Breakfast was very good.

Room had a moldy smell as soon as we entered. Ceiling was dirty and moldy. Carpet was damp and had smell. For cost we paid for room it was well below expectations.

I have stayed at this hotel twice while driving to Connecticut. It's the perfect place to rest for the night and have a great drive the next day. The hotel is conveniently located near highways with plenty of options for eating and shopping for last-minute essentials. The staff is super nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
