This hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of our bags. Bonus was the full size fridge/freezer. We were traveling for a sports tournament so this was a HUGE bonus. It was very convenient to many different restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! We really appreciated the size of the room and the overall location.

We had made the reservations 4 months ahead and when we get there shortly after the earliest check in time 3:15-3:30pm we were told we couldn't stay because they had over booked by 5 rooms and they didn't have a room for us. We were sent to another hotel which didn't have the same accommodations or cost and as well as in the opposite direction we needed to go for our event by 15 minutes. We got to the new hotel and found out they were told that morning that they were going to be sent customers from Home2. No one had the common courtesy to call us ahead of time to save us time or allow us to try to make other reservations. We were late to our event and we had to pay more than double over what we were going to have to pay at Home2. I will be calling the manager. As of right now we have not be compensated for their screw up. The other hotel was surprised that Home2 didn't cover the difference in cost.

Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel. The pillows were very flat so not as comfortable as we have preferred and we had some issues with the television but got it working. Nice, friendly staff. Very spacious room. No shelving in the shower for toiletries which was a little odd so if you bring your own stuff you had to set it on the floor.

It was like our fourth time staying here as we visit the grandkid and will continue to stay at this place with the breakfast and attention to us to make sure all is good

The breakfast is fantastic there. I eat breakfast every morning while I’m there. Great.

Breakfast was delicious with lot's of choices. Rooms were clean and quiet, and no funky smells or fragrances. No broken fixtures. Staff were extremely friendly. Yay yay. Noise from traffic on East Main Street in front of the hotel. Coffee packets in the room didn't taste good.

It was great thw only low was we were there 3 nights and never had maid service. I had to go ask for towels and when I asked about trash i was handed 4 trashbags and told to leave my full bags in the hall. Then the morning we werw to check out they tried to come in 2 times before 9 to turn over the room. Checkout was 11am.

Hotel had 2 elevators. When I arriveed one was already out of service. A few hours later second one broke. The room I was in was on second floor so not a big inconvenience. The issues were the common area in the lobby was overcrowded because people on upper levels couldn't get to their rooms. Second my room was close the stairs every single time someone used the stairs there was a loud bang from the door slamming. This was every few minutes making impossible to sleep. Even if it wasnt the door on my floor you could hear the door on the first floor make same banging sound. There was already an issue they knew about having one elevator side by side with the other. Second one giving out sent everyone to the stairs listened to it all night. The room itself was clean but worn. Couch ripped, nothing in bathroom again clean but would have expected more than just towels. Person as desk was helpful when checked in but was definitely overwhelmed once elevator broke. They should have been upfront they were experiencing issues and let people make decision to go elsewhere. Instead room booked nothing returned and certainly died not get what paid for.

I liked how close it was to everything. Lots of places to eat close by. The bed though was very uncomfortable and hard. Also, they did not have extra pillows for the pullout couch.

Very clean facilities and all of the staff were extremely friendly.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff during the day were very helpful and friendly. The lady working the breakfast was also great and kept the food stocked at all times. The room had a slight musty smell but it wasn't unbearable. I think it may have been the AC.

Great place to stay , the staff is awesome and we enjoyed our stay here . The welcome snacks were fantastic. I’ve never had red velvet cookies until now . Two thumbs up . The area is well lit and parking was great . We will stay here again when we travel to Spartanburg SC .

We booked our room through hotels.com. We had booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch, hotels.com had oversold the room and that room was no longer available. They ended up putting us in a room with one king and pull out couch. This made our stay somewhat uncomfortable. When I asked for extra pillows and blankets they only had blankets available. No pillows. The room and hotel were very clean and I was happy with that.

Staff were relaxed and friendly like this goes on every day. First fail was the recyclables trash can in room. LMAO! Watched maid put both trash bags in one big bag. Then watched them throw said bag in a dumpster.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was great. I have a love for architecture and design and the room was well done. The amenities, specifically the gym and the breakfast bar were well done.

Hotel has definitely went down hill since new. Hotel and room smelled like marijuana and has ssome sketchy people hanging around. Myself and others in our group woke up to message parlor business cards stuck under our doors. I once really liked this place but we will be finding a new place to stay in the future .

Closed caption on TV was too small and cannot be larger to be legible. I turned on a/c and set to 66. Woke up at 1am to find out that it was turned off and let room get to 74. I lost three hour sleep over this.

Easy to find and convenient for what we needed. I will say that I was disappointed to see 3 different employees without face masks during the rise in Omicron cases. There were also signs posted throughout the property stating that staff would be masked to ensure the safety of their guests.

My first night there a dog dedicated on the elevator and it was track to 3x floors.
