Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are nice and spacious.

The breakfast was not very good, as we checked it out before eating. We went out for breakfast. The parking was very good, as there is a parking garage which is very convenient. All in all, the stay was very good as the hotel is new and clean.

A very comfortable place to stay, near the Dunedin Causeway, and the facilities were good, including underground parking. The staff are helpful and pleasant, A good breakfast.

Staff was great. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the place. Location is great! Indoor parking out of the sun. Request for towels and an extra chair were done quickly. Pool was very nice and hot breakfast was good.

Parking is another big plus. It’s always easy, convenient, and hassle-free, with plenty of available spaces. I also really appreciate the security measures in place. You can’t access the elevators without a key card, which makes the hotel feel very safe and secure. Overall, a consistently comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I look forward to coming back!

We spent only one night here for dolphin boat tour but it was great experience at the hotel. Ecerything is very good.

The break fast was disappointing and the staff was rude as can be. Don’t bother using the concierge text service because you’ll get snotty responses. We left a day early because when we got back the room was still not cleaned at 4pm. It seems like as soon as they get your money you are no longer a priority.

Perfect location for my trip and very comfortable room. This is my new home away from home when I travel here! I work all around Tampa, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, New Port Richie. The location makes it easy to get everywhere. Not to mention the area is fantastic. Went for a run out to Honeymoon Island. Restaurants including Frenchy’s (right in front of hotel) and downtown were so much fun. The Living Room (restaurant) is highly recommended. Great hotel, great area, easy to get to while staying out of 275 St Pete and Clearwater mess! Parking was under hotel and out of the sun. Publix across the street for snacks and supplies. Just so pleased with this stay. I’ll be back next month!

Heads up, all of the 2nd floor balcony units are above the breakfast dining area. Breakfast is 0600-1000. All non- valued customers get rooms on 1st & 2nd floors.

I love this hotel and use it as a base when attending spring training baseball games! Large, comfortable rooms, a good breakfast selection, and very easy to drive into and out of. The Frenchy’s Cafe next door is fabulous for fresh seafood. Try the grouper!

This hotel was perfect for us. Staff was very helpful. Liked the fact that you could not get onto room floors without a key. Felt safe there.

Room was clean, simple modern furnishings & in good condition. Bed was surprising comfortable. Nice soft pillows. However, towels could have benefited from softener, as a little rough especially after being on the beach and taking lots of sun! Friendly receptionist came to the room promptly to resolve an issue with lowering and raising the blinds. Nice breakfast included, especially bagel toppers. Convenient location for driving onto Honeymoon beach and state park. A short drive to Dunedin and local restaurants. If in area again from the East coast of Florida, would definately re-book.

We need more restaurants in the area. Otherwise the hotel was great. We had a big room big shower, nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely visit this place again.

Paid for a balcony, but was on the second floor so no view at all. Outside area, chairs were messy, and there was a pizza box that was left there for a couple of days. Location was great and close to a few restaurants that you could walk to. Beach was close by. Breakfast staff were very good.

The hotel was nice with helpful friendly staff. Their policy of only providing housekeeping every other day is unfortunate. We stayed three nites so room was only serviced once. This policy is not acceptable since room fee was the same each nite. Nice large room but only one comfortable chair. Plenty of safe well lighted parking was a plus.

I Check in, and all seems well. I go to room and get to shower and wait unclothed for 10-15 minutes for water to warm up. Call front desk, and apparently no hot water…they failed to mention 15 minutes earlier at check in, charged full price, couldn’t shower until following morning. Overall just a bag look by hotel. Didn’t mention issue at check in, didn’t offer any good resolution, felt justified charging me $309+ to not have access to hot water for majority of my stay.

This is a great hotel, close to a lot of... state park right down the road, wonderful restaurant next door, quite, comfortable, clean, staff nice.

The pool is salt water and the rooms are clean and smell neutral. The soaps are free of harmful chemicals. I love this hotel and am already planning my next vacation here!

It is a dog friendly hotel. Our room smelled terrible. After one night I could not tolerate it. I spoke to the staff and they changed our room. It smelled a little better but not fresh smelling. It smells like the air freshner is covering up the bad smells.The room was clean and the hotel is very nice but I can't get over the dog smell. I will not be staying in any Hilton associated hotels anytime soon. I wish they would secure certain floors for guest with dogs.I want to reiterate that the staff was excellent.

Convenient location

My husband, son and I stayed her recently for 2 nights while passing through Tampa and were very pleased. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind, the room was spacious and impeccable and the location was great—close to some restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Definitely recommend.

I liked the salt water heated outdoor pool

The staff were friendly and helpful when booking a last minute stay. The room was huge and very clean. It's exactly what I was looking for, in a very safe, walkable area. Free parking is a bonus.

There was no chair sit on other than the office chair by the desk. There should be a chair to sit on.

They allow dogs, who checks to make sure the dog has rabies up to date vaccination in case of a bite incident? Also who checks for parasites that might be left on the rug that the new customer might step on and become infected? My granddaughter had a dog aggressively jump towards her and growl, We left this property after one day. What do you do in the elevator if you are in there with a mean dog or a mean dog enters? I moved to the Holiday Inn, better service,lower rate and NO DOGS. I love dogs but not on a vacation, my dog was kenneled prior to my flight!!!!

Newer hotel on the way to Honeymoon Park causeway. Lobby is up one floor to accommodate the new building codes to raise all new buildings one story. Very modern big rooms. Very accommodating front desk ladies. Great breakfast in the AM lobby area. We needed a couple of extra hours in the AM and they accommodated us. Great local Dunedin hotel right before the causeway.

Very nice hotel. It was my first time in Florida. The only thing was the soft beds. It’s just a personal preference.

The parking was very easy, indoor or outdoor (your preference). A seafood restaurant was next door and a Walgreens and shopping center were about a block away

The room was spacious, the balcony was furnished appropriately, staff was friendly, great location and very safe. Nearby restaurant choices were plenty, and having Honeymoon Island just 2 miles away was perfect. The shower was large w glass doors so no curtain to touch us while showering. And the bed and bedding was soooooo good.
