Was very nice and will stay again

I blindly booked this stay with looking at a few reviews. At first sight, looking at the place, it look unkept but l try not to judge at first look. The staff were helpful but the rooms and overall look and upkeep of the place is a different story. When l say they have roaches, l mean they have multiple roaches. In the day and night. Stains on the sheet of the bed, bathroom was stank and not cleaned. Theres an Odor from the carpet that smells just bad as the hallway as soon as you step off the elevator. I do not recommend at all. Not even solo travelers that need a place to stay. I didn't even unpack my bags. I left them in the care and just brought in the bare minimum for the night. I quickly checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Worst thing there was the roach problem. Seen them daily, it was bad enough that we left a night early to get away from them.

I guess the only thing I can say is that when I switched rooms it had blinds instead of curtains, I like very low lighting because of my eyes, but that's about it , I would more than likely stay there again if I needed to.

Nothing It is run down, smells awful, and roaches everywhere I killed six as soon as I walked into the room. The towels and wash cloths are old and dingy as well as the bedding, dirty carpet etc, etc. I really wasted my money and didn't sleep at all the state and county officials need to make a visit I am calling them myself on Monday.

The room smelled like mold. The lights n the bathroom flickered nonstop. It wasnt a great experience.

The staff members . She was very polite & Professional.

The lady at the desk was really nice It was not clean or comfortable. The room was falling apart. They give you 2 tiny pillows that look like Barbie pillows. It's right off the busy interstate, so you can hear traffic clearly.

I thought the place was acceptable, for a less expensive place I just stayed one night, the man working there was helpful and quickly fixed a couple problems - The bathroom light was out and he rebooked up the HDMI cord that for some reason whoever was there before unplugged! I was nervous because I was by myself and people were hanging out around the front of the building but I actually had no problems! Even though one of my car windows was broken and covered, no one touched anything in the car, so I was wrong .

Good quality bed mattresses it’s clear this motel is not JUST THROWING SHIT TOGETHER TO MAKE IT HAPPEN AND GET RENT MONEY QUICK LIKE MOST MOTELS DO THESE DAYS! Very clean, wonderful, helpful, staff, nice location and the best DAMN DEAL IVE FOUND ALL YEAR! THATS saying a lot too because I’ve been traveling my entire life since a baby. I still travel for work the same as I grew up working with the family traveling business my folks own and have owned for 44 years! A strange black man was in the parking lot and kept on trying to make conversation with me. Although this is a very good and secure hotel and a decent area it’s still freaking me out. I guess he came walking up from the gas station next-door to the hotel.

This is not a safe place if you are a women and staying there alone. You will see junkies smoking weed outside the building. It was $80 per night, you can say it was cheap but I regret not booking better hotels in that area and they were charging $100. You will see roaches crawling on the wall. My toilet got clogged and I went to the front desk for help, lady offered me if i need a plunger to unclog the toilet. Later she came on her own to unclog it when I refused her offer. That was ridiculous.

Immediately as you walk in the building you can smell the overwhelming smoke smell. Just from the lobby you could tell the whole building was in desperate need of updating. Convenient location, very clean rooms, great price…if you’re staying near Atlanta and don’t want to spend $300 on a room, this place is awesome. For the price, everything was excellent

The not-so-good: The condition of this hotel have seen better days. You can tell that it used to be a Days Inn. It's located near I-85. The halls smelled like a dirty ashtray.

Lot cigar smell all over, they don’t provide any service if anything go wrong in night. Need to wait for manager till morning 8 AM. Once manager come they will think what to be done. It’s a great location, all things nearby and beds and bathroom ok.

Usually when I book here it is alright, but this time when I stayed on the 3rd floor it was disgusting. They have dirty cracks on the walls and ceilings, small roaches are everywhere, and they barley clean the bathroom with barley enough towels.

This place is horrible it’s dirty smells like cigarette smoke the smoke smell was so bad we could hardly breathe there were stains on the sheets and mold in the rooms I usually don’t comment negatively but something needs to be done

At the Haven , I stayed 3 days and wasn't offered clean towels or service to my room... people stand by your door in the late evening with very lengthy conversations...the hallway carpet smells like mildew, and the rooms were infested with cigarette smell...men are recruiting females and young boys for solicitation...I was crazy, when I first arrived to the room, I had to ask about the safety latch because there was not one on the door...the guy from the front desk came and put it on,smh.. would not recommend if you are not heavily sedated looking for recreational foolery

They didn’t have water the whole night I stayed til the next morning the sink water worked I was able to take a wash off I had to kill roaches the whole night and reception was rude and asked me to stop asking when the water would be turned back on when I was told it would be turnt back on in 2 hours of me checking in all I really want to do is take a hot shower and a refund so I can do so because it was inconvenient for me to have to go through this I paid my money for a room with hot water and was not aware of the roach infestation

My stay was comfortable, the room was outdated, no phone charging outlet. My bed was comfortable Tv was good. I would hear a couple arguing all night that were on the same floor. No real accommodations but the staff were very nice.

It wasn't a nice experience. The staff are kind and friendly, but the actual place is terrible. You can smell the tobacco odors once you get out of the elevator. When I get into my room, the smell was worst. The furniture was completely piling off, the ceiling had mold, air bubbles and was falling apart. They gave me a different room, than the one that I paid for, and when I complained about it, they kindly change the room for the one that I paid. This other room was better in the sence of the surrounding but still the smell... I wasn't a pleasant experience. The staff was excellent, very kind but the actual place not
