    I booked one night. Decided I LOVED the property, gym, pool, so much that I wanted to stay for a 2nd night. Serena, the front desk girl, was absolutely the most wonderful pleasant person I have ever dealt with. She moved rooms and bookings around so that I could stay in the same room without having to move, helped with expedia for the 2nd night, and was continually pleasant and friendly. Her manager should DEFINITELY give her a RAISE!!! She is the hotels BEST ambassador! Thank you Serena!

    Perhaps the biggest drawback was that there were several car break-ins in the parking lot during our stay. Windows of at least two cars were smashed through, which draws the safety and security of the property into question.

    The bed was comfortable, room was nice. Staff was not helpful. I called earlier to verify a pack n play would be available for my room and when we checked in I was told if there wasn’t one in my room then they didn’t have one for me. There wasn’t one in my room so I called the help desk and they said they can’t do anything about it, pack n plays are in housekeeping and she did not know how to get in there. I then asked for the manager and she told me I could talk him Monday morning at 8am, it was currently Friday evening. Told me I had the best room with two beds and to put my BABY to sleep in the queen bed. It was horrible, I didn’t sleep at all worried about my baby suffocating on the soft bedding, he slept on my chest most of the night. Would not recommend, the staff was very rude and not helpful.

    The hotel was very clean and the staff at check in and at the coffee bar were very friendly. Unfortunately the AC was not working properly in my room and neither was my TV. There was also a humidifier of sorts plugged in in the bathroom which wasn’t great. I did not make any complaint to management/front desk staff, as I was only there one night and didn’t want to cause problems for them! Despite that, would definitely stay again!

    They charge you for parking, which is crazy nickel and diming. Odd rooms, but clean. The duvet had all the fluff clumped up and yellow, so it sat like a lumpy sheet. Water pressure was the usual Hilton low. There is almost NO storage in the room to put your things away. I had to put my clothes in a desk drawer, because that's it. Weird furniture choices included an incredibly heavy, uncomfortable desk chair with no wheels, as well as a weirdly placed dressing bench which they stuck under the TV instead of the foot of the bed.

    We just needed to rest for the night from a long drive. From the time the very pleasant woman behind the reception desk greeted us to us leaving early next morning, everything we needed was provided. A friendly face to greet us, dinner in the hotel restaurant at 9pm, beautiful room, hot shower and a friendly goodbye in the morning.

    Had a problem with the shower that was resolved. But there was a prom going on at the hotel and dealing with teenagers at prom while trying to sleep is near impossible, wish there was some type of heads up when the hotel has an event booked so you know to choose that one or not.

    I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing.

    There was no hot water in our rooms and by time it was fixed was too late for us. The safe did not work and lock, which was problematic. The cost of the room was jacked up and to not offer breakfast at that price was a huge disappointment. I will question whether I stay at a Hilton in the future.

    No complimentary breakfast and a fee for parking which will result in a decision not to stay at this property next time in the area. We have experienced a parking fee elsewhere but only in city areas where parking was a premium. Understandable. This property had very ample parking for plenty of cars. We just thought it was a sort of money grab for travelers. There was breakfast food available but for $19 a person. My wife and I would never come close to eating $38 worth of food in the morning.

    They charge 8 dollars per day for parking. It’s not a huge cost but feels like nickle and dining for a suburban parking lot. When we checked in, we were told that we have 30 dollar food and beverage credit per day. Upon check out, the credit wasn’t applied. When I called, the staff told me that the credit didn’t apply due to how I booked. This misleading information was frustrating since we ate at the hotel with the credit in mind.

    Room (4/5): the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It has outlets for various types of cables and adapters. Bathroom (1/5): the bathroom counter is so low that it is more suitable for a daycare. The bathtub is also so small that it is about 2/3 of a standard tub. My friend’s room, however, has a standard bathroom. It might be just a matter of luck. Service (1/5): the front desk staff had a rude attitude. And if you did not book a room through Hilton directly and you may be treated poorly and be stuck with a different room type. I booked a King bed room but was given a double beds room without first telling me during my check in. I walked to my room at the end of the hallway and then had to back down to the front desk and ask for a King bed room. Instead of checking his computer to see if a King bed room is available, the front desk staff immediately claimed none is available and blamed others and me for faults (e.g., someone else assigned the room; you booked through a third party so we cannot guarantee the room type; you did not tell me earlier about your room type; etc.). After I walked all the way back to my room, he called and said a King bed room “just became available” but I declined because I did not feel like walking all the way back again and dealt with his rude attitude. It was an unpleasant experience.

    This hotel has seen better days. You can tell it's a solid 4 star hotel based on the upscale interior and amenities. Quite likely guests prefer newly built hotels closer to Raleigh / Chapel Hill. Hotel management offering rooms at a competitive price, but making up for that by charging $8 for parking. There's also a shady hotel across the parking lot. Overall, a pleasant trip.

    While the property, room, and the amenities were all lovely, the staff was dismissive and curt upon my wife’s arrival in the early morning.     Mold under soap trays in shower. Shower head loose behind wall and leaking inside wall. Hair stopper in tub drain loose and broken. AC would only blow air but would not cool. No vent in bathroom so humidity in room was high after use of shower. Mold under bathroom sink. Front desk called my sixteen year old son a grown ass man and threaten to adjust price as we had three adults not two adults and a child. Expedia calls for anyone under 18 to be listed as a child. Paid for breakfast vouchers but wouldn’t accommodate my son, leaving us with one person missing breakfast every morning. TV would work intermittently. Overall not super impressed with the quality of our stay. Had a rough couple of nights trying to sleep uncovered due to the heat in our room. Could be a nice place with a little work.

    I changed three rooms after I arrived. They were all noisy for one reason or another. I am a light sleeper and need a quiet place to sleep. Also, the heater took a lot of time to heat up the room. The restaurant closes after breakfast and opens at 5 for room service.

    We were out in 1 room and, as soon as we walked in the room, it had a very weird smell. I went to the bathroom, and the light was flickering. We left shortly after to eat, and that’s when someone, from the front desk, text to see how things went at check in. I told them of the issues, and they said they’d send maintenance to address the issues and I could change rooms if I wanted. We got back and decided we didn’t feel like going through the hassle of changing rooms and stayed. As the night went on, I realized it was not cooling off. We checked to see the temperature was at 71, and we had it turned to 65! We ended up changing rooms. They gave my husband a voucher for breakfast, but we knew we weren’t going to have time for it as my daughter had a very early morning appointment, which is why we stayed in the first place. The second room was MUCH better. It’s just very annoying to have to change rooms when you’re already settled in one.

    I have actually never written a bad review, but this time I was very disappointed. First, my toilet wouldn't flush from the very first day. I stayed 4 nights and each morning when I left for work, i would tell the desk. It would be fixed by the time I got back to the room at 6pm, but then it wouldn't flush again. This happened every day. Then, I took my privacy sign off the door, and my room would never get cleaned. It got cleaned once during my stay. On my last night, I was exhausted and ordred room service and after an hour i called down, my order had been lost. They said it would be right up. 30 minutes later it was brought up. My soup was cold and clumpy and my salad was served on a plate with paper on the bottom of it, so each time i would cut the lettuce, i would get a slice of paper. Weird. The hotel was clean, the desk people nice, but then things fall apart.

    Staff was great and the bedroom area was very nice. Only issue was the placement of the toilet/having too big of a sink to allow proper space for the toilet. I had to sit diagonal on the toilet with my left side still smashed against the sink countertop. This was a very uncomfortable position. Also with the toilet right next to the vanity, that means there’s going to be unavoidable toilet splash back onto the towels and hairdryer stored under the sink. Not sure how any guest would or should be comfortable with this arrangement. Staff told me to request a room with a bathtub instead of a walk in shower next time to avoid this space issue.

    Friendliness of staff at check in. Lynette was very helpful with information about Duke University Hospital where I had an appointment the next day. She let us know all the options available to me and made sure that I was taken care of. She sent a text to our room to make sure we had everything we needed after we got there. I know that’s a service they provide. But it was a great experience.

    Rooms are clean and very comfortable albeit a little tattered in areas. Front desk is helpful and courteous. The bar/ restaurant staff is friendly but incredibly slow and - in every instance- had difficulty taking the simplest of orders and )getting them out without multiple follow up requests. Again- lovely people, but either not properly trained or they just don’t care do follow through.

    Clean rooms, staff was very friendly. Didn't like the beds are the bathroom it was hard for my 83 year old mother to get in the tub and there was no microwave in the room and nothing to put your coffee pouch in to make the coffee went to the front desk at 5:30 in the morning to ask for one. Didn't get it until 7:30 are 8:00 after house keeping came in to work. Only two wash cloths in the room.

    The hotel and staff were extremely lovely with the exception of the room smell. Not sure if it was thre actual room or vents. . Once we turned off the fan/ac the room smell slightly improved. We were only there for one night so it was tolerable for one night. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation, so hopefully this one oversight will improve. Otherwise easy access to freeways, lots of parking and row of restaurants close by.

    I had a problem the first night that I stayed at this hotel. The smoke detector kept going off until 2:30 am. When I call to report this problem the front desk person said that maintenance would be coming up. They never showed. So today when I checked out I asked if there was going to be an adjustment (credit) to my bill. The front desk person that since I booked with Expedia nothing could be done. Be aware of this situation.

    Our first room was overwhelmingly musty and damp. The carpet and bedding were damp. The smell was powerful and unpleasant. The curtains were falling off the ceiling. We did ask for another room and were quickly accommodated. Our new room was a little better but not great. Again, very musty, damp and generally unpleasant. This was very surprising for a Hilton and made for an uncomfortable night.

    Room smelled heavily of mold. The housekeeper replaced our towels and replaced 2 of the towels with dirty linen. Our couch was sticky and so was the carpet. Also the toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper had to sit on the back of the toilet. For a suit I was highly disappointed in the room. The front desk lady was super nice but couldn’t accommodate a room change due to them being at capacity.

    Fast and friendly check-in. There is an open floor plan restaurant and bar right in the lobby, which was lively. We had dinner at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. They offer cocktails and also made me a non-alcoholic version of one of their cocktails, which was delicious. Enjoyed the smoked half chicken dinner. Our room was quiet and comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues that could have been reported by housekeeping or previous guests but might not have been. The mirror in the room was off it's anchors and sitting upright on the desk. Also there was a hole in the bathroom wall that might have held a hook at one time. We reported these two things and the front desk staff was receptive and said she would report them to maintenance. Overall, a very comfortable and restful stay.

    It was a devastating stay, we were there for dance competitions, we had guest coming in and out. It was pet friendly and we were advised that our pets were being a disturbance I was plced on the wrong floor, they called me and said some pretty unprofessional things the manager was very condescending, not professional at all. Cleanliness was unacceptable, the power went out , that was the final straw. We left.

    The hotel itself was beautiful however my room had a lot of malfunctions. My room blew nothing but HOT AIR. The toilet seat in the bathroom was hanging off.     I came in for my son's graduation which was on 05/09/2025. I decided to stay through 05/11/2025. Unfortunately, I received a call that my dog was ill and called Expedia and the Hotel staff that I will need to leave 1 day earlier.     The receptionist who checked me in was very rude upon asking question. I believe that lady should not be working as a front line greeter to the customer visiting the city.     First night was great everything was clean and comfortable. We checked out but had to stay another night we were put in different rooms. The rooms were clean bed comfortable but the tv had no streaming channel and the heat would not get over 67 degrees completely different from the first night. To be fair they were upgrading the property so this may have had something to do with it.

    The bed was filthy with blood marks. The bathroom was filthy. There were hair in the tub and a leftover used wash cloth on the tub spout. I ended up not taking a shower in that bathroom, instead just freshened up using the sink before checkout. Terrible experience especially from a Hilton hotel.
