mess. Didn't feel safe and worried my vehicle wouldn't be there or parted out when I woke up in the morning. You'll understand when you pull onto the property and the plexiglass separating the manager from the customer. I actually packed up after my daughter's graduation and drove the 7 hrs home. Dirty, towels smelled, no place to hang any clothes up. Would never put anything in the drawers. Just your typical minority run hotel. Find something else even if its 30 minutes away!

You get what you pay for. Overall, wasnt horrible, a budget friendly place to stay for some sleep. Pictures from online are incredibly edited to look far more vibrant. Closest place to eat is about 10 mins, limited options.

The vanity in our first assigned room was broken. After we were moved to another room, the vanity faucet was leaking and making a constant dripping noise. The amenities were also very limited—only a small roll of toilet paper and two small bars of soap were provided, with no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer available. We expected a budget stay, but we did not anticipate the facilities and amenities to be this minimal.

Came here for valentine’s weekend. The room was TINY. And the bathroom was tiny. Like no matter how short you are your legs would still hit the door from the toilet. And you would have to dry off from your shower IN the shower just to move somewhat freely. Looks NOTHING like the photos on here. Our room door had a very noticeable crack underneath the door, so much so, you could see the light clearly from outside and when someone walked by. We got lucky, but If it was warmer I have no doubt there would’ve been many different critters in there. Btw, They are a privately owned franchise. WARNING to service animal owners: THEY WILL ASK for paperwork proof of your service animal before they give you a room key. They aren’t supposed to but they will anyway. Also there is a $100 deposit fee once you check in. Nowhere does it say that on here. I could’ve stayed at an extended stay or suburban studios with a whole kitchen. That’s the main reason I chose here was so I wouldn’t have to worry about paying that. Only good thing was the modern/updated appliances and bathroom. I would not stay here again, it’s too much trouble for what you get. I’d only recommend for an overnight type of deal where you’ll be gone by the morning since it’s cheap. but then again, the $100 deposit, so is it really cheap then? Even with all of this, I was luckily prepared for anything to go wrong, so most of this was just inconvenient, but I want to warn others who would otherwise not be.

Well, I thought this was a hotel. But it was not. It was a motel! The room was very clean. It was fine for the price and for a one night day. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. But the appearance of the hotel was very dingy. When you drove up, you went through a scrap scrapyard with tons of old refrigerators. It made it look like a real dump. However, the hotel, which really was not a hotel. It was a motel was fine for a night. Honestly, I would not recommend it. The price was great, but the bed frames kind of seemed like you’re in a jail. Not much covering on the beds as far as nice sheets, or blankets. If you just need to get some sleep for the night. This place is fine, but if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, this is not for you. The rooms are undergoing construction. So they’re trying to make it look better. I did send a picture and went to the front desk with the vanity that was completely broken. They said that they are working on getting the vanities. I just wanted them to know that I did not destroy the vanity.

I booked a non-smoking room through Expedia for last night. At check-in, the hotel first said they had no rooms at all. About 10 minutes after I started contacting Expedia customer service, they suddenly claimed there was one room left — a smoking room — and told me I could “stay there.” I explained my wife has breathing issues and we cannot stay in a smoking room. Expedia “support” was a chatbot loop. After 30 minutes, the first agent disconnected me and told me to start over. The second agent kept me another 30+ minutes, then said they couldn’t fix it and would “escalate.” When someone finally called, he blamed me, saying a non-smoking room was just a “request.” Meanwhile it was 1:30 AM, we had no viable room, the front desk was dismissive, and Expedia refused to rebook us elsewhere even when I asked them to do so. Their “solution”? A $25 OneCash credit — insulting. Only after pushing did they “credit the booking price,” which just forces me to use Expedia again to recover money for a service they failed to provide. This was stressful, time-wasting, and unacceptable. I will never use Expedia again. And no — I will not “DM to resolve.” You already failed. Fix your overbooking practices, stop hiding behind bots, and take responsibility when customers are stranded in the middle of the night.

Reading the poor reviews of this hotel makes it sound worse then it really is. It's a nice simple stay at a smaller hotel when needed. The housekeeper really cleaned the room/bathroom every time, we got fresh towels each day, the A/C worked well, and the owner was kind. Yeah, it's rinky dinky cute hotel, but don't knock it before you try a stay. We ended up getting another night and they were accommodating to help us. If needed, we would stay again.

Boarded up windows, peeling wallpaper, wires hanging from the ceiling in the registration area, rooms reaking of cigarettes, AC units squealing, and mattresses too small for the frame. When you pay cheap you get cheap i guess. It definitely didn't look like the pictures they showed. You could tell it is an older building, the bathroom was really small. You jad to be careful when using the toilet not to headbutt the wall. The bed was really jard and really squeaky.

This property was no where close to the photos. This place is in shambles. I have pictures to prove it. They also charge a $100 deposit and do not return it. Expedia should be ashamed to list and promote this property.

Horrible, actually its a complete different place than what is advertised at hotels.com, look at the pictures i am submitting and compare to the ones at hotels.com, i didn’t stay, after checking in, went to the room, had lots of damage, I left immediately to the front desk and requested to check out immediately, i did and still got charged full amount despite i requested the refund, they told me to contact hotels.com, i did immediately, have the chats to prove and nobody cared, not the hotel, not hotels.com. The place had lots of damage, broken bathroom furniture, humidity stains and mold in the bathroom ceilings, the front of the hotel has play wood sheets in the windows, totally disgusting. The mattress was smaller than the bed frame. Horrible place. Look at pictures.

We were there for 4 nights and asked for additional pillows because the ones in the room are thinner than my arm even when folded in half. They gave us our pillows on the very last night because they kept forgetting. 1 night there was a storm ( i know they cant control that) and the whole place was without power and mind you I wouldn't of cared if I could of slept with my window open to get fresh air inside but no.. that's not what happened I had to cook in my room when I had to get up early the next day to go to work. I couldn't the DO NOT DISTURB sign to put on my door so they did come in every day to make my bed and get fresh towels but never removing any of the trash from our doordash meals they just kept piling up. The room was stale and far from smoke free. and maybe people didn't actually smoke in the rooms but it sure as hello came right into the room anytime someone smoked outside. I hated it I should of just slept in the rental car

The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel has recently been remodeled however, the air conditioner in my room did not work and it was extremely hot. Someone came and checked it out and said it was coming on however, it was not maintaining any kind of comfortable temperature in the room and would not run long enough to do so Other than that my stay was pretty great absolutely beautiful hotel

This property was nothing like the photos. It had rooms boarded up at the windows, the reception area was filthy, and I felt unsafe. It looked like vagrants were living there. Old junk cars were in the parking lot with a large storage container. Please don't go there.

The air was disgusting. It felt like I shouldn't be breathing it. It smelled moldy and like an old gym bag. I couldn't even open the window to get fresh air. The blanket also had a gross stain on it. If a child lived in these conditions, they would get CPS called on them.

Didn’t stay, property is in a horrible neighborhood. Looks nothing like the pictures. Plywood in windows to hold in ac units. Had a fully refundable reservation. When I got there and didn’t want to stay they charged me anyway! Please don’t stay here .

Report checked in said there was $100 deposit. However, she charged me $115 on my credit card which is still on hold. They refunded $100 however it does not cancel out the charge. I’m going to have to drive down there in person a 2 Hour drive to get this straightened out! I’ve called and I had a manager for another Oyo Hotel call still nothing has to do it in person it’s very frustrating. I don’t know if I would ever recommend oyo to anyone.

$100 deposit for a tiny room in the middle of a filthy area that they hold for almost a week. Matress has plastic wrap around it, so every move makes a bunch of noise. Room was clean, service was decent. Area was horrible. Would not stay again unless they get rid of the deposit requirement.

It was alright for what it was. The room was very affordable and it’s centrally located for someone like me who’s back and forth between the triad and the triangle when I’m in town. They give you one key and it has to be returned to the counter. The heat was already on when I came in, which was nice because it was chilly outside. The WiFi is free and open, the room has a mini fridge and microwave, and the parking is close to the door. But there’s no continental breakfast, the night staff walks around barefoot, and I can hear other guests through my door. I would stay again if budget was a constraint on a future trip. It’s worth the affordable price.

The manager I spoke to at this location was belligerent and rude. He accused me unjustly of smoking in his non smoking room. When i asked for proof he told me the cleaning service would send him pictures in 24-48 hours my stay was over 48 hours ago and i have yet to receive those photos. I also asked for footage of the parking lot where you can see me respectfully step out of the room to smoke multiple times. My deposit has yet to be refunded, overall a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone sincerely.
