I was only here for 2 nights so I didn't get to utilize the amenities, but the hotel is nice. The bed and room was comfortable. There was no in-room safe, so be aware of that. The breakfast was fine, with good options for those of us that don't eat pork. Grateful for the turkey sausage! My 2 complaints: there is only one elevator, so you have to wait sometimes longer than you want to. And there was a strange odor coming off the pillows on my bed. It wasn't the linens. It was the actual pillow, so I removed it. I think someone may have sweated and the odor was trapped. The pillow needed washing! I want to give a shout out to Danielle who was an absolute pleasure when checking me in. She was so kind and professional! She went above and beyond to make sure I settled in ok. Great customer service! I also want to say that the gentlemen who drove the shuttle van were very kind and friendly. Great service from both men!

The hotel was clean and this is the most important thing for me. The breakfast was your standard complimentary breakfast. The food was refilled and plentiful. I would stay there again.

The property was clean and super convenient right off the highway. Breakfast was decent and the coffee better than expected. The only thing I wish is if the fitness center was a little bigger and better equipped (some of the main equipment was out of order also). Overall very good stay.

The room was not clean. I'm so happy I had my clorox wipes! There was dirt in the corners of the floor in the bathroom, there were stains on the walls and carpet seemed dirty. Housekeeping did come to our room but they did not tidy up, only left a few fresh towels but left some of the used towels. The breakfast was not good at all, it was cold and dry. It was very disappointing. The front desk staff was very pleasant though!

The elevator was broken and the staff offered no assistance. This was particularly aggravating because my wife recently had knee replacement surgery and the stairs were very difficult for her. The front desk staff did not know how to print an invoice. I do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again!!

I stayed here for one night in a 1 bedroom suit, and they made the room look bigger then expected. They .5 all of there pictures. Theres only 1 elevator that takes 15 mins just to reach a floor. Our fridge didnt close all the way, it looks like old dirty wood all around it. The shower was really rusty. The women at the front desk didnt oay attention to ANYTHING was on her phone the WHOLE time, the $25 service fee that you pay didnt enter my back account. I asked once about it to the lady at the front desk she said she didnt know, and pretended to press buttons and look on her computer like she knew what she was doing. I asked a second time to speak to a manager and she said there was not one in today, and i can come the next day when my check out was that same day. I told her i dont stay here and she said i can call the next day. My check out was also at 12 and house-keeping came an hour early. This was definitely the worst holiday inn i have ever stayed it. Its also 100 degress in the hallways.

I have never stayed at a hotel without drawers to put your stuff. On top of that, the room was tiny and the AC sounded like an airplane taking off. This was enough to make me switch hotels in the middle of my trip. The lady at the front desk was great though.

Good stay. The lay out of the bedroom was a little different then what we are use to. The shower curtain didn’t reach all the way from one side to the next. Outside of that, it was decent stay for one night and full the price, which included a full breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and it is good location 10 minutes to shopping center. The hotel has late checkout and nice breakfast bar. However, When I arrived at the airport I couldn’t find the shuttle to the hotel and was told by other shuttle drivers to call the hotel reception. I tried to call multiple times but nobody answered. I got onto one of the holiday inn express shuttle , the driver told me that this shuttle doesn’t go to this holiday inn express location but he can drop me.

We used this hotel to stage for an early morning flight. The facility was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Great value overall. Check-in and our was a breeze, and the staff was delightful. The airport shuttle driver was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend this place for any traveler. All good!

The staff is top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Clean and well appointed. Don’t park close to trees/bushes, as ants got into our car, but the manager was so great about helping us get them cleaned out.

You can only leave the entrance and enter the adjoining road in a certain way so that if you need to go somewhere to your left, you end up making a gigantic circle due to the fact that you can only turn right and there is a concrete barrier. Also, I can hear everything in the adjoining hotel room. However, the rooms are pretty nice, and the hotel is very clean.

It was very pleasant, quiet, and very close to quite a few restaurants. The greatest distance we traveled for a great meal was three fourths of a mile.

Disappointing, for a couple of reasons. My partner didn’t find the bed comfortable, although I was ok with it. However, the smoke detector directly faced the bed and was placed so that the green blinking light flashed every few seconds, proper placement from the ceiling, rather than the opposite wall. Would make it not visible. Most notable was I was rudely awakened at 1:30 am by the adjoining room noise, which was a tv on at deafening volume. Not exactly the hotels fault, but after an hour of agony trying to sleep they finally turned it off. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I was drowsy the next morning. Not sure we like the soap dispensers, either, prefer a sealed bottle. Location fine, the cookies in the front lobby were good, and staff was courteous. Room was rather small. For the price I expected a bit more.

One of the double bed squeaked when moving it. The AC unit was very loud when it turned on and there was a leak at the toilet connection from the wall. The window that faced the parking lot did not seem secure for it to be on the ground floor. We cancelled our second night and stayed at the Delta Marriott.

We had a few issues with both the room and microwave but the staff quickly accommodated the 2 fixes to deal with the problems.

We checked in 2 different times within the week. Both times, no one was at the front desk. We had to ring a doorvell to actually get into the hotel because the doors wouldnt open. The second time, we waited almost 10 mins for someone to come to front desk. We didn't get house keeping even though we didnt have the sign on the door. Ended up having to go downstairs ourselves when we got back to the hotel to get clean towels. Also, when we got there, there were stains on the blanket. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the staff was nice, and breakfast was good.

It was okay; though disappointing in the fact that online they specified having availability for infant cribs upon request, though when I called the front desk on two occasions, they told me they didn’t provide them.

This is a nice hotel. Every employee I came in contact with was beyond nice and helpful. My toilet was constantly running and the front desk attendant took care of it at 7:00pm at night. I was so appreciative. The breakfast is excellent. My only complaint would be the bed, it gave me a backache.

The battery on our door handle died one night so when we got back to the hotel late at night we had to wait in another room until it was fixed. The staff who fixed it was very nice and helpful, but we were very tired and wished that this could have been solved long before we arrived considering staff was already aware that some other doors stopped working that day. Additionally, I've been charged for the room twice and I am still trying to dispute these charges. The complimentary hot breakfast was pretty good and something to look forward to.

Our room had issues with the hot water 2 days in a row leaving us to take showers with lukewarm water. Several strands of hair were also found in the tub. Staff was very pleasant but wouldn’t suggest this hotel to others

This hotel was sooo clean, I was surprised sad to say because the price that it’s listed, I wasn’t expecting much. But this hotel was honestly wonderful, I had the king bedroom and it was very spacious, clean, and the air was working properly.

Nice hotel, very convenient to Raleigh and PNC arena is 10 minutes away. There is train tracks behind the hotel, but only one came by when we were there and didn't really notice it

The staff was friendly, but I had to wait at the front desk for someone to show up. There should be some way to flag the person or a sign saying they are coming back. The food was alright.

Happy and joyful stay in Holiday Inn

This hotel was so nice! I have stayed in so many hotels for business travel and I was so impressed by this hotel. The room was huge and clean. The bed was comfy and the lights in the room were bright. There was a fridge and a microwave. Coffee and breakfast were good with so many options. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the Raleigh Durham area.

In this instance, it was meh. Nothing to complain about and nothing to brag about Overall pleased with the stay. Location was perfect for what we needed. Would stay again
