My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, property was clean. Great experience.

Nice big shower with grab bars, etc. Appreciated the microwave. Frig was noisy so we unplugged it. Beds comfortable. Would stay again.

I wanted a top floor so I could not hear noise above. But ended up with 3rd floor an there was noise. Plus o the side where traffic.

Met some great concierge staff the night of May 8th and had a fun conversation about movies. I felt welcomed and safe. Just the perfect hotel for a little getaway from home. Thank you for your work folks.

The carpet & walls need a UV light & Enzyme cleaner in rooms, because my room smelled like a cat had peed everywhere! Rooms are unsafe for cats & small dogs that like to hide, because small pets have access underneath the bed where humans can not reach. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

The night clerk Russel was amazing and went out of his way to help us with our dog that we had staying the night with us and very accommodating. Great service and a great price.

our stay was great. Would stay here again. They offered free breakfast, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. The walls are pretty thin you can hear other people talking especially if you have the jointed room. But overall our stay was good!

This will be my go-to choice in this area for the foreseeable future.

The hotel is close to the highway but we slept soundly the night we stayed. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, bathroom was also clean. The surrounding area felt safe and quiet. There are dining options and easily walkable. Plenty of parking space. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast. The power was out for hours but you’d never know it. Capable generators to keep us comfortable.

Forgot my jacket at the hotel lobby, called the hotel and associates said she will send me a form to fill out to return it, but I didn’t receive the form and I didn’t get my jacket back.

Great place to stay when visiting Seattle and locations South of the city. Very nice area around the property with several restaurants just a couple minutes walk away!

We had no hot water until we woke up the next morning. Water was brown until we ran it for a while. Not sure it was even safe to brush our teeth after it cleared. The hair dryer was almost useless. Still waiting to find out if we are getting a credit. The front desk person asked if we wanted something from the marketplace as our credit. No, I don’t want a bag of chips to cover the inconvenience. I want a credit on the cost of the room.

Newer property with easy freeway access. Rooms were clean and comfortable with walk-in shower, a plus.

Nice clean facility, good front desk staff. Generous DIY breakfast. Quiet area with parking rated as easy and close to the front door. Lots of restaurants within a 5-minute walk, (try the wood-fired pizza place for good food.

Location is safe, parking is easy, and you can walk to a variety of places to eat. Only issue, the walls are thin and if small children are above you, you'll hear every stomp, or if there's a high school sports team in house, you'll hear every word/laugh/scream/stomp and breakfast will be demolished the next morning, of which they do not replace items after a certain time in the morning.

Gina at the front desk, did an awesome job resolving an issue with my family’s reservation. She had a busy day with a lot of students in the building from a sporting event and was alone. She kept a positive attitude even when our room didn’t have bedding for the pull out bed. Overall good experience.

Very lovely hotel. Everything about it was lovely. It was perfectly clean, had a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and a health club. The staff was friendly as well. The surrounding area had many restaurants and shopping. We picked this hotel because of the wonderful reviews and the closeness to the Tacoma Dome. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, but the walls were very thin so could hear clearly what was happening in the adjoining rooms. Kids in room above running and jumping into the wee hours of the morning.

Happy with this hotel, cleanliness and quality is very important to me and they provided that. I chose to not have daily housekeeping due to covid concerns. She provided fresh towels at my request as needed. Breakfast was good, they allow dining room eating or you can take it to your room. Waffles, hard boil eggs, yogurt, baked goods, cereal, juice and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
