The property and room was really clean and staff was really friendly ! I was able to get the room really cold how I like it when I sleep. There was really no complaints besides no free breakfast but that wasn’t a huge hiccup for us.

I really enjoyed my experience. Elvis, the shuttle driver, and Zormoriah, the front desk receptionist, were excellent and helpful. Both were really attentive to my needs. The airport is no more than a 7-minute drive. Elvis was punctual, and I made my flight with plenty of time to spare. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the body wash provided.

Standard room like many other hotels Never was able to have the full breakfast menu and restaurant area extremely short staffed with only once person working and only one cook so they cut the menu to a couple of items only. Dont offer it if you arent going to have it or be able to service the guests.

The staff didn't have the support they needed. We came to breakfast at 0930 but were told we could place one order because the cook didn't have time, as she was the only person and couldn't make pancakes and clean. The pool was supposed to be open but remained closed for the weekend. Otherwise, the staff were courteous and kind, from the front desk to the wait staff to maintenance and house cleaning.

The bar/restaurant was not open as advertised or as advised by staff. It was supposed to be open from 5-10pm, however it was not.

Cleaning staff entered the room on checkout day without knocking first. Hotel ran out of K Cups ... but could've fixed that with a trip to a grocery store. The TV guide system is terrible, bring your own or stay at a different hotel. The HVAC fluctuated between extremely loud to cool & off ... waking us up. By far, worst Hilton experience ever.

At that point, I was too tired to go back again, so I stayed, hoping at least the bed had been changed. To make matters worse, the AC unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest. Due to these issues, I decided to check out a day early and move to another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

I've stayed here multiple times - the staff is always friendly (front desk and bar), the room and bed are comfortable. Great location in RTP, easy parking.

Staff was very friendly. And i really appreciated the shuttle. I came for an event at another hotel but chose to stay at the Hilton. Elvis was a wonderful shuttle driver who made sure i was safe getting to and from, even though the place was a 5 minute walk. It was much appreciated. My only complaint about the hotel would be the bathroom door: I wish it could stay open whileI got ready. I had to put ironing board against it so i could run in and out while doing my hair and makeup.

I was there a little early but they got me checked in and in my room very quickly. They even checked to make sure i was settled and to see if i needed anything. This was a very nice stay would stay there again without a single worry!

Arriving there the Hilton van sped through the parking lot..male driver gets out and the entire van smelled like marijuana. Check in was okay. The front desk lady was pleasant although the room key was giving us problems on the app. (Not her fault) Got into the room and it did not smell the best however just getting off the road sleepiness played apart in it being okay. Bed was nice and comfortable. The next morning, noticed the bathroom did not have a fan and the shower had female hair in it from previous guest. The floor was not swept. Breakfast is not free. Menu has items from $8-$15. The waitress that took the order was nice. Ordered food went back to the room less than 5 mins to grab my Stanley cup and came and back the waitress mentioned the cook was rushing me to come back. Got the food and it was cold. Ordered a sandwich that was suppose to have aioli on it. No aioli sauce on it spoke with the waitress and she mentioned to me that the cook could not find it so he did not put it on the sandwich. She went and found the sauce and brought it to me. Later on in the night had two people in a less than a 10 min time frame banging on my door trying to get into my room at 4am. Although that is not the hotels fault that they had the wrong room. It’s just a heads up for females or anyone traveling alone. This was not the experience I expected from the Hilton. Hopefully you will have a better experience if you decide to stay!

The hotel room was empty and for whatever reason I was given a handicap accessible room, which I felt pretty bad that I had that room and it could’ve been utilized for someone else… I wasn’t sure whether or not the hotel was overbooked or not… It was not… The hotel amenities were Baron in regards to breakfast. There was none in regards to Bar. There was none in regards to restaurant there was none. It was explained to me that it was closed for the season…

This is a great hotel, close to a wide variety of stores. We were allowed to check in with no problems. The room was clean and prople at the front desk were friendly.

Staff was great, free parking, its near the highway, great views of the trees, get to see the amtrak passby, which isnt loud but goes by fast! Bathroom light would flicker when turned on, and bathroom door doesn't stay open.

The hotel overall was clean, good location off I40, quiet, room ok with good TV. The breakfast area was ok but the service was awful. There was only 1 lady working the entire area. The food was ok, but first no plates (had to wait 5 minutes for plates), then no silverware (had to wait again), 8 tables from previous breakfast persons were not cleaned off when we arrived and when we left 15 minutes later had STILL not been cleaned off! Other people came in after us and they had run out of silverware once again! The ONLY time the 1 staff person spoke to us was to ask for our room number to assign the bill. Bad breakfast experience, they need to hire more people.

The room was clean and spacious. They also allowed me to check in 3 hours early. There was plenty of parking and it was well lit. The front desk staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. This will be my new spot when I come to town.

Just a one night stay I’ve been at this hotel before and it’s fine. Too cool to use the outdoor pool so I don’t know if it’s good or not. Check in was easy and clerk at the desk was nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

Upon arrival at the airport I was picked up by the friendly driver Ayauna! She was also the same driver that took me to where I was speaking the following day. The hotel is very clean and the bar was kind enough to take my order for a grilled cheese for dinner. Saturday night there were children running LATE into the evening on the 5th floor and the front desk promptly moved my room after the children continued running in the hallway after 10pm. I would stay here again, the staff is truly lovely.

It turns out my wife been going to Hilton Garden Inn for all of travels since we’ve been together.

Parking and check I was easy. Dining option on-site. Everything else requires a car to reach.

The beds sleep good they can use some new sheets and Dual for what its worth. I always bring my own sheets. The bathroom toilet needed cleaning thoroughly. Not a half azz job.I had clorox wipes and sanitizing spray. The refrigerator was not working also staff needs to check to see if these items work. Staff needs to constantly check on all appliances to make sure they working. Thank you

El hotel está cerca al aeropuerto y en medio de Durhan y Raleigh pero está un poco aislado. La habitación es buena y amplia y tiene una buena cafetera. Por el precio debería tener incluido el desayuno. No hay nada cerca caminando todo debe ser en carro, por eso creo que es importante que inckuyan el desatuno en el precio

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and Zu liked that this room had a tub/shower combo. The in-house breakfast is way overpriced for what is available - no pancake/waffle machine, no biscuits or gravy on the hot bar. That said, we would stay here again and eat breakfast somewhere else. We didn’t eat dinner there, so I can’t comment on that. Staff was friendly.

Staff was friendly, overall stay was nice, the only downfall was the toilet smelled of urine upon arrival, as well as hair in the shower which made me feel like the bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, other than that the bedroom was clean & tidy.

Property could not create key cards, and passkey would not work. Frustrating but we understood there was a nationwide issues

The beds were too high and the mattresses didn’t fit the wood bed frame so I kept hitting my knees.

Elisha was great upon check in. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was great. Comfortable beds. Checked out in the morning with Caroline (I believe that was her name) the new manager there. Very nice lady. We’d stay here again without a doubt.

It was a very convenient location for us. Figuring out the TV was challenging and setting the room thermostat was also challenging. It would default to heating. Other than that rooms were clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Very nice staff.

The property was clean and well maintained. They lied about free wifi. Their wifi log-in tricks you into signing in for a fee. Free wifi has become standard in major hotels, I was very disappointed as some traveling from outside the U.S it was very important for me to have free wifi and their booking site advertise free wifi… very misleading.

the next morning and she said she was on the way up to see it, but my Mother wasn't awake nor did I want to wake her up on Mothers Day morning. The manager said that she would refund expedia and it was up to them to refund me because I booked through them. The room was $223 and I was not satisfied. I have not seen evidence that expedia was refunded nor have I received a refund.

The hotel was in good condition. My biggest concern was the bed mattress was not very comfortable. Otherwise we stayed there three nights and it was a pleasant stay.

For the cost ($146 $15 breakfast) it wasn't worth it. The property wasn't bad but the room definitely felt dated. I could've booked a different hotel within 5 minutes for cheaper with better rooms and breakfast included (I only booked this one for the points). 2.5/5...just average.

Cleanliness comfort & customer service

Very clean and quiet. The person who checked me in wasn't that friendly but the one who was there for the night was extremely kind and professional. I'm disabled so the accessible room was much better than most I've stayed in.

The property is nice, and it's in a convenient location. Being pet-friendly was a big plus. My only complaint is there seemed to be a lot of petty charges that I think should be included, like coffee in the lobby and water bottles in the room. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable with good service.

We got stuck in Raleigh after a long transatlantic flight and need somewhere to stay for the night. I picked this place because they listed airport shuttle and room service (we were arriving late and had just gotten off a 10 hour flight and wanted to be able to get something to eat). I called the hotel to find out where to get the shuttle and they told me the driver called off. Do we had to pay for a uber. Got to the hotel at 9:30 and they told us the Resturant closed at 10 and do did room service. Also the Resturant had a limited menu. We were told it was because of the time. We’re both vegetarian so there wasn’t much to eat. They also informed us that they didn’t have a driver for the morning either and that we would have to take another uber. The next morning I called the front deft at 5am and asked them to call us a cab. They told me they don’t know how…. The lady at the font desk reimbursed us $15 to cover the $40 we spent in uber fees. This place isn’t a Hilton, it’s a motel 6 at best…..

the internet was out or slow when I arrived so took a very long time to check in. Once getting to my room I noticed there were no towels. I called the front desk and someone brought up two small towels when I unfolded them I noticed they were just bath mats and had to call again for basics that should be in the room. lotions that were mounted to the wall were falling out.

The hotel was great. I requested a handicapped room and i got exactly what i ordered. The staff was so friendly. We were able to check in early and go see the sights in the area.

The free breakfast was NOT free it was actually 9.99. The curtains the bedding and much of the furniture was extremely outdated. The lounge/bar was not stocked. However Elisha was wonderful and very helpful! I would rate him a 10/10 but the overall property 5/10 do not recommend.

I enjoyed my stay the room was Nice and spacious, but what I didn’t like was I was charged Holding fee without being notified, it wasn’t until afterwards when i called ; our sheets had stains on them that look like it could be mold that was trying to be washed out, but when I asked for a new set of sheets, I was brought new sheets immediately

I had good interactions with Vincent at the desk. He was friendly and professional. The hotel was fully booked (from what I could see) on Saturday night. Even with this, my room was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning/ heater unit was quiet. I had a nice stay.

The hotel and facilities were very nice and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Devan went out of his way to provide the best experience in the dining room during breakfast even while the shipment for certain breakfast items was late. Great service is so important. The hotel was very quite too. That also is a top priority for me.

It appeared average clean and the staff were not welcoming upon arriving. The location is easy access to the airport and other highways for surrounding areas. There was an odd smell in the room the entire stay and every morning the smell from the kitchen filled the room even though it was 4 floors above. Parking is easy and it is a good price for what you get.

Some hotel floors smelled like mildew and property was not worth the price paid. The elevator was also very dirty. Rooms were average.

I stay in a hotel because I get my bed made up everyday and receive fresh towels also, but rooms are only cleaned every other day or as the customer request, didn’t really like that. I guess times have changed, overall it was a nice stay.

I booked this hotel at the end of a trip for some down time before flying out. I wanted to lounge by the pool and it says outdoor pool. I get all ready and it’s closed. Can’t access pool. Front desk said yah waiting on an inspection!! Post that online! Literally picked the one with the outside pool for a reason! Shampoo and conditioner in shower were empty. Had to go unpack my bag. It’s the little things that actually matter when you’re just wanting to relax

We were really looking forward to using the large outdoor pool, and no where on any site did it say it was closed indefinitely. It hasn’t been open since last year. Price is right for a clean comfortable bed and location convenient to our family.

2- when we checked into our 2nd room the TV did not work, we had an LG TV and a samsung remote 3- This hotel is located with railroad tracks right behind the hotel and on Saturday 3 trains wnet by between 9pm and 1am.

The staff was very friendly and kind, and made me feel welcome and safe. As a long time Hilton Honors member, I stayed with the brand out of loyalty but was not able to benefit from points because I booked through Expedia, which never used to make a difference. The coffee and toilet tissue in the room were not replenished. One of the reasons I chose this property, booked in advance, was because of the pool and forecast for almost 100 degree weather. The pool was out of order for my entire stay- I would have had to pay anyway if I cancelled and went somewhere else. This made my trip less enjoyable. The kind shuttle driver offered to drive me across the highway to the indoor pool at the Marriott but that felt too complicated and uncomfortable and I wanted to swim outside. Instead I spent more time in my room. I will not book with Hilton again in the near future when there are so many other choices.

They tried, but it wasn't good value for money. The TV had few stations. A sign in the room said that I would get 2 bottles of water each day, and I didn't. The business center had a printer, but they don't allow guests to use it! I didn't realize when I made the booking via Expedia that they give Hilton Honors points only if you book directly with Hilton.

Upon entering the lobby there were 2 ladies working the front desk. 1 clearly didn’t want to help or was leaving for the day, not sure but she gave no eye contact or greeting but the other lady did professionally engage. The facility was overall clean but a little dated, especially the carpets. The pillows are NOT very comfortable very flat, which made for a restless night.
