Smoke smell. The room was given to me first, and it took my breath away when I opened the door. However, they moved me to a much more odorless room. They were very accommodating when I suddenly needed a second room.

It was worth the money and very clean. We were very satisfied with our stay and the staff. The sign they had by the road is too small. They should definitely have so.ething bigger and easier to see.

Bed was extremely comfortable, Shower was hot and strong to soothe my aching back. Staff was courteous and helpful. This is a great value for the money. Its older but clean and comfy. After a 15hr travel day it was everything I needed!
- 3/5
The room is old and dated. Pictures, furniture, lighting fixtures are from the 80's. It's gets the job done, just a bit dreary. The good - tons of hot water, AC was ice cold, bed was comfortable, and entire place was quiet. It got the job done but if you are sensitive to smoke or you just like "new" places, keep driving.
- 5/5
The room was very large, very comfortable, and clean. Shower and water pressure was ok. Front desk was incredibly helpful. Breakfast is very small, but coffee was good!
- 3/5
The hotel is clean but the breakfast is no so good from 10 i will give them 3
- 2/5
Breakfast was very very basic. Coffee horrible. Room was “sufficient” but not great. Evidence that the door had been repaired from a break in. Pool had been filled in with concrete. Just not what I was expecting at all from a Wyndham property
- 5/5
Quiet there, not alot of traffic
- 4/5
This is a basic motel with good service. The facilities are a bit dated, but good. For the price, it would be difficult to beat this. I would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
What a nightmare - the room was damaged, old, broken down and smelly. Didn’t stay the second night. Found cleaner and more updated place to stay at a much cheaper price. How sad they represent Wyndham. Never had a worse experience.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable but the room condition needs some attention.

- 4/5
It was a little dated but in pretty good shape
- 4/5
Convenient to major interstate, muliple food , groceey options in area
- 3/5
Not worth the price. Average cleanliness. Rude check in guy. Stopped breakfast 46 minutes early.
- 3/5
Overall, average stay with some minor issues. Breakfast could be improved. Older motel, HVAC thermostat was not accurate which led to problems keeping the room at a steady temperature. Also, finding the motel could be improved with the installation of a larger sign on the road...
- 2/5
We booked this last minute and there were very few options. It is in a convenient location to restaurants, interstates, parks, etc... The sign is not lit so it is dark. The clerk at check in was short and offered no pleasantries. He asked repeatedly if we had pets pointing to a sign indicating fees, etc. related to having a pet. The room was ok...there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket and all towels were different shades of white. The amenities were less than desirable. The vending machine is empty, ice machine is under a dark staircase outside, breakfast was minimal at best, a couple of bagels with no condiments available and cereal. Not sure if there was milk. The positives...we found a place to stay at the last minute and it wasn't outrageously priced. With more time to plan, I would not choose this hotel again!
- 1/5
got to the property they didn’t have power needed a refund just getting power to charge my phone the property manager said i had to contact expedia for refund because i purchased on line
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Pool does not work. Breakfast was sad. Facilities are very run down and sketchy.
- 4/5
Nice room, spacious
- 3/5
Snack machine empty, smelled like smoke, seedy guests
- 2/5
Please credit me back on my credit card the of 1 night; doing so would very much appreciated and desire to use Travelocity in the future. Thank you.
- 1/5
The pictures look nothing like the actual property
- 2/5
The room had a cigarette smoke smell. It was like someone was living there and smoked inside all the time. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and on the couch. There were also fingernail clippings on the floor.
- 5/5
For the price, it was a great place to stay the night when traveling. The room was fine, no problems and the bed was actually really comfortable. No complaints.

- 5/5
The room was very nice. The only thing that I would say that is negative was that the king bed was somewhat low and the mattress was very soft. Everything else was fine.
- 5/5
Easy and quick check-in, ample parking, nice and comfortable room, and near several fast food places.
- 3/5
A budget-friendly, pet-friendly option. Facilities in need of new carpeting & upgrades in the rooms & bathrooms. Very limited continental breakfast options available in a very small room.
- 4/5
pillows were not good
- 5/5
The property was a bit hard to fine. I drove past it before I knew it. My map program help me get back to it. It looks very safe and secluded could use more signage.
- 3/5
My nonsmoking room smell like smoke. The hairdryer did not work, I had trouble finding plug ins to charge my phone, kindle, and hearing aids. The air conditioner did not cool well.
- 5/5
Very Clean and quiet
- 4/5
Need new carpet and toilet makes bad noise
- 3/5
Was not allowed visitors in my room even though I requested 2 guest on reservation. Was not able to invite my kids over and that was the main objective.
- 3/5
Highly commercial location, with most guests observed to be some form 9f construction/utility crews.
- 5/5
We've stayed there several times while traveling back and forth to Florida. The different rooms have all been very nice and clean. The staff are also very kind.
- 5/5
Only thing that should be corrected is there are multiple restaurants right before Baymont driveway, and their sign is small and unlit, and difficult to see.
- 1/5
PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! The staff is running a scam where they charge you a deposit upon check in. When you check out you better inspect the room with someone and get an “all clear”. Three days later I called the hotel to inquire about my deposit not being refunded. They stated that I had taken the room coffee maker. Let me remind you that this is the cheap single serve coffee maker that takes a special tray and coffee for it to operate. I insisted that I had not taken their cheap coffee maker. Yet the staff was insinuating that I was a liar and a thief. I assume they are running a scam where most people don’t even check their accounts to see if they receive their deposit back and if they do, how convenient that the crappy coffee maker is missing! I am giving you a heads up and a warning to heed my advice. On top of that, the room states it comes with a sofa in the room. No Sofa! I guess I stole that as well! One last tip in case you decide to stay here…bring shower shoes!!! Bathroom is mildewed and crusty everywhere.
- 4/5
Great
- 3/5
bad smell, dirty rooms and old and broken furniture from the rooms around the property
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was the toilet was very loud when it flushed and the room smelled strong of cigarettes and cleaner. The outside of the place is nice but the rooms could probably use a little more TLC or a few updates. Overall, I would say the stay was decent because we did sleep well without any interruptions or loud noises.
- 4/5
Oderizer that was very irratsnt3 to my wife. After this he gave us another room which was nice.
- 3/5
The place was barely 2 stars out of 5. Read the reviews before staying. Not for the weak.
- 1/5
This facility was so rundown and so filthy we refused to stay there and demanded a refund. The clerk at the counter refused to authorize my refund I was forced to call Expedia and speak to a supervisor and after four days I got a full refund from Expedia. I would never stay at this place and I would never recommend it to anyone.
- 1/5
Management was disrespectful and rude.. Asked multiple times for extra towels . Activity Outside the hotel in the parking lot all night long. Vehicle alarm went off was notified someone tried to get in it
- 5/5
Bed was super comfy, shower water pressure was great, and the ice machine was great for chilling drinks. The pool looked inviting. There are wrought iron chairs and tables next to the pool, but unfortunately the lounge chairs by that pool are cracked.
- 1/5
Management was very rude and disrespectful. Terrific activity all through the night. My car was tried to get into.. Overall horrible experience
- 5/5
It was clean
- 1/5
We had stained, threadbare towels and washclothes. Our rooms smelled, the remote was filthy, poor lighting, the in room microwave was broken. Breakfast was cereal or waffles, no fruit, donuts, etc. Cups are 6 oz, even for coffee. The cleaner in the lobby and breakfast area was so such a strong odir it gave us headaches. No shade or table/chairs by the tiny pool. We stayed due to the Wyndham name but this place is a joke. 2 rooms, 5 nights, $1000. We were robbed. We wont stay with Baymont and we sure won't use Expedia.
- 3/5
Room was quiet and was able to get a lot of work done. Property needs some upgrades.
- 3/5
Adequate for a one night, just-passing-through stay. Quiet, clean, no complaints. Check-in clerk difficult to understand but I can’t speak a lick of his language, so my problem more than his.
- 1/5
Their “continental” breakfast consists of cereal with expired milk, waffles, and a yogurt. Staff is beyond rude and inconsiderate. They will stare at you through the window to see what you are doing. Please stay far away from here.
- 1/5
There was absolutely nothing that we liked or enjoyed about staying at this hotel. It was very run down every room smell like cigarettes or marijuana by the time we checked in there were no other places available to stay or we would have left. Some people that were in our group that also stayed there slept in their cars versus in their rooms. This place should be shut down and completely renovated
- 1/5
Unprofessional staff. Room had heavy cigarette smoke smell and staff insisted it was a non-smoking room.
- 1/5
An old motel that was rebranded without any cleanup or modernization, room smelled of stair smoke and bathroom fixtures were badly worn
- 3/5
Average room and meets expectations for the price. Clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
The fact that you have to check in outside at night through bulletproof glass should say it all.
- 4/5
Only complaint was the pet deposit was more than stated on the website. Generally a positive experience.
- 4/5
Had good mattress
- 3/5
We booked a king room with sofa sleeper but when we got there there was no sofa sleeper. The front desk said that those rooms don’t come with one but I showed him my booking info where it said explicitly it had one. So he moved us to one that did. However it was very smoky smelling. Not sure if it was the people in that room prior to us or the people next door. Other than that it was about what you would expect. Clean enough overall but not as nice as the pictures might have you believe. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Ok stay for one night but happy we were staying elsewhere the rest of our trip.
- 3/5
Sadly there wasn’t no naked man running around 😂 but it’s in a really nice area away from traffic and road so we slept great and the beds were really comfy. Only thing that sucked was the bathroom door in our hotel didn’t close, the toilet roll holder kept falling out because not properly attached to wall, and he had a ton of stink bugs crawl inside so we were killing 2-3 bugs a day…
- 2/5
Super sketchy- Kids running around outside with no supervision and weird men in the parking lots trying to make moves on women. Weird.
- 1/5
Wasn’t able to stay because of a pet issue. Very friendly however.
- 1/5
Kept driving and there were several people hanging out on the balcony and they were smoking weed. We drove back around to the front to say we are not staying back there with all that going on. Not to mention the front desk clerk was watching a movie and had no idea all this was going on…. We said we would be bald to stay on the front side because it was quite! But no rooms were available. We chose to leave and stay down the street in hopes we would hear from the manager about a refund. This was one week ago and still no word! We can’t review how the inside was but from the pictures it looked okay…. Still waiting to hear back!
- 4/5
Our air went out at our house, needed somewhere to stay while our house was 85 degrees. Came here for the night. It was clean. Kids used the pool also and seemed to enjoy it.
- 5/5
Excellent room for the price, service and cleanliness was top notch
- 2/5
Inadequate Wi-Fi, and lots of construction on walls in bathroom
- 4/5
The room was very clean and well stocked with towels Kleenex and tp. Much appreciated
- 4/5
The pictures didn’t necessarily match the rooms and property. However we had all we needed for our stay. They were very accommodating. I thought I read there was laundry on property but there wasn’t and I was a little disappointed but there was a coin op not too far.
- 4/5
We stayed here for a softball tournament. It fit our needs. The hotel needs some updates, but it was clean. The double beds are very small. Location was 8 minutes from Tyger River and very accessible. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
close enough to main highway but not to close. fine for a night stay.
- 1/5
It was the worst ever!!!!
- 1/5
never stayed there paid 98.00 and left to dirty noisy with all the people on the porch drinking swearing dirty laundry hanging from railling rented a room at hampton inn 145,00 very nice and worth the money baymont would be to much money for 20.00 a night
- 1/5
The bathroom was dirty, there was a oil-ly substance on the table, night stands were sticky. Felt like the room had not been cleaned since the last people had stayed there.
- 5/5
Love that this hotel is right off the highway but tucked away behind some restaurants. It was very quiet during my stay.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, the beds could have been bigger but overall we enjoyed our time there.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Everything went as planned
- 5/5
The friendliness of the staff was refreshing. The room was nice and clean. We were close to several restaurants. Reasonably priced. I would stay here again for sure.
- 1/5
Dirty rooms, unclean sheets, toilet didnt flush, nothing restocked. Everything looked used
- 3/5
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, AC had a foul odor. The continental breakfast looked incredibly dumbed down with COVID being the excuse I’m sure. For the money we saved there are plenty options around.
- 5/5
Room was clean bed comfortable. Easy check in. Check out.
- 4/5
We have a 4 month old puppy we can’t leave with friends just yet. We are very grateful for pet friendly hotels.
- 3/5
Location is great and safe, staff members are nice
- 1/5
Total bummer, disliked the setup more like a motel style and i had to stand out in the cold of the late night to check in at a window shielded with a glass. Was this really a Wyndham property?????
- 2/5
Hmmm, I should have taken a photo of the hole in the ceiling above the shower, or the old chewing gum a previous guest clearly left behind stuck to the shower. Light fixtures in the bathroom were broke. Surprise $20.00 a night pet fee. No where on there site said anything about a pet fee. There breakfast wasn’t very much. Most of the butter packs were already open. On a positive note it appears that there starting to do renovation and the linens were clean.
- 4/5
In an area where I could get to my location easily
- 1/5
Rooms looked nothing like the picture. Other guests were smoking and hanging out outside of my room. I paid for this room through hotels.com and was charged a second time for the room when I checked in
- 1/5
They didn’t put clean covers on the bed. They just dust the dirt off the sheets. I will never stay there again
- 4/5
Dislikes: could update the exterior, so maybe it doesn’t look like a cheap motel, pool lounging chairs were all cracked, unusable, and filthy, it is obvious that it has been a long time since anyone has been out there, no usb anywhere in the room (no biggie), some of the outlets and the covers were loose. Also, can’t see the hotel sign from the road and google kept saying that it was on the opposite side.
- 3/5
Plain outside no curb appeal not enough parking for the rooms
- 4/5
Clean, quiet lace. Hard to find. No highway signage. Worn on the edges. Could use some maintenance.
- 3/5
The room was made up, however, it looked like boogers were on the ceiling, curtains and bedspread. This made it hard to trust the remainder of the room. The bath looked okay but the water flow wasn't the best. I definitely won't be back to this location. The breakfast wasn't stocked well and only had minimal food. We had to go down the street to eat.
- 3/5
Very limited cable channels. No onsite store for simple water purchase. Older building under renovation.
- 3/5
It was clean but it was small and seems a little outdated. Itis very close to the highway and restaurants, which was a plus.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Just what we needed. Great location for our needs.
- 1/5
We stayed one night no air conditioning and no internet will not stay again!!!
- 2/5
Poorly maintained. Needed fresh paint & most importantly...the security bolt was broken off & not replaced.
- 3/5
Loved the room. It was very nice and beautiful. But there was loud noise from construction of hammering and painting. The check out lady had to take us outside to check us in it was so noisey. It went on all night . We asked about the noise and they did nothing .
- 5/5
Nice hotel, under construction, upgrading hotel.
- 2/5
I was extremely disappointed. The pictures that were displayed on the website were nothing like the rooms we stayed in. The door into the room had about an 1/2 in gap which let the cold in and I had to keep the heater on high to not be cold. The bed was as hard as a rock and so uncomfortable that I did not get much sleep. The sink faucet moved every time I turned it on or off and when you sat down on the toilet the back of the toilet moved and made a sound like it was breaking off. I am sorry to say that in all of my travels this was the worst stay in a Wyndham hotel!
- 1/5
The first room they gave us was not cleaned. We noticed the floors looked like they hadn’t been vaccuumed well, but we were so tired we decided we could live with it. Then we pulled down the blankets. There was stuff all in both beds. It looked like people had slept in them and they just made the beds again. The 2nd room they gave us was clean, but still not in great shape. They barely offered an apology and didn’t offer any type of a discount. We called the night before to inquire about breakfast and were made to believe there were lots of choices, including scrambled eggs. (We are big on making sure there is protein for breakfast). When we got to breakfast there was very little choice and no scrambled eggs. For yogurt they only offered gogurt.
- 5/5
Issue found the signage is not on the road and the parking locate could be bigger .
