Was worried when I read the reviews. Do not listen to them , our room was clean, the bed was comfy; we even used the pool which was refreshing ! It is a little outdated and could use upgrading the flooring and bathroom but it met our needs.

We had an issue with housekeeping coming in several times that morning well before checkout. We knew that checkout was at 11AM. If they want people out earlier they should have an earlier checkout time. Aside from that, the room was clean.

The property is not impressive, and my daughter had to change rooms due to the smoke smell and a few of them… The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was near everything… Just remember before booking you get exactly what you pay for… The pictures don’t always give a clear idea of what your reserving

Staff was nice! Cleaning staff were ready to clean room everyday! Breakfast wasn't good, eggs tasteless, sausage links uncooked, had to microwave and coffee was weak, no variety in creamer. Coffee packs in room even weak. Need safe in rooms. Storage space in room minimal for 2 people had to use suitcases. Clothing storage area used for towels because towels rack in bathroom was broken. Tub miss stopper and shower-head only worked on jet. Both staff being so nice, why score not lower!

People playing load music, playing music all night, seniors do not want to hear music at night,they come for a good night sleep.

The area seemed nice but the inside was all dirty! There were toothpaste stains all over the sink and mirrors, and the bathtub was all dirty from shampoo and looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all! Then they gave us another room and it was the exact same! So they recommended another hotel nearby and it smelled like cigarets and were not able to stay at either hotel!

Manager was amazing and took great care of us on arrival even though we were a bit early! 10/10...would recommend!!

The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom however was extremely dated and it had a horrible odor. The floor area by the sink was dirty. Our feet were brown after walking on it. This place needs to be seriously updated.

This property is old, run down and pretty much a dump. Had to walk through scum water dripping from an outside faucet to walk up dirty stairway. Two outlets at bath sink, neither worked. Can't believe Wyndham attaches their name to this place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok and towels were nice.

Do NOT fall for the pictures. This is a dive.

The room was fairly clean. The TV had a large spot on the screen that was not working and this made it difficult to watch. The power outlet next to the bed did not function so not available to charge my phone. Lots of spots on the walls were damaged and really showed their wear. Only needed a place to sleep so it fit the need for the price

Everything was great no issues

We was very pleased with the rooms and staff. Our toilet needed some repair and the other guest needed some etiquette on how to be quite. But the beds were very comfortable and our bathroom in handicap room was huge.

Welcoming staff. Breakfast was decent spread, minimal however enough and good hours (6-10). Room was decent. Tv was basic. Room was clean. Bed could be more comfortable. Overall great for a 2 night stay.

Minor issues(did see 2 bugs in room during stay, breakfast isn’t much-waffle maker, weird eggs, sausage links, muffin, bagle, toast,yogurt and cereal). But it was nice, quiet and super convenient to everything in easley plus it was a 5 minute drive to where I needed to be so a major win in my book. Only staff I really saw were the front desk ladies who were both super nice and made checking in and out a quick process. I’ll probably stay again the next time I visit!

We stay here every 4 months when we visit the area and have been for the past 3 years. We have not had any issues with our stays and recommend Baymont for anyone who wants a good place to stay at a good price.

Bathroom was dirty, don’t even want to describe what was on the toilet. Walls in the bathroom were gross. Beds and common area were okay.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was not what I expected, was not stocked very well no muffins etc. I will stay again!

The air system only put out hot or cold. No in between, you can adjust the temperature, but it didn’t affect the air. It still only put out very hot or cold.

The whole place smelled like stinky feet, dirt and BO !! Also the toilet is so low to the ground. When I sit on it the toilet paper holder was right under my chin I’m 5’8” tall. So then since the seat was so close to the toilet water when I went to wipe I got pee water on my hand. And last but not least … I’m an older lady I hit so hard when I went to sit on the toilet that it scared me ! And there again being older I liked to have never got back up off the seat. People there great. But needs work done to it !!

We had a bottom floor room and it reaked of bleach. I appreciate that hotels clean but the fumes were so strong I felt like my eyes were burning. The mirrow had tooth brish spits on it, which is interesting since they " overcleaned" with bleach. It was so miserable that we packed up and left at 5 am.

We had to change rooms twice due to the remote not being programmed to the TV. The third room had roaches. It was too late to request a refund and find a new hotel. We have too keep all bags and luggage zipped or closed.

Clean room but was only cleaned after the first night I was there but that was ok as I wasn’t in the room all that much. Staff was friendly but I have no idea where the breakfast was if there was breakfast.

Pillows were terrible. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Could’ve been softer. The water didn’t get hot to take a shower or a bath. It was lukewarm. It was not comfortable.

The staff was great, breakfast was not bad, but it is a little dated. Our room seemed clean, but the bathroom needed more attention. Look, if you want to stay in Easley, SC. There are not a lot of options. I was born and raised there, I know! But for $60 a night, it was more than adequate and safe. It's also near everything.

Stay was great for the price point. The accessibility shower wand was not the best could have been. Wouldn’t stay up when it was on the holder. Clean room, staff was great, Breakfast was good, and parking was great. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

It felt a bit outdated but.overall was fine. Didn't see any fresh fruit like apples or bananas.

Front desk personnel are super friendly and nice. Fresh baked cookies at check-in are a nice feature. Room had a comfy bed, very clean and plenty of regular coffee tin lobby and to brew in room. I'll stay here again. Have had a positive experience here every time I've stayed here at Baymont.

Toilet does not flush well. The window's seal is broken and windows were constantly sweating. The toilet was too low that me to lose my balance on. Parking was OK. Seemed to be in a safe neighborhood. Eggs and sausage were cooked ahead of time and did not taste well.

It wasn't great, but it was better than the other 2 cheaper options on town. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, make your own waffle, yogurt, bagels, etc... small TV in the room.

The staff was great! However the room smelled a little bit like a wet dog, the bathroom door did not completely close or stay latched, and the water did not get hot at all. It was barely warm.

Not too bad, the price is reasonable but it’s noisy with the highway so close and the railroad.

I came across a number of issues: 1) refrigerator is all frozen up with ice which made the fridge not cold 2) the shower head sitting broke and low, which I had to hold the shower head all the time while showering 3) outlet next to the right side head bed is not working 4) TV has a huge burn spot a size of a palm which makes watching TV very annoying.

Disappointed in the shower facility... had mold all along bottom of shower so couldn't use it due to my asthma issue... and the beds were not made well. They seem comfortable but not very appealing when you walk in the room. One thing I did love was how quiet it was for me to get rest. Very important.

I have mixed feelings because first when we got to the room, it's obvious the bathroom had no been cleaned because we found hair everywhere, in the tub and shower walls, the sink and even the toilet but I was too tired from the travel to ask for another room. The lady at the check in was super sweet so I cleaned the bathroom myself and sucked it up. The next morning there was a fabulous breakfast and food tasting coffee which wasn't watered down. So although I will not be returning if you do take rooms here inspect them before you unpack, especially the bathroom. They get a 3 star from me.

Plenty of free parking but poorly lit parking lot. Staff is always super friendly. Be prepared for plenty of steps to 2nd floor. Ask for 1sr floor if stairways are a difficulty. No elevators. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. I'll stay there again. Well priced.

Lamp didn’t work, hair in our bed, door lock wasn’t secure, ceiling vent falling out of the ceiling, paint chilling off the ceilings, carpet felt wet and dirty. We ended up not even staying because my teenage daughter didn’t feel safe.

Facility and room are a bit dated but everything was very clean. I had trouble with the remote for TV but remote battery might have been weak. Check-in clerk was friendly and professional, Plenty of free parking and close to dining options. I'd stay here again.

It is very convenient for me and the room is clean The breakfast leaves a lot!! Add yogurt!! The property as a whole could use some work. For example there was a dripping faucet in the bathroom.

First of all-the pictures on the website show it as a hotel with all rooms contained in one building. This is a roadside MOTEL. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room smelled musty. The furniture was dirty, worn and torn. The door frame was damaged by the lock area. The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain had black mold everywhere. The top of shower hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom door was even dirty. The carpet was sticky.

Showwd up and they already put ahold on my my account taking money that was needed for food and gas. That didnr fall off till the next day and also a 150.00 cash deposit till i checked out.

Smells like smoke and mold mixed together and there were hairs all over the bathroom as if it was never cleaned. All my clothes in my bag kept that smell until I washed them days later. Just gross.

The rooms had a pervasive, unbearable smell. Couldn’t breathe it in because it produced an instant headache and congested nose. Other rooms were offered, unfortunately, they were all the same. People lingering around, one couple literally fighting. Sketchy environment. I suspected people lived there as the guy who was fighting with his partner was working on his car in the parking lot (car parked sideways over several parking spots and parts all over the ground). I was told by the manager there were no long term rentals. I did not stay after looking at 4 rooms, still working on resolution

This is okay for an overnight stay. Rooms are small. Breakfast is just okay. The location was good as it was walking distance to Rock Springs Baptist Church.

You get what you pay for with this property. The room was clean. The sheets and towels were fresh. The staff was cordial. It’s an outdated property, but that’s expected.

Some electrical outlets did not work. TV did not power up (remote batteries?), Toilet refilled approx every 20 minutes. Keycard did not function without multi tries, or re-programming my front desk. In room coffee supplied was terrible. Coffee in lobby was great. Could not get bottle of water from vending machine, either empty or not functioning. Had to loose money to find out no water. Night front desk person was very nice and helpful.

A dirty towel was left in room & two of the lights were out. There was a bug in the bathroom. The cover of the fan in the bathroom was about to fall down. There was no way to plug the sink.

This is an older hotel, walk up no elevator. If you are handicapped in any way make sure you call the hotel to make the arrangements for a downstairs room. There are no updated amenities. The staff is excellent. The room smelled like mildewed carpet and the bathrooms are so small and old.

The environment looked fishy from the moment we parked. After driving 9 hours on our trip for a wedding, we wanted to relax before rehearsal. We had to check 4 rooms before picking one we thought was ok, only to find out there was NO hot water. The bedding was dirty. When I went to the office, the front desk clerk seemed unconcerned stating the maintenance guy had quit and the manager would not be in until Monday (it was Friday). We ended up looking for another hotel ( last minute) and leaving. Not a good experience at all!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a couple nights in a king suite. The bed was very comfy and water pressure, and hot water felt great during my stay. Staff are very friendly. Overall great stay would highly recommend.

Motel. Light and power on one side of bed not working. Said no other room to move us to. Maintenance to check tomorrow.

I needed an inexpensive place to stay for the night. It was clean but my room did smell like smoke, the shower was lukewarm and the hair drier did not work. I got what I paid for.

The exterior of the property is nice, the dining area (for breakfast is nice), breakfast was good, the staff were friendly. However, the "non-smoking" room I got had a bathroom that smelled of cigarette smoke. The condition of the room was shabby with a nasty stained tub. The room was missing a proper window blind and the shower was missing its curtain entirely. The TV had very limited viewing (no major channels). The room lacked a "privacy please" sign to put on the door, and there was no information about connecting to the motel's wireless internet. I will say the bed was comfortable at least. For me the room itself was a 2/5 experience.

Booked a room for two nights. First night, the room was in poor condition and smelled terrible with pet odors. Following morning, the manager apologized and put me in a different room. The room was excellent, clean, smelled fine. Yes Very comfortable bed. Got a good night sleep. I have stayed at this hotel before over the past several years and always had a great experience. The people at the front desk was very hateful and rude except the third shift workers. The carpet on the floors was damp and very nasty made your feet black. It was a terrible stay.

The property is very out of date and needs upgraded badly. Room chair has burn marks on it. The tub has burn marks all over it. My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke! The front desk staff gave me a spray to try and help with smell sprayed 3 times to make it tolerable. Pet scratch marks on door frame. Remote has no back to it. 😐

We enjoyed this property for a short get away. Our key would not work the entire trip which was an inconvenience, but the staff tried to assist with this issue.

We had reserved a room for two nights. We missed the first night because we were stranded in Asheville from hurricane Helene. The highway was closed. We tried calling the hotel, but apparently their phone was out. Upon arriving the second day, we were notified that our reservation was canceled because we were a no-show on day 1. And now they were full because of the local Clemson football game and probably other Hurricane related guests. A difficult situation

No shampoo or hot water

The facility served its purpose he had a great bed and a new shower and a big TV. It wasn’t the newest of places and there was no pool. It’s been closed for at least a year now the staff was great and the breakfast was good.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel, the room smelled of smoke and when I removed my shoes at night, the carpet was wet throughout and dirty. Will never ever recommend this place! Really surprise Wyndham has their name attached to this place. If it weren't for parents weekend at the college where my son attends, we would have moved. But all the surrounding lodging was full.

Internet was down, key card to room wouldn't work no matter how many times it was reprogrammed, room door had large gaps between frame and door. They had cereal for breakfast but no milk.

Marginal motel. Long term renters smoking 18 hours a day sitting outside your door. A little unsettling. Would pass on this one next time.

I didn't like that I had to switch rooms due to cleanliness, and then ask for the 2nd room to aslo be cleaned. The staff did grant my requests, but the room should have been ready before I checked in. I stayed 4 nights, I did not have hot water for a shower. I should not have to go to the local gym and pay for a guest pass so that I can shower in comfort.

It was dirty as soon as I opened the door it was the smell of dirty feet and dog urine. I was booked for 14 days and the pool was down the entire time. I will never stay there again.

Bugs and black mold !!

The property is old and need of updating. The baseboards and calking in the bathrooms need to be cleaned and the calking needs to be removed and re-calked.The tub faucet dripped badly all the time.
