The only thing I could say was good, were the pillows Arrived at 11:00 pm with my wife, after a long trip and very tired. There was no one in the front desk and other couples waiting in front of us. Waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive. When someone showed up he was with the other guests in front of us for another 15min. and then he left again and came back ten minutes later. Asked him what was going on. His response was "please wait a minue'. In the end we had to wait for another 15 minutes when we finally got to the check in desk. He told me that they were trying to get us a room (!!!). Waited another 10 min and he told us he got a room for us but sent someone to check it to confirm. Another 10 min and we finally got the key to our room. In summary it took us more than an hour from the moment we walked in front of the check-in desk until we got a room. Worst experience ever in an hotel which we had reserved well in advance.

Room was clean and nice however after leaving out and coming back in my keycard didn't work. Walked all the way to the front retrieved another key card for that one one to work either! The hound lady at the desk was so polite , she walked another card to me ! But it wasn't the card , the keypad itself broke. So I ended up having to move rooms :(

Overbooking is a problem and a practice at this hotel. A reservation booked by a third party is weighted far less than reservations booked using the BonVoy Marriott app or website.

The airport shuttle was a lifesaver, had to be at the airport at 3 a.m. and it was sitting there ready for me at 2:45 a.m. I also enjoyed the cocktail at the bar, it was a low-key way to end my stressful day. I felt safe in this hotel (woman traveling solo for this trip).

2-Room did not have coffee and creamer/sugar. I had to ask for coffee sugar and creamer. The. 2nd and 3rd day they had n9ne available 3- asked different shuttle driver to take me and my new girlfriend to a nice restaurant with soul food and he takes us to the JERK. its was very bad in a very bad neighborhood with horrible people around. Being a minority we almost got robed.

Elevators broken on our end for the second year in a row! Suite was nice but nobody told us about access to the club room. I found out from a co-worker. Having to turn the tiny room fridge on every 2 hours myself is unacceptable. The food offerings during the ice storm were bad and overpriced. I think the waiter charged my group twice for a party of 6 on my Amex card. People smoking weed on my floor in the stairwell stinking up the hallway just outside my door. I’m a North Carolina Pest Control Association board member. I’m going to recommend we go somewhere else next year unless you address these issues.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for New Year's Eve celebration. The only complaint I had was there was no Free breakfast. You have to pay for everything. As expensive as the room was for one night you should at least get free breakfast. Other than that, the room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff were very nice and professional.I would recommend this hotel.

The room was quite nice and spacious. The hotel in general was very nice and I had high hopes upon arrival. Unfortunately I felt the staff were not very welcoming or helpful. First off, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, yet we didn’t get our room until 5:30 PM because the previous guests had a “late 4 PM checkout.” Why would you even allow a late checkout when the room is already reserved? That’s poor planning and completely disrespectful of your guests’ time. To make matters worse, we didn’t even get the room we originally booked—I accepted a different one just to avoid waiting longer. The $15 voucher offered for the inconvenience was more insulting than helpful. Apparently, our time and patience are worth next to nothing here. Secondly, one set of elevators was out of service, but there was no sign indicating that. The doors just kept opening and closing on their own like something out of a paranormal movie. That’s not quirky—it’s unsafe and unprofessional. Then there was the fire alarm issue. It kept going off, then stopping, then going off again. No communication from staff, no clarity on whether it was an emergency or another mishap. It’s hard to take safety seriously when management clearly doesn’t. Lastly, the entire property is under renovation, but the prices don’t reflect that. If you’re going to charge premium rates, then deliver premium service—not dust, noise, and chaos. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until it learns how to operate with basic professionalism.

The shuttle service screwed us over going back to the airport in the early morning. We had to order an Uber in order to not miss our flight. We were outside waiting for the shuttle at 4:55 AM. Which we found out left early. The next guy shows up and states “I am not leaving until 5:30 AM. What kind of service is that. Someone should have taken us as we were out there in time waiting for the 5:00 AM, you need to accommodate for your shuttle leaving early.

Checkout time is 12 PM, but room service knocked on my door at 9 AM, making it seem like I needed to leave. I politely informed them that checkout was at noon. About 15 minutes later, a man returned and actually used his key card to open my door, attempting to come in. Thankfully, I had the top latch locked. Perhaps they were new and unaware of the checkout time, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and uneasy. Guests should feel secure and respected in their rooms until checkout time.. other than that everything was fine

The property itself is nice. It's located in an office park so there's nothing at walking distance. The Hotel overall was clean, however, its an older hotel and the entire second floor and ny room smelled like old cigarettes. I am sure it's embedded into the building and they can't get rid of it, I had a headache the entire first night. The lobby also smelled like natural gas; im not sure if that's the norm. I aslo had a bad experience with the shuttle service. I was told it lest to the airport at the top of each hour, however when I arrived at the lobby i was told they would not be shuttling guests because they had a "special group " to transport and if i wanted to get a ride I would have to wait for the next hour. OUTSIDE of that, the cleaning staff, the front desk and the syat the coffee shop were great

Staff left our room door open for an unknown period of time (we were gone about 10 hours) , didn't replace dirty towels, put trashcan on top of suitcases instead of putting it back in the bathroom. Dirty glassware was left in the room each day. Busy mother's day & graduation weekend for them but these things should be almost muscle memory items to do. Bar service was slow which seems odd as this is generally a money maker... it was not busy. Head bartender seemed to deliberately slow walk ingredients for our drinks. Can't recommend this place

Your elevators have been broken 2 years in a row. The one on the far end near the gym is falling apart and the floor indicator is totally wrong. Need more bartenders at the bar during peak times. The main tv in our suite does not turn on or work.

I had a pretty terrible stay at the Sheraton. I've been staying hear on business for years, and this was my last time. Cold showers both mornings. Even after the renovation, things are already looking dingy. My shower dripped non-stop.

Unfortunately, I was not too happy that the toilet in the room I got was semi-clogged. The room overall was not bad, but the facilities were, with only one elevator in working condition near the lobby. They knew we were four in my family, yet they only gave us 3 towels. I guess this is what differentiates a four star hotel than a three. The level of detail that this Sheraton Hotel lacks.

Shower only has one setting, 3 intense flow that is painful on the skin Dirty Shower curtains Restaurant was closed, only the bistro was open Front desk were very unprofessional, and cold. There was no water or free bottled water offered in the rooms. Hall way smells. Not worth the money, this hotel should be $70 per night. Free shuttle to the airport was very nice.

The front of the hotel and lobby smelled of marijuana. The hotel window kept making loud popping noises randomly that would wake me up. I also felt uncomfortable because there was a connecting door to the room next to me and I could hear them talking clearly as if they were in my room. The walls were exceptionally thin and I barely got any sleep because I simply was not comfortable. Also for a Sheraton I was disappointed in the linen, it felt like I was sleeping with only a sheet that is how thin the blankets were unfortunately.

Then shut the door. No i am so sorry no nothing. Strange i thought. But i would stay again just not in a 2 queen room. Beds in this room are terrible. Very hard.
