The main problem was that it wasn't very well taken care of. It could use a lot of renovating. The rooms had the feel of a run down area of town.

It smelled like cigarette smoke when we got in the room and we had to air it out before going to sleep. There were also cigarette butt burns on our bed. We were supposed to stay two nights but we only stayed one night.

Well my first few nights were pleasant enough. Nothing to complain about. I did have to switch to a different room for to my own mistake, however the room I was switched to, garbage. The power in the living room would literally cut on and off all night long. Only the bathroom light would stay on. Couldn't even keep the clock set. Smooth check in It was old, dingy, & very nasty! There was food on the floor, stains on the bed, pubic hair in bathroom floor near tub and toilet, soap residue in tub along with dirt and hairs! This was not just in our room but the other family that was with us so 3 rooms in total were nasty all at once and one had bed bugs the other 2 we didn’t even check we didn’t want to touch anything! There’s no way the rooms were even attempted to be cleaned. We didn’t even stay, we forfeited our money after being told we couldn’t get a refund for 2 night we told them they could just keep it cause there’s no way we were staying there. We got in the car to leave and a roach was crawling across my windshield on the outside, even the parking lot was infested!

The room smelled like a dirty ashtray! There was a used bar of soap in the shower, and a dirty wash cloth! I would never recommend this hotel!

Very kind and accommodating staff and a clean and comfortable room. I check in late at night and the woman working the desk gave me a few bottles of water, which was very nice. My only minor feedback is that their phone charger outlet didn't work for me, but I reported it and they appreciated letting them know so they could replace it. Can definitely recommend staying there if you traveling.

When we arrived no rooms were available due to other guests leaving late. We had issues with getting in the room. It was clean. My mother used the shower and the bathtub did not drain. Front desk was informed and said they would contact maintenance. Front desk said maintenance was at another site but would fix the issue. We came back late and didn’t check to see if the tub drained. We only stayed overnight. Left first thing in the morning.

The room seemed clean except the intense cigarette smoke smell. In Ohio we do not have any smoking rooms etc. Other than that it was not a terrible stay and pretty basic

This property should be closed. We checked in for the George Strait concert. The leather chair was ripped up and peeling. The carpet was disgusting with food crumbs throughout the rug. The comforter was completely stained. It was dirty. The place was beyond gross. We slept in our clothes and left at 4 am because we were so grossed out.

Our room was not sanitary at all. When checking the beds, I found finger nail clippings in the bed, there was blood on the door in the bathroom, and what looked like urine on the door as well.

The room had a very musty smell. The carpet was not vacuumed. The mirror looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a month. The shower drain was crusty and rusty. I was traveling alone (female) with 2 small kids and there was a guy standing there checking in asking about a local bar in the area and the check-in lady announced the room I was staying in out loud. Not safe at all. I got to the room and it was a joining room on both sides that I truly was uncomfortable with. I will not be staying here again

The staff were all very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool wasn’t open for the season yet. Wished for regular Cheerios instead of sugar coated ones at breakfast, otherwise breakfast was fine.

Everything was ok, except I needed to check in early, but I didn't need to get in the room. I knew I would not be back until 10:00 or 11:00 pm. They wouldn't let me.

Don't waste your money. This place is run down and needs major renovation, terrible breakfast.

No microwave in breakfast buffet area. Hot foods not held at state mandated minimum temperature for hot foods of 135 degrees. No microwave in buffet area to heat hot foods to acceptable temperature.

The comforter smelled pretty bad like body odor. It did not smell clean.

The staff were rude, the breakfast was cold when advertised hot, the place was bug infested, the rooms were dirty after being cleaned, they will not honor refunds or location transfers, ceilings falling in in bathrooms, this was a real dump and to beat it all, they demand a $150 security deposit!!! TRUST ME, DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, or you will be extremely disappointed, and for the amount they want, YOUD do a lot better going elsewhere.

Th Room was spectacular

Quick check in process. Breakfast included was nice and the usual grab and go items and also make your own waffle along with eggs and sausage links. Pretty good. Room was standard and bed was comfortable. It was a good option for a quick overnight stay. No issues.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Hair everywhere.

The room was dirty. Black hairs on bathroom floor. Busted and rusty toilet paper hardware. The image of the hotel on Expedia was a different location. It appeared to be a nice motel. In reality the Easley location is very run down in appearance. They also would not accept my MD certified EMS animal. Even with her official i.d. they made me pay for her plus an adsitional $90.00 deposit. We will never stay there again.

Room smelled bad, not well maintained. Someone tried to deliver towels on our check out day and did not knock just opened the door. The blinds are see through at night with the lights on and don’t do much to block out morning sun. Did not feel safe considering it’s an outdoor entry so people could just walk past our room and see inside at night. One of the chairs had 2 pins that stabbed you if you sat on it but it wasn’t obvious before sitting. They still have a sign on the mirror stating the rooms are serviced upon request but that isn’t what we experienced. Hot water for the shower took a long time.

The heat works very well. Bathrooms, linens were clean. Standard continental breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Area is surrounded by stores and restaurants.

Cons: there was a thin shade but the curtains were missing so our room was very bright from the street lights. The hotel is also right off a busy main road so it was very loud with truck noise all night. The breakfast sausages were ok but the eggs tasted spoiled

I got to the hotel and did not have reservation. The hotel OWNER told me Expedia messed up and I was with out a place to stay with my 88 year old father, 14 year old son. I was treated horribly

Checked in at 11 o’clock on Friday night the first room had no electricity except for the bathroom and the air conditioning went back to get another room got another room. They started playing games with my credit card will never rent from them again the place is dirty rundown, and they are very deceptive and their business practices. Do not trust them.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The staff on all but my check out day was amazing.

The only real complaint was the dog smell of the room.

The first room we were had plumbing issues and a semi-functioning ac and they wanted to send maintenance in to fix it. We asked for another room and they did allow us to move. The 2nd room had 2 lamps plugged into a wall outlet that did not work. The breakfast was also very poor. It appeared to just be reheated food from day to day. We will not be staying here again.

Absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t stay. I had to forfeit the money because I trusted the reviews. The bed had stains and human hair, pubic, on the bed and the toilet was discolored and gross. The carpet was too gross and the room smelled nasty.

My “no smoking room” stunk like an ashtray. I had to go to a store to get febreeze to make the room tolerable.

They advertise free wifi, but apparently only for cellular devices. There were alive and dead roaches in the room, mold on bed and gross splatters on the wall. When i asked fir a refund they refused and when i complained about the wifi the threatened to kick me out. Never stay here

It's ok if you need a inexpensive place to stay for a night. Not a great place to stay for an extended time.

Hotel needs upgrades bad!!!

The room was very worn out. The bathroom curtain had mold all over the place. The carpet was damaged all around the room, caulking in the shower was falling off, and the room had a strong smell to something we couldnt figure out. Bed sheets were clean.

Comforter/bed sheet was not properly washed and I saw some red stains on it. When we went for breakfast after an hour when it opened (like around 8 am), I was told they were out of bread and bagels and only thing they had were muffins, so had to go outside for breakfast. Luckily there are different breakfast places within walking distance like Dunkin and McDonalds. Thank god we were staying for only one night. So its good for quick stayover. Price for a night was around $70.

However the place was old. Old sheets, torn and stained, not clean, we found hair and food crumbs in them. The carpet was torn, lights were not all working. Bathroom was dirty, moldy spots on the walls, pee on the toilet. Just yuck. Definitely explains why it was $60 a night. Btw, the breakfast was terrible. All they had were nasty little muffins, suspect looking sausage. And one waffle maker.

This location is a typical older style motel where the room connects to the outside sidewalk. If you’re trying to compare this location to a Marriott somewhere, then of course this location is going to fail. Putting this Quality Inn in the same box, however with other similar motels, I think it was perfectly fine. We had no complaints. Yes, some of the tile in the bathroom was aging, but we found the room clean, the beds were comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the breakfast was pretty decent as a continental breakfast.. I would stay here again.

Recent renovation from fire. Fresh paint over bad repairs. Lumpy paint, globs of white putty in marble tub surround where rod was replaced. Mattress extremely aged, lumpy, and uncomfortable. 12 inch toilet height. Hot water almost non-existent. Cannot rate breakfast.

I needed a place to stay after hurricane Helene knocked out my power. When i arrived at the property they also didnt have power. I did not check in and they refused to give me a Why would i pay to stay somewhere with not electricity if that is the reason i needed a room in the first place.

The rooms were nasty and had a terrible smell, the carpet was stained and smelled horrible. The doors wasn't secure enough. The lights went out during the storm and they didn't have a generator. My family and I had to live in a hot smelly room for 2 nights and they didn't offer a discount.

This motel has obviously been renovated, but not super recently. The room and bathroom was very clean and all the linens and fixtures were in great working condition - lights, TV, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer. The one downside is the old motel smell. To be fair, it didn’t smell like an old ashtray, like so many other old motels, but I wonder what else could be done to freshen the air? Maybe it’s difficult with wall units that are filtering air from the outside where other people are smoking and car exhaust is coming in from the parking lot and nearby highway?

The property is being renovated. The room was clean but had a musty smell. The mattress seemed new and was very comfortable. My room was by the stairs so it was noisy.

This is a very tired property that desperately needs updating. Our room was not clean finding trash under the bed and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. In the morning at the breakfast they offer the staff either had friends or other employees hanging around and were so loud. Very unprofessional. Would not stay here again.

It was a reasonable priced place to lay my head. The folks at the desk were helpful, polite and busy. The room; smelled awful, hair in the sink, other hair on the toilet behind where the seat attaches and the entire facility looks painfully shabby and dated. Does not represent the Quality Inn & Suites name unless they have lowered their standards considerably!

Overall an ok place to stay. It was for only one night so I can deal with it. The room had a smell maybe from cleaning products. Three trains came through blasting their horn. That was probably the worst part.

There was only one set of towels and no soap in the room when we arrived and we are a family of 4. I had to go to the front desk and ask for these items. Front desk clerk told my husband that breakfast is from 7 to 10 am. In the morning, we went to get breakfast at 8.30 am. My husband was there 15 min earlier. He said that the front desk lady removed all the eggs and sausages right after he came. So there was nothing there to eat except cereal, waffles and yogurt. When I asked the lady about the eggs and if she was going to add more, she said she was busy because she had a lot of check outs in the morning. We waited for another 10-15 min, she just added some bananas but no eggs or sausage. If you can find another hotel stay somewhere else, staff here doesn’t really care about your experience. It was a last minute stay for us and it was the only hotel available for this area, so we had no choice.

This was a convenient location at a fair price. If you want a more fancy place you will have to pay more, however for the low price, this place was adequate for my stay.

When we got to the hotel they required 150 cash deposit for damages we may make to the room… they had no form to fill out just an envelope that they had us sign. When we got to our room it smelled so bad like smoke and mildew. They did not offer us another room or try rectifying the situation. All they said is since you told us you can have your deposit back in the morning. When we went down in the morning to eat breakfast we asked for the shady deposit bavk and we were told we had to drive around to the front of the building before they would return it. They did return it but this was shady as it gets…

The hotel is well maintained. Staff was friendly. Had an issue: we’re asked if wanting housekeeping. My reply was “NO”!!! The housekeeping ignored and enter our room without permission. We’re upset and I complain to the office. Office staff on Saturday evening showed no concern.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice. The availability of extra pillows would have been nice.

Property definitely needs to be updated (bed cover had burn hole, carpet old and dirty. Room had been cleaned, but not well. Whatever they used to clean the room had an overpowering smell. We were glad that we didn't have to spend too much time in the room. Couldn't get wifi to work. Won't stay there again.

we were to have 2 rooms adjoining both booked early, and they rented the adjoining room, and place the other of my party on the second floor at the oppisite of the hotel, not really good booking for early on line booking :( :(

Night clerk was very pleasant and professional, morning clerk was just okay. We booked a2 queen room in advance and the room was only socked with two towels and wash clothes. We we in a handicap room but the door was so hard to open, i don't see how anyone with mobility issues could even get the door open, much less maneuver through it.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed. The musty smell was overpowering and everything was so dirty that my husband and I were afraid to get into the bed. The rug had huge stains on it, the doors were caked in dirt and the shower area was repulsive.

The room was very outdated and dirty. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the ceiling, the shower wasn’t clean and the trash outside the stairwell was overflowing.

Not sure what happened within a year but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Perfect if you don’t mind the midnight visitors (Roaches) that like to crawl across the headboard.

Nice hotel for the price point

Needed a pet friendly room for a one night stay while visiting family. Very polite staff, affordable, comfortable and sufficiently clean for one night's sleep and a shower.

The downside of our 6 day / 5 nite stay was first, that the swimming pool was not only not openned as the website said... but a nasty green in color and no one even working on it. It looked like a storage area for garden hoses and broken parts. There was also no continental breakfast as the website also stated. Instead, you can request a to-go lunch bag with a bottle of water and a small blueberry muffin. You can request a frozen breakfast burrito or taco that can be microwaved. Juice and coffee were available in the lobby. Another downside was there was no housekeeping service except for 1 day. (You get to pick the day). If you want fresh towels or linen, You must take your used ones to the front office and request fresh ones. Same thing with garbage bags and ice bucket bags, Cups, and coffee for in room coffee machine. If you have full garage cans, you have to take the bags out to the dumpster if you want to keep a semi-clean room for yourself. We had requested a handicap accessible Room as my wife is wheelchair / Scooter bound. While the bathroom did have the shower seat we had requested & grab bars at the toilet and shower, there wasn't any near the sink and vanity or anywhere else in the Room. The set up for the room was very difficult for someone in a wheelchair as we had to rearrange some of the furniture to make it somewhataccessible for her.

This property has NEVER been updated.. the updates that were pointed out to me were New Headboards 😳. The tv was antiquated . They need to rip the carpet out and install laminate or equivalent. Whoever cleaned the room didn’t clean behind anything and the room phone hadn’t been wiped down in weeks possibly months. The previous occupant left a deposit in the toilet that was still there when I checked in. Overall only stay here if you’re Desperate

We stayed over the Christmas holidays, there weren't many guests during that time, there wasn't much in the way of housekeeping, but it was a pleasant stay, the room was comfortable & the motel was conveniently located.

We were visiting family in Greenville & Easley, so the location of the hotel was convenient.
