This Fairfield is a very nice hotel in an excellent location, just off interstate 85 and a short drive from the airport. There are numerous food choices available within just a mile or two. My room was extremely clean and quiet. A decent hot breakfast which also included assorted non heated food is available from 6-9am. The front desk staff were very nice. Will definitely book here again the next time I'm in the area.

Hotel was pretty clean. Cleaning products smell was a little strong. Room was adequate - a little small for two people. Pillows were not comfortable and street noise was loud, so if you're a light sleeper that could be an issue. Staff was super friendly!

Location was good. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. There was a massive gap at the door, can easily see inside to the room from outside or vice versa - brought to staff's attention and they offered a new room. Love the semi sheer window covers. Brings in natural lighting from outside but keeps your privacy - creates a very cozy atmosphere.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly as super helpful, as this was our first time visiting the area. Our only compliant would be that the shower head drips onto the metal below and it makes a lot of noise. We will stay again!

I had to make changes to my trip due to delays getting back from Mexico on a recent trip. I called Fairfield to advise that I would not be able to use the hotel and would like to cancel my stay. I was informed that the booking was under expedia. I was in the fairfield website when I made the reservation. Fairfield stated that they could cancel the stay if I booked directly with them. Since the booking was through a 3rd party, I had to call expedia. The people at expedia were totally unwilling to cancel my stay and would not refund my money. I do a lot of travel and will make certain that in the future I will not use expedia. Extremely unhappy with this business practice. I was able to get full refund for car rental and airlines; hotel through Expedia would not cancel stay and refund money. I cancelled stay and did not use the room, but was charged for two nights.

The decor in our room was very comfortable loved the colors and especially the window shade. Conveniently located next to the elevators which by the way made no noise we did not hear them from our room. Everyone at the hotel is pleasant beds were extremely comfortable and I especially loved the shower and the amenities in the bathroom. That includes shampoo conditioner and body soap a very nice touch. We travel with our service dogs and finding a place for them to run and play was absolutely also fantastic lots of grassy area

Our room had no towels. The room staff wasn’t on site so I ran down to the lobby to get them. Not a big deal. We have stayed at lot of hotels this trip and it was the first time that had happened. Lol.

We were booked at a Holiday Inn and had to walk out due to awful customer service! Thank you for saving our weekend! Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. Space was great! We will never go back to Holiday Inn again… this place took us in last minute and could not have been better!

Property was fairly new. Staff was great. Room was clean. But bring your own pillow, their kind of flat. Holiday Inn has a better breakfast at most places. Cracker Barrel is next door though. And the construction in the area makes it harder to find the entrance. Overall a very nice place.

My husband and I have never stayed at a Fairfield Suites before. We were treated so well and the place was immaculately clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We will definitely use this Fairfield again!!

The air conditioning was not functioning properly. When this was reported to the assistant manager she put us in another room where AC also wasn’t functioning properly! When I called to inform her, she hung up the phone one me. I went down to the desk and then she walked away. I was like what in the world??? She was rude and unprofessional and clearly never had one class of hospitality or customer service training. I let all my other softball friends know and they are spreading the word and the poor ac and rude staff.

Then I was billed 34.95 dollars, because according to them, that means you agreed to pay, and every time you get one the internet, you will be charged 4.95. I was charged 7 times in less than one hour time. My bad not reading the fine print. But I was on purposely tricked.
