They charge $15 for breakfast as if it is a buffet or something. No one eats at this hotel my entire stay I didn't see anyone eating breakfast. It overall was not worth it.

Save your money it is not worth it it's so much that I can complain about but I don't feel like typing it all up just know the room is not worth the price my first wrong had a bed bug and I have photos which I will try to upload. Staff is not professional they could care less about anything and they get it from the manager because she moves in a very unprofessional way so it's expected for her employees to do the same. I would never book again I'm actually thinking about taking it further than a review. My stay was not what I expected but I stayed because I needed to.

Room was clean. Several common areas were less than clean. Outside the front entrance there was a tampon applicator on the ground. In the areas near the elevators, there was trash on the ground and it looked like it needed to be cleaned. Pool looked dingy and hot tub was filtering poorly with refuse and small debris floating in the water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Service was great! I will say, our bathroom was so humid and it stayed that way. It didn’t have a fan for ventilation. Everything else was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the noise from the roads hardly bothered us. We would stay again!

The outside of the hotel is everybody’s first impression. Do better! I think Hilton can afford some real flowers in the flower pots.

Great property location, set back among trees and shade. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and amenities. Located really close to the Convention Center and plenty of food options nearby. Great proximity to downtown Duluth and the fun times there.

Also, the elevators forced closed on my friend as she was exiting and her teen daughter was inside and had to continue the ride without her mom. The rooms were clean, but basic. The no breakfast included was disappointing.

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels while traveling for business, but this one was by far the worst—specifically because breakfast was not included. I paid $123 online, a price that included an additional $11 fee for breakfast for two people. However, when we went down to eat at 9:00 AM—and were already halfway through our meal—the staff presented us with a bill. When I approached the server to clarify, they informed me that breakfast was *not* included and that we would have to pay an additional $30 USD. I will definitely not be staying here again.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Went in the middle of march and the indoor pool was VERY cold. There was a hot tub, so the kids treated it as a pool. We left before breakfast was available, but it looked like it would be good.

The location, friendliness of staff My room had a drip that was constant and the toilet continued to clog up to the point where I called for help and there was no urgency with staff to fix the problem.

I was unable to stay for my reservation due to a death in my family. I did try calling the hotel, and they advised me to contact you directly. I also attempted to resolve this through the chat, but unfortunately I was not able to get any results. I would like to know if it is possible to change the reservation date instead. I am more than willing to pay any additional fees that may apply for the new date.

Property is very well kept, in a great location. Felt safe! Breakfast prices were high, so we did not end up eating there with so many other options in the area.

The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff. The room was very comfortable and clean when we checked in. The staff was very friendly and always spoke to us when we entered and exited the building.

Staff was curtious but the hotel itself is run down the elevator tiles cracked the room floors uneven the doors getting stuck becuase of the floor uneven. No maid service daily.

Close to Gas South Arena, Carrabba’s and Chik fil A. The staff was great. The hot showers were amazing. The beds were very comfy. Room 325, you need to clip the tree that is leaning up against the window. The wind was so bad that it was causing the tree to scrape up against the window all night while we tried to sleep. I was told the pool wasn’t warm enough by a guest I came with. Being that there was a winter storm going on outside you would think they could accommodate us on that. The breakfast could have been a little bit bigger. The tv channels on the tv were nothing of modern times. It played old stuff. You had no access to Netflix and other streaming services and you couldn’t even cast shows off your phone onto the tv. Definitely was a let down.

We were shocked there was a price for a continental breakfast, that would be free anywhere we have stayed before. The pillows were like quicksand… uncomfortable! The commode was so low very user unfriendly.

Everything was easy from parking, check in to check out. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Everything was decent, it just seemed outdated and not worth the price. There were no streaming options on the tv and when we tried to use our own streaming system, there was no way to change the input. I mean, it’s 2025 and we had to watch commercials. We could have stayed other places for cheaper with the same level of quality. We’ve stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns and this just doesn’t hit the mark.

Number one smell soon as you enter the lobby you will smell old oil burning smell. Maybe it’s from the kitchen, but it was unbearable number two the staff. I have a small meeting in my room and I asked the front office front desk to bring up to borrow I am one extra chair. They didn’t even try to help me out. They were just saying no I cannot bring any chair from the lobby to the room or they cannot bring the chair from empty room or they cannot provide any type of extra chair even folding chair they were not even trying to help me and room at very bad order as well. I don’t think I’ll visit Hilton Garden Inn no more.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. It was clean. I felt safe. Staff was super friendly. The mattress feels a tad worn out but not super terrible but not exactly comfortable either. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. I will def stay again.

We just did an overnight stay for a concert at Gas South Arena. Hotel is walkable to the venue and right beside a Chik-Fil-A, which we went to for breakfast.

I was able to meet other young people my age who were also in town for the Sleep Token concert. Great overall experience.

Even though I only stayed for 1 night, I wished I extended due to how comfortable everything was!

Our stay was great! The only negative thing was check in. We were trying to check in around 4:00pm and our room still wasn’t clean. We waited about 40 mins to get into our room.

Helpful staff. The property is clean and sanitized. The property is near shopping center and family activities. If you decide to go to downtown Atlanta you will be faced with a lot of traffic but there is a lot of activities to do near the Hotel.

The hotel was clean and had a restaurant and bar. They also offer a crib which saves room in the car. No need for a pack n play. Very family friendly!

This was a last minute booking due to a terrible experience at another hotel. The ladies were so so wonderful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were all awesome and the happy hour offered was also great. I will stay again.

I've enjoyed every stay at this hotel. It will always be our choice stay when we visit the area. Cannot wait for our next stay.

We were in town for one night for a cheer competition next door. The hotel was convenient, room was clean and staff was kind. Will stay here again if we are in the area!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a dance competition at the gas south convention center. It was in a great location and if the weather would have been better it would definitely been walkable.

The price to quality ratio of the room is poor.

We had just come from early checkout in a different disgusting hotel, they checked me and my family in earlier than normal and even had the courtesy to waive our early check in fees. Everything was nice, clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We were not informed the hot tub was down. Pool was way too warm to enjoy. Seems like the heating was switched to us. It wasn’t until we asked that we were then informed they were waiting in a part. When checking in that should have been mentioned since the main reason for booking was to be able to enjoy pool n hot tub. Sad guests from out of town.

Our stay was incredibly quiet. The facilities are a little older within the rooms, but the lobby is bright and welcoming. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was not included so we didn’t try any food.

We joined the Hilton rewards program so I'm hopeful others will be better than this one. Oh parking was easy for us but breakfast is not free. You have to be a rewards member to access the wifi and the website said they have a hot tub on site but was out of order and we called before booking and was told it was available. Be careful when booking with a third party vendor for sure.

It was ok good for the stay

Hilton brand is not what it used to be and is starting to feel like staying at a motel versus a nice hotel. The hallways having lingering odor with the presence of cleaning solutions attempting to mask the odor rather than a deep cleaning to leave a fresh scent. My room had a horrible smell similar to a fish market and the cleaning person sprayed some air freshener to mask it. When I reported to the front desk, they wouldn't even provide an updated room when I asked, which was simply not being in a mobility assistance room as my only request. I was told I booked that type of room but nothing on my reservation indicated that. The occupancy at the time was also very minimal and the front desk offered no type of accommodations due to my inconvenience. Highly recommend not staying at this location and I will never use this location again for my local stays.

Also, the toilet handle in my room was broken and would not flush when I arrived. It was repaired while we were at an event, but shouldn't it be serviceable from the start? Not sure if I will consider this chain for our next trip.

I loved how i was able to use my key as an access to enter through side door to take the steps instead of going tbrough the front so late. This hotel was in short driving distance from our taekwondo tournament so it was perfect. Tha k you Hilton for thd amazing stat

I'm very unhappy with my stay. They were extremely unaccommodating and treated me rudely because I had booked through hotels.com. When she checked about changing our room to better accommodate us, she said "Oh, you booked through hotels.com, so you paid them, not us. There's nothing I can do." So, we stayed in one very uncomfortable bed. Our shower also felt like it had sand in the bottom of it. I'm not sure what it was exactly, but I tried to wash it down the drain before getting back in. After that, they also advised me the following morning that my room "didn't include breakfast" and tried to charge myself and my family to eat, saying it started at $15pp. We went next door to Chick-fil-A and then we left, after the front desk employee finally got off of her phone to check us out. I will NEVER stay at this place again after being treated as if I were a lower class citizen when I paid almost $300 for one night in a very average room.

I never stayed at the property. My reservation was cancelled 15 mins before I showed up. Reservation was prepaid for 2 nights and was cancelled after late arrival on the first night even though I had prepaid for 2 nights. I still haven't received the refund for this stay. Night shift manager was extremely rude about reinstating the paid reservation even though other Hilton properties do that and it is a possibility. I was left standing outside in dark without any hotel reservation after blank cancellation just prior to arriving at the property.

We decided to stay here for the price and closeness to the convention. The room was good very clean but some things stood out. For one the floor was very uneven for a room with a king bed. like a noticeable shift under the carpet. Could have used instructions for the motorized curtains. but the biggest issue that we had was that even though my wife uses crutches it was very dangerous for her to take a shower. The actual shower "stall" has no lip so if you are moving or washing yourself you will have water all over the tiled floor making it very slippery. all in all for a single/multiple night stay its a good place.

Shower needs to have the addition to move head up for tall people. We were to have complimentary breakfast when I made reservation and she said we needed to pay… was one of the reasons we booked the room. The whirlpool in pool area jets wouldn’t come on… the staff even tried and couldn’t get it to work… another reason for booking and I had called to make sure it was open and working before booking. Very disappointed specially for the price I paid. Will be definitely looking elsewhere before booking again here
