Hilton Garden was in the perfect location, the food was great and the staff was coutious. I would stay there again if the need arises. We were there for a hospital stay. The shuttle with Mr. Darrel was great, he was very courteous and got me where I needed to be. I had no complaints regarding the hotel, the staff or the service. Everything was very well organized and everyone was very helpful, I would stay there again if the need arises.

My hotel room was always clean and immaculate. The breakfasts were scrumptious.

We had a short but pleasant visit at this hotel. The premises outside and inside were well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were helpful and accommodating. The young African American server in the dining room at breakfast was a jewel. With his caring manner, his warmth, his excellent communication skills, and his efficiency, he made each guest feel wecome and special.

I would like the four hours it took to generate the label back.

I really like this hotel in Durham. It’s so quiet, clean, comfortable and with friendly staff.

Check-in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Shuttle service to the university was very convenient.

What I liked about the Hilton Garden Inn in Durham was the consistency and convenience. It’s in an easy, accessible location, and with a Hilton, you always know what you’re going to get — and that’s exactly what I got. The stay was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the waiter was engaging and friendly. There’s something really reassuring about that level of predictability and reliability when you travel. What I didn’t love about the property is the value for the price. While the stay was solid and consistent, it’s hard to say you’re really getting strong bang for your buck. Hilton properties tend to be on the more expensive side, and although everything met expectations, it didn’t necessarily exceed them in a way that made the price feel like a great deal.

Fabulous location in Durham which was convenient to the main places I needed to conduct business during this trip. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bonus is that it has a nice bar and there are great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. No suggestions at this time.

Staff was excellent - friendly and very accommodating. We requested extra pillows for my husband's injured leg and received them with a smile. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The bed was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Location only Smell like mold, wallpaper peeling , shower did not drain, room felt dirty, old decor. Terrible experience. I had planned to stay an extra night but decided to leave early. Disgusting. Do not recommend. Not what I expected especially at a Hilton fit more like a cheap motel

Check-in time was 3pm. I checked in at 3. The desk staff couldn't seem to get any info on why the room wasn't ready nor when it would be. I had to wait in the lobby until 3:45. The lobby is very run-down, with stained upholstery, so my stay didn't start off well!

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Met our needs. Hotel could use a little updating. AC didn't work great. And the pillows were very flat. Not the most comfortable bed.

Walking distance from at least one good restaurant. Quiet area, easy parking, restaurant in the lobby which is so convenient and the food is so good. Bed is comfortable but they didn't provide a floor bath mat and the iron board cover was just fabric with absolutely no foam or cushion. smh

We stayed at the property for 3 nights while moving our son into an apartment before he started grad school. The location was perfect for us right near his apartment. The staff were friendly and competent. The room was clean, well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Great shopping/restaurants all in walking distance.

I would definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when visiting Duke University! The staff was kind, our room was upgraded to a suite, breakfast was yummy and there were dining places nearby. We were happily surprised that they offered free shuttle within a 5 mile radius and we did not bring a car!

Hotel front staff were very informative of restaurants in the area. They gave us walking directions to a nearby restaurant after a long day of driving.

We stay the night of the 24th. Our car was broken into during the night. The staff made no effort to notify us. The next morning when i found my car and came in to tell the staff they said, "oh yours was ONE OF 3 broken into last night." We did not see the park at own risks at night when we arrived. There are also no cameras to help in cases like this.

The hotel is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and informative. The only this I didn't care for, was how firm the mattress was. But that's a person preference, not a complaint.

Decent stay when visiting colleges. Do need a vehicle to visit Duke or UNC, Chapel Hill. It is adjoining residential complex and also coffee, food and dining options are in half mile perimeter.

The first thing I noticed while checking in was how pleasant the staff was. I even recieved a welcome text shortly after to check in with us. It's really nice and located.

This hotel has the friendliest and overall happiest staff I have ever had the pleasure to stay with while traveling. From front desk to maintenance staff, the extra effort put into being welcoming to guests is appreciated!

We always stay here when I have an appointment at Duke Hospital. Excellent location near downtown and adjacent to Durham's famous 9th Street shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for its comfort, cleanliness, and good in-house bar and restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.. the cleaning staff even found my AirPods and immediately called me after we checked out before we got too far from the hotel! Would stay there again!

What didn't I like? the mattress in my room needs an upgrade and the little kitchenette area need a sink, I had to use the sink in the bathroom for cleaning my personal cup that I travel with.
