Room was not completely clean, powder residue on coffee tray. Trash still under sink, dirty wash rag hanging on rod. Side door to exterior did not lock. Fire alarm went off around midnight one night. Will not stay again

The entire experience was pleasant. Staff was great, accomodated any needs we had, friendly people. Breakfast was good. Good location just minutes from Easley and Greenville. Al in all a wonderful stay

We love this hotel in Easley. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. They check and make sure you have everything you need. The Breakfast is good and plenty of parking.

Staff were great, room was clean. I do not think that a pet charge of $75 is reasonable. I understand that are some horrendous pet owners out there, but $75 is too much when there is no damage and the only thing left behind is some pet hair. :) Maybe a deposit coupled with a lower charge would be a better approach?

The property had been remodeled recently, it looked very nice. The only negative that stood out was the 2 dirty welcome mats with small clumps of dirt on them and overflowing trash can just outside the main entrance.

This particular Hampton Inn was in the process of doing some remideling, however, in did not distract from the cleanliness of the major ares that most travelers use. Wonderful, fresh breakfast for the days we were there.

The breakfast options was ok. No juice at all at 9am. For the price we pay it should have been there no matter the time. Very pricey for all the more it is. It's not overly luxurious and definitely not worth the 179 a night. I would say worth $100 a night max.

The tub didn’t drain..the beds were uncomfortable, there was hardly any breakfast they were remodeling. I wasn’t told that before I booked the stay. The room wasn’t cleaned we had to ask for new towels, then we were given 2. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

The location is fine, breakfast wasn't anything to write home to mom about but it was filling. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and looked to be recently upgraded/remodeled. The room was quiet also.

It was in a safe area and there are plenty of fast food/quick service restaurants nearby. I loved that the rooms have a modern feel and look like they’ve been recently renovated with new furniture and art. Everything was very clean - especially the bedding and the bathrooms, which is something I take note of. They also have nice shampoo/body wash/lotion in the bathroom. I requested that my two rooms were close to each other and the hotel staff was able to make that happen, which was wonderful for my family! Thank you to the Easley Hampton Inn for our great Clemson football weekend!

Excellent service. Very friendly staff that was helpful with suggestions as to where to go. Also, they printed out a map for me to helmet to the airport. The pool was clean and refreshing-used it everyday!

This was a typical hampton inn. Nothing particularly wrong or outstanding. Just that we had a much better stay with more amenities in a premier spot in Greenville for substantially less. Only stayed here because of a wedding nearby.

They would not take my Hilton honors number because I booked through Travelocity. I almost always book through Travelocity and this has never happened before. We have had Hilton honors since its beginning. This of course meant no free wifi which I was counting on to get work done. In looking for a hotel on our route, I choose this Hampton because of our HH even though it was a little more expensive. Won’t make that mistake again.

I booked a room for my grandma during her wedding weekend. When I booked, I asked the staff if they could decorate the room for her on her wedding day. They did a wonderful job and it meant so much to her. I truly appreciate it. N/A

The location I found a huge water bug in our room on the second day of our stay. The fitted sheet on our bed did not fit properly. I asked on the third day if we could have new linens, and we were not given them. The sheet continued to not fit on the mattress. The room was not clean. The rug needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom floor and toilet was very dirty.

The room was bigger than expected. Seriously, you could play catch in this room. The water was super hot so for those of you that like steamy showers, you will be satisfied. Plenty of restaurant options really close to the hotel. No complaints. This hotel met my expectations at this price level.

Although there is refurbishment work being carried out at the moment, this hotel is still one of the best ones in the area, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a good choice of breakfast. Ideally located for access to the I85, local shopping and sightseeing.

On Friday, 3/14/2025 we confirmed our handicap room with the necessary roll in shower with safety bars before our arrival on Saturday, 3/15/2025. We arrived to the Hampton Inn in Easley, SC around 9:30pm and we were first told our room was given away because they were overbooked. When we asked to speak to a manager, was told there was no manager on site and that the manager would not be in till Monday. When we further complained about not having a handicap room suddenly the manager was on the phone. The manager then said that the handicap room we reserved had a "mechanically problem" and that they only had a "standard king room" with no handicap bars in the shower. We were also told that another patron with reservations did not have a room. The front desk person also had a note of our confirmation of the handicap room on Friday, 3/14/2025. No one from the hotel notified us ahead of time that the specific type of room we reserved a month and a half ago was not available, there were severe storms heading to the area and we were not going to have any where to stay for the night until we further complained to the manager, refused to leave, and continued attempts to give us a "standard king size room" without safety bars in the shower, finally the manager found a room at another hotel. We had to drive 30min out of our away to another hotel for a handicap room with safety bars in the shower.

This is a beautiful hotel and my room was very accommodating and comfortable. I found the front desk gentleman to be a very helpful fellow, Chance. Hotel is in a very safe area, plenty of lighting, parking right in the front and it was just a short walk to eateries, a steak house and a taco place I believe (I didn’t get a good look). Conveniently located right in between Powdersville and Easley, which is very convenient to Greenville, a top 10 downtown city in the US. Just a few miles away. All in all, I would definitely stay again when in the area. Beds were very heavenly!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time being disappointed with my stay. The staff was very friendly, especially Chance!

White dog hair EVERYWHERE. The prior guest must have had a dog that shed. I wear a lot of black clothing bcz of my job and my clothes were covered in white dog hair. The hair also made my guest and I very itchy. Didn’t realize what was going on til the last day of our stay

I did not appreciate the $25.00 early check-in fee. We checked in at 2:00pm. The property was not full and we arrived just one hour early. This fee should not have been added to our bill.

There were a few insects noted on the floor just inside the door of my room and hairs not belonging to me in the shower . The mattress protector was ripped which prevents it from doing its job. When positive item was the young man at the desk was extremely kind and professional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

We had one issue with the air conditioning unit, leaked onto the rug, reported to the front desk around 9-10PM and they had someone up the next day to address and dry out the carpet. Friendly service.

Our room was not well cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There was what looked to be old toothpaste on the bathroom door that had not been cleaned, and there were several hairs found in the hand towels. The pillows were awful! They were not even full sized pillows, just squares, and mostly flat. The pantry area to buy snacks had such a terrible selection that we had to leave and find a convenience store to get snacks. We have stayed at this hotel before and it was very nice, but this trip was a disappointment.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Try clean and front desk was super nice and friendly. Everything was comfortable except for the usual disappointing hotel pillows. But expected that so we brought our own anyway. Location was very convenient and easy to get to with 2 great restaurants right next door.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Easley on multiple trips when visiting family in the area. It is convenient and located near a variety of restaurants. It's clean, the staff is courteous and the free hot breakfast is generally good for a simple quick option versus a local restaurant. As of February 2023 they accept pets (with a fee) which is great as previously I had to choose lesser quality places when traveling with my dog.

Great service, Chase took care of my check in, added my Hilton rewards, fast and easy. Best check in ever. Quiet room, BLACKOUT SHADES!!! Good shower, clean, nice updated room, USB outlets, nice TV. Good wifi. Top 5 stays ever.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful. We asked a maid to replace our towels and clean the bathroom. She did this to our complete satisfaction. Front desk were professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice and prompt in replacing food items when the quantity became low. The only complaint we had was the quality of the breakfast options could have. Een better. were
