    The staff was nice, the room was clean but there was a sign stating will not receive packages at the front desk, be aware of this if you have a lengthy stay. There were 2 baby roaches running around the bathroom, I noticed this twice one each time. It appears they are actively trying to correct the problem. They are also doing a lot of remodeling. We were there for 2 days.

    The staff were friendly and patient. The room I was in, the floor was tilting downwards and the left elevator opened up while we were still on the elevator coming down from the 4th floor.

    Room was clean. Requested for supplies was granted promptly. I was on numerous occasions locked out of my room whenever I stepped out for reasons I don’t understand. For a man my age to constantly go up the stairs or the elevator and find out that I can’t get into my room and travel back down to have my key reprogrammed was very annoying. And to add insult to injury, no logical explanation was provided for this situation.

    Next to the highway, shower water pressure is terrible, no breakfast bc of “renovations, cheap with the stock of toilet paper, just one roll smh. I spent 4 nights 4 ppl. Very cheap renovation/construction.

    The room was not well maintained. Room was not made up on a daily basis. There was no daily breakfast as advertised on their website. (Under construction) Should have been informed, would have chosen another hotel!!! Furniture was dated and worn down. Exterior of property was not well maintained and there were issues with the elevator.

    This place was centrally located near alot of shops and just off a freeway. My room was very clean and quiet. I think the only negative was the elevator seemed old ans slow.

    The shower was not clean the wall still had hair from previous guest and there was a plumbing bathroom toilet you had to hold the knob even they know. The vending machines are outdated and you can’t purchase anything from their “pantry” without having cash a lot of people don’t carry cash any more

    The staff was very nice. They advertise that they offer breakfast only for us to learn that the restaurant had been closed for a couple of months. That was a real inconvenience considering this was one of the primary reasons we booked with this hotel so we wouldn't have to spend extra money.

    There is a surprise $50 deposit that is not disclosed at booking, and they don’t have breakfast like it says they do. The check in person was walking around barefoot, and all you can smell is weed both outside and inside the property. Room was clean enough but there were 2 towels and 1 washcloth provided for 3 people.

    Only two spanish ladiesvone from Colombia and the other ladeo from Venezuela were so nice, kind with me. The only reason I states in the hotel was I was closely to work. I don’t recommended Duluth location to anybody. So simple.

    This is my second visit.. The first time was on the first floor so the wifi was fine. The second time I stayed on the 4th floor but the wifi connection wasn't good and the hotel staff, an Indian woman, was rude. I won't be back for a third time.

    Everything from walking in the front door to the comfort of the room to the view...very clean (look & smell)...great stay! The front desk didn't want to give extra towels. She stated there are 3 sets in the room already but there were only 2. Furthermore when extra towels are requested they should be given...the guest very well may miss housekeeping.

    The rooms were fine, a little bit rundown, but the price was good and not to run down to be disgusting- so it was all good. There is a $35 early check-in fee which I understand if that’s their policy. BUT … this was a crazy snow day in Atlanta, which is very unusual and the road conditions were getting worse and worse by the minute. So I just wanted to get off the road, you would think they would wave it. It’s not like I got there at 10 o’clock in the morning, I got there at 1 o’clock instead of 3 o’clock, and the room was obviously ready -just waive the fee, so you don’t have to sit in your car with the kid in the freezing cold or your car running for two hours. obviously I paid it without making a fuss, but, little customer service things like that could go a long way. They didn’t seem interested in that at all.

    No breakfast offered. And there used to be a spy Camara in the painting in the room but when we checked the Camara was not there. Highly recommend checking for hidden cameras in the rooms . They need new based boards, bathroom & closets doors need to replaced or painted with a more neurtral colors. The toilets are to low and close to wall.

    The hallways were very dirty, yes they were taking the carpet up, and it needed to removed. Around the tub, and toilet in the bathroom had dirt in the corners, the place was filthy.     From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was neglected and unprofessional. The staff treated the facility like their personal apartment, openly cooking meals on hot plates, which filled the entire building with a lingering, awful smell for the entire weekend. Instead of providing hospitality, they seemed more like tenants themselves. Speaking of tenants, the majority of people staying here were not travelers, but long-term residents—many of whom appeared to be struggling with substance abuse. The atmosphere was uncomfortable at best and downright unsafe at worst. Cleanliness? Nonexistent. Garbage was piled up in massive bags, left festering next to already overflowing trash bins. The hallways looked like they hadn’t seen a renovation—or even basic maintenance—in decades. Peeling paint, stained carpets, and broken fixtures made it clear that no one cares about upkeep in this so-called "hotel." I would use harsher words to describe this experience, but I’ll keep it professional: this place is a disgrace. It’s run by a slumlord who clearly prioritizes profit over people. If you value your health, safety, and sanity, stay far away from this place.

    I rarely leave negative reviews but we were not impressed with this property. I thought, being a Wyndam, that it would be a little nicer. First, THE PROS: it's easy to get to off the highway, and the bedroom/sitting area looked newly remodeled and clean. The price was reasonable. THE CONS: They obviously stopped renovating with the bathrooms, because they looked old. The water pressure for the shower was poor -- it looked like the shower head was fairly new, but not good pressure coming out. The towels were scratchy. I expected wall dispenser type shampoo/conditioner/soap but it was old style minis. The cable TV was new but the cable connection itself seemed to be subpar, and I could find no "guide" button on the remote. All that I could have dealt with for the most part with no complaining (except for the shower pressure) but the most annoying thing was being charged $25.00 to check in "early" at 3:00 pm instead of the 4:00 pm check-in time. The room was obviously ready and the clerk gave me a "discount" down from the $35.00 fee, but I thought that was really unnecessary and outrageous, considering it was a little after 3 already and the room was available. We were travel weary and I wasn't going to sit in the lobby for an hour over the extra charge, but I was not happy. They had a whole listing of extra charges at the front desk that seemed really petty and usually not extra elsewhere. I just did not feel very good about the overall experience at this hotel.

    Checked in to a room with unusable shower. I mean how could that not been known. Maintenance came and did its best , but that problem is far beyond a new shower head. The hotter the water it looses water pressure. It seems like a neglected room. It seems part of an update but refuses to upgrade the TV. That tv was at least 20 years old. I hope the read this review and do something about this room. After all you are paying for a functional room.

If everybody wasn’t using the showers at the same time the area is very unsafe was solicited drugs, and sex so not sure if they’re vetting the people that come in there but it’s not a safe property at all

    It’s an ok experience. There’s not much to say since the stay is not that long. We only smelled a little bit of weed on our way to check out. The door to the fridge cabinet is a little crooked(as you have to lift it to close it back up). The top of the bed frames are dusty and so is the bathroom ledges. Other than that it’s an ok experience.

    There was a dog barking for almost 2 hours and the front desk didn’t do anything about it. I called the front desk 10 times from the room and the line was busy. I had to call them from my phone in order for them to answer for me to complain.
