If you are looking for a budget hotel this place is perfect, it was very quiet and within close distance to many restaurants. If you are looking for a five star hotel you want go look somewhere else. For it’s money this place is worth every penny

The most disgusting place I have ever been in my entire life . The smell of feces that roams and sits through the halls and in the elevator is unbearable and unbelievable. The woman at the front desk was cool . No issues as far as her but my god . The only place you could breathe is at the front desk. The smell of that place once you enter the second level is a smell I hope to one day forget. TERRIBLE. This place needs to be shut down and I plan to report them because of the health concerns that place raises . Not to mention I never received my refund . I Checked out with the first 5 minutes of being there and immediately requested to be refunded the woman at the desk called her supervisor and they approved and I have yet to receive my money !!! This was Valentine’s Day to be clear ! STAY AWAY .

When we opened the room's door, the strong smell of weed was like a slap on the face. There was a roach on the stove section by the coffee maker and another one in the bathroom. It wasn't a nice experience.

The price was good. Commode doesn’t flush properly. Bed is kinda hard. Air quality isn’t very fresh. Microwave needed cleaning from the last person who stayed there.

My room #340 on the third floor wasn’t what I really expected the window blinds are old and on the dirty side. I called the front desk to ask why the air system wasn’t working and the front desk clerk assisted me over the phone the thermostat was on the wall so, that was fine. The bed was uncomfortable and felt as though I was sleeping on a cot instead of a bed, I’ve never experienced that before, and I turned on the t.v. I followed the steps to watch, but the internet and the one and only show it did show a different station with only Español dialogue. I turned the tv off and went to bed waiting for the next day to come, so I could check out the next day, due to the room itself. Read above ☝?The Room itself.

We had a 2 bed with queen, only had 3 pillows in the whole room for 4 people…. They said they don’t have any extra… was super upset as one of us had to sleep without a pillow

This is an older hotel that was remodeled. For the price, this stay was perfect, exactly what we needed. The room was very clean.

Today there was a vacuum cleaner running at 9 am in the morning near my door. When I called about it after 11am I was told it was the staff so I said I d like to make a complaint. Normally my room is cleaned at 11 am on Mondays but today it is 2:25 pm and no one has came to clean my room yet. I guess it's their way of saying they are ready for me to leave.

Great location. The kitchen has a stovetop, a microwave, and a refrigerator that we needed for cooking our special diet. The room was spacious and clean. Good price compared to other hotels around. Some guests were very loud at 3 AM, banging on their door and walls, that woke us up. The pots and pans were not non-stick, so it was hard cleaning them, but not a big deal.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk lady was not very nice to us. Even though we had stayed the night there for a graduation, our car broke down. Alternator went out. So we attended the graduation and as soon as it was over we went and got the part came back to try to replace it. We did successfully replaced, it took longer than we expected. It was our first time ever doing it but we were 3 hours away from home so we didn't know what to do. Insurance wouldnt cover this vehicle because of the age. We got stuck in a sticky situation and we were given poor care for that. We were threatened to get the car towed, with very nasty attitudes towards it. The lady was rolling her eyes and looks so annoyed when I came to her to talk to her about it. They did allow us to finish up but never gave a clear answer. They were constantly keep their eyes on us. All we were trying to do is get home to our kids. When that front desk lady left her shift, she very kindly looked at my mother-in-law with this evil smirk and rolled her eyes at her. I hate this I don't ever give bad reviews. I don't and I know there's policies in place and people have to stand by their policies, but there is a time and place for Grace for people and sadly that day therewas none. Manager sending a female too was kinda sad, even though she wasn't friendly she didn't deserve to do his job. Place was nice though for the price, really enjoyed the room. But there was no friendliness when welcomes or with the car

A bit sketchy with the guests staying there and heard 2 people screaming at each other from the hallway on the way to my room . Ice only on first floor. Wouldn’t stay again alone didn’t feel safe to leave the room

The location was convenient to our venue, and having a McDonald’s right next door was definitely a plus. However, the property felt more like an extended-stay apartment building, with a dorm-like atmosphere. The residents were friendly, but there were a lot of lingering smells throughout the halls — from food being cooked to cigarette smoke — and our floor in particular smelled strongly of smoke. The room didn’t feel very clean, with a moldy odor, some visible mold around the tub, and even a small hole in the shower. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, though the pillows were surprisingly nice. Overall, while the location was convenient, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Front desk staff I encountered very nice & helpful. Room was clean & very spacious with adequate amenities. Room did not include iron, ironing board, or hair dryer like most other places. Those items have to be checked out at the front desk. AC system in room very old but worked well. There was some sort of paint stains on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was loose, but no other issues with bathroom. This hotel does not supply basic toiletries like most others do. Biggest complaint is the noise level. There are many local long-term residents here, so it has more of a dorm or hostel feel. Even though the building is not directly on a main road, it is close enough that you hear lots of traffic noise. Decent place to stay if you're needing something clean & relatively cheap, but not somewhere to go and relax. I booked two nights but only stayed one due to the noise levels.

Disgusting! My room and the entire building smelled really bad. The room was so bad, we left at midnight to drive 6 hours home vs trying to sleep there. Noisy all night and impossible to sleep.

Perfectly fine for a quick over night stay. Really no complaints except no toiletries for a shower. Parking lot seemed safe and clean. Corridors smelled a little old but not dirty. The floors are a little creaky so I was woken up several times but the guests above us walking around but they weren't intentionally being loud. We stayed just for a few hours of sleep after a concert and I can't complain for the price. I would stay there again.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. The place is a slum. Trash all over the place outside the hotel, etc. When the front desk clerk finally arrived, she was rude to me and said she had been upstairs helping a guest with a tv problem. That’s fine, but put a note or something at the check-in area….

I was a bit surprised. I stayed for three weeks. It was better than I expected. The room was large and seemed to have some great upgrades. The price was better than all other hotels of that same caliber. It’s next door to McDonald’s and about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Sugarloaf mill mall. The mini kitchen was small, but it was very helpful to have one with a stove. The black lady at the front desk (sorry, I can’t remember her name) was very helpful. If I had any situation that needed attention, she was quick to jump on it. It was better than all other extended stay hotels. There was a strong food smelI when I got there, but after several days of airing out the room, it went away. I did read reviews saying there’s sketchy people outside the hotel. And they were in fact there, but they weren’t sketchy. But perhaps friendly people that were staying there. So I don’t know what they meant by sketchy. But it’s in a great quiet suburban area and I would definitely recommend.

Light, tv, lamp, outlets did not work. Was told there were no other rooms available. I have also stayed at this location multiple time and every time the cleaners start harassing you at 11 am to leave even though check out is not until 12.

The room was cleaned and front lobby was clean. Front desk was friendly. The location is convenient. The downside would be no dishwasher or dish detergent /sponge to clean dishes in the room with, towels had to be brought down to lobby to be changed out in my case, and hotel is just very loud during the night. Guests talking in the hallway, stairwells, in front of the entrance doors so it disturbs sleeping at 1-2 am. This is not the hotel’s fault, but quiet hours is not observed here.

We stayed here in an emergent situation, so it fit the need. It was decently clean but dusty on several surfaces. The rooms are a nice size and most things functional. The TV didn't work, and no answer when I called to get help from the front desk.

The checkin area reeked of Marijuana. The room had a smell of marijuana and poop. I literally stayed long enough to shower and changed hotels.

Seriously, this location is so nice and I think probably the best in town! The entire Staff was beyond sweet and so considerate across the board. My room was spotless, plenty of necessities, quiet, so comfortable!! They really care about the hotel and all its clients and it shows through and through. Highly recommended!! Its alright. I would stay again if needed. Its not the Ritz but at leat no bed bugs or roaches. Parking lot parties were going on until midnight but who cares.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Only complaint I have is it is smoke free, but since the smoking area is outside and the ac units are out of the window, it pulls the smell of cigarette smoke into the room. Now that I have checked out, the clothes I washed at the washer and dryer all smell like cigarette smoke. I’ll have to rewatch it. They have plenty options to eat at in the area and fast stations around. They also have a menu you can order to have delivered to your room.

When we arrived to the property there were alot of people outside smoking in front of the building. We were told it was no smoking but the entire hotel smelled of marijuana and there were several big dogs on our floor that barked alot. We rented 2 rooms and neither room had a working TV. We were told we could switch rooms and then we were told no unless we wanted to pay more. I reserved the rooms a month before the concert and I will not stay here again.

It was cool until the roaches… started jumping from the ceiling and the walls. And when I was out from the room the “ exterminator” come in the room with no notice and the lady at the front desk acted oblivious and said “ you got roaches” end quote.🙄 I had a camera in the room but I knew someone was in there with the fresh roach motel box in between the refrigerator and stove. I left so fast I prayed I did get roaches or anything else stowing away in my belongings. With it being an extended stay, I understand that sometimes you just need a short stay, but I seriously don’t wanna go anywhere with no roaches and come out with roaches.

It was unclear whether housekeeping was supposed to come every day or not. I understand not changing the towels and sheets daily in an extended stay but I think that its weird to take them and take hours to bring them back (sometimes I had to call the front desk to ask for them). Also the receptionist ( I believe her name was Kennisha) at the front desk was rude because I was interrupting her phone convo to ask for missing linen.

Very gross rooms, numerous cockroaches and a strong smell of marijuana through the entire hotel. When I found out about the cockroaches, I was pretty much told I had to wait till morning to figure it out, at which point I just found a different hotel. They charged me for one night regardless of the circumstances. I would not trust a single room to be cleanly unfortunately

This property is nothing like the pictures or reviews online, its falling apart ,bed was worn down and very hard had dips in it from where peoplr sat at. Pillow case's was ripped, blind had holes in it , tub had holes in thd side, shower bar was falling apart, ceiling was peeling, bathroom ceiling had hair on it, tub was dirty, toliet seat wouldn't stay on i was very very disappointed.

Older motel but clean room. Walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear everything going on with other guests. Main issue i had was person above me was constantly moving the furnishings back and forth at all hours of the day and night, as well as what sounded like running from wall to wall and stomping on the floor/ceiling.

Checkin was simple , nice and quiet

Had its ups and downs. It is an older motel and shows the signs of it but with that said, the price paid for my stay was good bargain. The employees were above par in their customer service and helpfulness. First room I was given had a toilet running continuously, tv didnt work, and room had an odd smell. Second room was in working condition but thin walls allowed noise to come through throughout the night. As well, the a/c / heater was either not working properly or was set by the motel. Having wood floors was a nice touch.

Took me 10 minutes to find the person who was checking people in. Apparently he was getting a drink from the convenience store around the corner. No body at the front desk. Came back later to ask a question and he was gone again.

This property didn't look anything like the pictures online. It smells like smoke even though the rooms say non smoking, the tv doesn't work, there was hair in the shower and the hallways and elevator have a pungent odor. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, clean ,updated, comfortable. We are planning to stay at this hotel chain again on another vacation we have planned. The only downside was i wished the room was more sound proof.

There were cockroaches in the rooms, the whole hotel reeked of marijuana, and the staff didn’t want to do anything to help about either. Honestly I wonder if the night staff was part of the smoking because the next morning we walked out and it didn’t smell at all. They told us there was nothing they could do about the cockroaches and wouldn’t refund our money so we could leave when we seen them at midnight. Told us we had to wait u til morning to speak to someone. I will never go back to this hotel!

Now my only and biggest complain would be the constant smell of cigarette smoke in my room. It was so bad that I broke out in hives. I called the front seat to investigate and he never did. I waited 45 minutes to see or hear anyone come up to my floor and no one did. I went and bought a ton of deodorizers and even then the smell wouldn’t go away. So if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke I suggest you find another hotel. Second complaint is the noise. The walls are thin and noise is loud. Definitely not for those who are light sleepers. And third complaint was the bed. It was hard as a rock. I woke up several times from how uncomfortable it was. Just no cushion whatsoever. So this was my experience.

The room was very clean and everything worked great. I only have one complaint and it’s that the room had an extremely strong smell, I’m assuming it was the cleaning chemicals. It smelled like rubbing alcohol. I opened the window the first day and thought that would help but it didn’t. I stayed 4 days, 3 nights with the window open because the smell was so strong. Now I didn’t ever go ask the front desk about it, which I should have. Other than that everything was terrific. We will be making trips to this area more often and I think we will be staying again. If the next room we get smells like this, I will mention it to the front desk. Very affordable, and worked for what we needed. We just needed a place to sleep at night. We were gone the whole days.

I reserved a 2 bed room and was called the morning of check in to be told no 2 beds available. So after telling the manager Ann that’s not my fault she refunded $25 a night to take a 1 bed with a roll away bed. I don’t think this is the first time she had to do this. What really was annoying is I had to call Exepedia and then the hotel to make sure the refund went through. Shame on you Ann you did this on purpose. So no I won’t stay here again.

I liked it quite more than I thought I would have considering it was a last minute road trip option, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way cause it was a great stay!

Shower rod was not mounted to the wall. Someone had to actually drill it in while i was trying to get ready to go out. The coffee pot held the remains of the last filter used. There was no .'do not disturb sign". The people was only as helpful as their management. The people i ran into was nice.
