We loved our stay. Impeccably modern, tastefully decorated, and clean. The girls at the front desk and breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and pool and hot tub were clean and fresh. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. We honestly cannot think of anything that we would improve or change.

This property is in a unique location tucked off the interstate behind a truckstop and a motel. Navigation may try to take you through the truckstop parking lot, which was blocked by 18 wheelers. Once you get to the hotel, it is very nice inside. My only complaint was the coffee machine only had decaf coffee for our 6:30 AM departure. The person on staff was sitting in the lounge on her cell phone rather than making sure everything was prepared for their breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice.

The pool was cold, the hot tub was ok not hot, the breakfast was ok for one day, wouldn't want to eat it for a continued stay and closing the breakfast at 9;30 especially on the weekend is to early. Mattresses are a bit hard and night time quiet hours need to be enforced better. Ok for a 1 night stay.

No hot water. It was warm at best. Wifi did not work. Used hotspot on my phone. Pool did not look clean. Did not use it. Breakfast was not good. For almost 200 bucks a night. Definitely expected more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and fairly roomy. We arrived late but were able to use the swimming pool and hot tub early the next morning. Both were very nice. The breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and sausage links!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The road to the hotel had a number of potholes. Not the hotel’s fault but just go slowly. Convenient location to GSP airport and several restaurants.

The location. The roads you had to take to get to the hotel entrance are in bad shape.

The staff just seem all unbothered when I pulled up to check in. She was so sweet to the lady in front of me and told her a whole bunch of information about the property when I checked in, she gave me my room number and the Wi-Fi password and told me have a good day. Didn’t go over any rules didn’t go over how to enter an exit the building didn’t ask how my day was didn’t ask while I was traveling. Didn’t check on me throughout the day at all. The breakfast was OK but she didn’t tell me when the breakfast was. It looks like they’re constantly working on the hotel so when you walk in, there’s just a whole bunch of towels all over the lobby area. They have a tiny little closet that they have items available for purchase, but it seems really difficult to maneuver the pool was open until 10, but there was a whole inch sign on the door, making it kind of confusing when you walked in about what the rules were because apparently they have issues with people just entering the pool. It seems like they have guest that stay longer periods of time. There are a lot because they were a lot of people that knew each other and had Bluetooth speakers and were really loud at the pool. It was an OK stay but it was really hard to get to and the road to the hotel off of the freeway is full of potholes from the truck wash overall not really worth the money that they’re asking for but it was OK.

The room was clean but very outdated. There were holes/dips in the floor. My daughter said it felt like it’s where they pushed the hotel together like they do mobile homes and she wasn’t wrong. The bed was comfortable so I gave it a 3 rating and the front desk lady I checked in with was nice. The one I got drinks from didn’t know how to ring up the stuff so I’m unsure if 2 sparkling waters usually cost $8 or not but that’s what I paid. Be sure to get down to breakfast on time or you won’t get a lot of what they offer. What we did get was great though. Some of the best gravy so that earned some points too. Be aware of the road to get to the hotel and get out has a lot of pot holes

Location; a bit complicated to find compared to competing hotels in this area.

I like the location, it was easy to get to gas stations and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink was clogged up bad. Someone was smoking weed in the hotel and it traveled badly into my room. The pool and hot tub was over loaded with chlorine (it actually irritated one of my eyes and made it swell up). I had asked the staff more than once the entire week stay to please clean our room and to leave fresh towels. The cleaners forgot to empty trash and it was constantly over loading. And they are taking too long to release the deposit (left a Friday and it’s been 4 days)! Sadly it was def not worth the $800 week stay.

I liked the location as it was not far from the BMW Academy, and close to the interstate, but not so close that traffic noise was an issue. The only thing I would change perhaps is the motion activated thermostat. While sleeping and not moving the AC would turn off and the room would heat up.

I slept very well and the walk in shower was amazing. I wished the indoor heater was working but the hot tub felt great. The only problem was the lack of signage from the main roads. I felt lost getting to the hotel.

The room was clean , quiet and had lots of room. Didn’t expect to have a full kitchen, that was an unexpected surprise! Bed was comfortable, ac was great! Checkin and checkout was fast. I really wish Expedia had it listed on their site that the hot tub was under maintenance so was not operating , being completely remodeled. We booked mainly to have this feature during the cold evening. Front desk was nice. Wish Expedia made it aware to its customers. Otherwise the rooms were good and clean

The room was very large, the bath was fully renovated. The bedroom, kitchen and living room were not renovated and I personally do not like carpet anymore in hotels. furniture was old and carpet seemed clean but I felt some allergy during the night. Replacing the carpet by a hard floor is my recommendation.

Gabriella, Zara, Gloria and the entire staff are amazing here. The room is very clean. They have been very accommodating to our needs. I am enjoying the pool and hot tub so much, I almost don't want to leave. My one night planned stay has turned into 3 nights. Oh, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We just sold our house and the entire moving process was very stressful. We checked in very late on the day of our reservation and Gabriella greeted us at the front desk. She deserves a huge raise. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much to Holiday Inn Express! You guys are the best of the best!! 😊

I know that most hotels have to charge because pets will tear things up or potty in the room at times but ours doesn't. I feel like the amount is a little steep. It is what it is. We will definitely stay here agin when visiting family!

Room was one of those shareable rooms and WOW it was like the room next door was talking IN our room. It was HORRIBLE. Everything else was just average. Not going to stay here again.

Overall the hotel is in pretty poor condition. From the lobby to the guest rooms there was a strong odor of mildew. Room was not very clean. Kcup left in coffee pot, writting on walls, visidle grime in wall corners of bathroom. Horrible drywall patching in several places. Breakfast was probally one of the worst I have ever seen at a hotel. Coffee was lukewarm and had an oddly thick consistently. All the food put out was cold or stale. The icing on the cake was the beetles crawling out of the couch in the lobby...

The room itself was fine. However what ever man approved the bathroom remodel should be forced to shave his legs in the shower. It’s impossible when you have limited flexibility due to back and knee injuries. And forget trying to bathe your young or infant children- there’s no tub!
