Great location everything visited for was no more then ten mins are less loved that The pool was not heated and that was the reason I book this hotel.

The breakfast was horrible, nothing I would recommend for a family with children. The pool wasn't great, the exercise room was full of tvs & mattresses. The TV didn't work well, I had to call everyday to have issues with the TV fixed. There was complimentary coffee but I had to ask for cups & creamer.

No one said anything about the remodel. We weren’t allowed to use the gym, the laundry was on a floor that was completely ripped out. The pool was NOT heated even though it’s advertised as such. Was a miserable time. Had mattresses stacked up outside the window of the breakfast area.

It was a nice stay. The man at the front desk was very pleasant.Someone even came to the room to help us when the tv wasn't working. My only complaint is that i was abruptly woken up out of sleep due to drilling. I was not made aware of ongoing construction.

I also appreciated how quiet the room was. THE only thing that could have been improved was the A/C. It took a LONG time for the A/C to go down to the level that I wanted. Overall, it was a great stay...and I'll probably book here again!

When I arrive, the staff was very helpful. I was having issue with one of the room door. The lady politely just changed the room. It was a great stay no complaints about anything and I will stay again.

I felt like I was inconvenienced because they gave me a room than when I called and said it’s the wrong itinerary they said sorry we don’t have any other rooms available. We decorated the room than said we had to change rooms because they made a mistake.

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, we liked our room. Just wish they had let us know somehow that their pool was down… we booked the room as a birthday surprise for a kiddo that loves to swim. The hotel next door let us use theirs but it was ice cold. So the swim plan failed

The room was clean. Staff was helpful. The property was under a construction/remodel. It was not mentioned at booking or when we called before booking. We woke up to loud work being done on the property. As well as amenities being closed for the remodel.

Also the housekeeping staff were going in and out of the doors making their slam when you were trying to sleep and then the room next door to me had balloons all over the room and they were popping them and they were making a loud noise as well. They should be considerate of the guests when they are going in and out of rooms letting the doors slam behind them. Also in the bathroom the bathroom door would not stay open it closed up behind you because the door was too heavy to stay open by itself. The toilet ran and had to shake the handle in order to stop the toilet from running.

Building is under renovation so not the best overall. Room and common areas were clean and well attended by staff.

Location was decent. But definitely needs to be upgraded. Rooms are super outdated .I think the breakfast could’ve been way better. Maybe better choice on creamer for coffee and creamer be put on ice. Not a good selection

I love how quiet it is here, and the staff is polite. The rates are reasonable, too. Unfortunately, this time I have to give a low rating for cleanliness. The carpet was dirty and the shower could use some more cleaning. There was no bad smell, but the carpet definitely needs a deep clean. For the comfort of future guests, I hope this gets addressed 🙏. I'd still stay here again.

Used to think that Fairfield inn and suites was a grade higher than regular motels, but it seems like there is not much difference between the average motel and Fairfield, except for the price....

The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, which I really liked. However, there was quite a bit of dust in the corners.

Our room had shear curtains and small curtains on the sides for decoration. The parking lot lights were so bright at night our room lite up our whole room. It felt like it was daylight at night time.

Having spent time in other Marriott hotels this was a huge disappointment. The only food available was breakfast which was very limited. My biggest disappointment was the lift safety cert was out of date, gym equipment was very limited (two running machines and a set of free weights) and rusty, despite asking at reception housekeeping did not clean the room or change towels during the 4 night stay (I had to ask one of the cleaners for fresh towels from her trolley), the TV remote didn't work.

This hotel is an ok option for those who wish to be close to all the Korean restaurants and stores. However, the property itself is in need of renovation. The air conditioning in the unit kept blowing a foul odor into the room. The daytime staff could be more welcoming. Upon check-out, Quentin at the front desk was great and friendly.

We had a great stay. In town for a weekend event at the convention center nearby. The employees were really excellent and the room was very comfortable. We felt very welcomed.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. We were expecting just pastries and maybe fruit but they had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, and a number of drink options.

This was a good hotel. The only reason I couldn't drop 5 stars is the noise level. I could hear doors slamming all night. However, the A/C was really good, and I was able to get a good night's sleep.

Broken picture frame. Hole in the wooden board. There is a big side gap in the front door and you can see through it. The switchboard for coffee machine does not work. I had to move the coffee machine. Rooms definitely need an upgrade.

Nice clean and secure hotel--- only complaint breakfast lacked something to drink unless you wanted coffee or milk, no juice or water.

The first room I was given was dark because it had only two tiny lamps and someone had forgotten to add more lamps. There was also signs on the door that someone either broke into the room or attempted to, and an obvious quick repair job tried to cover it. They gave me another room right away, which also had a slightly bent metal siding next to the door lock area which appeared to me to be signs of an attempted break in. This makes me question the safety of this hotel and area.

Enjoyed our first stay last year and decided to book the hotel again hoping for the same experience. Boy was that a mistake. We checked in at 10pm and the lobby was filled with other hotel guest's. It was noisy and kids running around. We were kept up all night because other guests were slamming their room doors or bathroom doors or something. We had people yelling across the hallway, guests next door to us were loud, had kids playing and running around banging our wall. The noise didn't stop until 3am and it started all over again at 7am. Will not be staying here again.

This was a old and it smells they need to upgrade this place and the breakfast was not good either. They try to add 18.44 to my ticket when my room was already paid for when I got there.

Sink was not properly draining

I was put in a room where A/C didn’t work, room felt like a sauna! Then I called to tell front desk, was put in a 5+ minute hold… was finally told I had to bring all my stuff back downstairs, so I took everything to the lobby, only to be told take to take it back upstairs, my new room was one over from previous room (and since I am the person to return the luggage cart to the front entrance, this was even more of a real pain!). Room felt old & sad, there was a clear lining of dust on the carpet, at least an inch wide, all along the baseboards where the vacuum didn’t reach. On day 3 of my stay I come in to find that there was still no sign of any housekeeping! I was told “they didn’t know why my room was missed” & had to bring up new towels, coffee, cups etc. & hand to me at door. The waffle maker only worked 1 day out of 5, no fruit, & this morning there was NO COFFEE even though me & another woman had asked twice. In 20 minutes it still “wasn’t done brewing”!

Woke up by party of very loud people in the hall around 1am which lasted nearly an hour. This was on the first floor so I assumed whoever was working the desk could hear. Was disappointed to find out the manager was working the night shift. Besides these 2 issues, very clean and nice room.

Room was extremely small, but served its purpose for one night. There was no onsite parking upon arrival due to another event being held there. Was told to just park in the handicap parking and promised I’d not get a ticket. I felt very uncomfortable doing that so we ended up parking at a nearby restaurant and just walking to the hotel. We went back and moved the car once the event was over later that evening. Breakfast was pretty pitiful, even with low expectations of a free hotel breakfast. I was there very early yet none of the basic condiments had been refilled. Overall, it’s a place to stay the night, but not up to the expected standards of a Marriott family hotel.

Was there 03/12-03/16 bathroom had a leaking shower, visible mold, bathroom vent didn't work and our room was not done by housekeeping our entire stay. Issues were brought to the attention of the staff on numerous occasions, one time the head of housekeeping was present and still nothing was done. During our 4 day stay we had to get towels from the front desk twice, was told there was no availability to move us and that the issues would be addressed...lies. Nothing was done, and the rooms were never cleaned. Was in town for a funeral and this stay certainly made a stressful situation worse. Never again. Beware!

The reason I booked THIS hotel was because they advertise an indoor heated pool. I called before I booked (30 days in advance) and again 3 days before arriving and was told the pool was available for use. I drove over 1,000 miles (5 states) to spend a week with my grandkids. We arrived on Monday and were told the heating element was out, but would be repaired soon. The whole five days the pool was closed.

The room was spacious and comfortable! The heater did not seem to work! It was on 75 and it was not warm in the room!!! Breakfast was blah! Nothing to write home about! The breads and muffins were dry and the quiche was overcooked!

Terrible loud noise coming from the 3rd floor hallway vent. Room construction 2 doors down. I also was billed twice and am still trying to get it resolved.

Check in was smooth. She was very sweet and helpful. There was a mix up with housekeeping. I’m not sure why I was put down for no housekeeping because I would not have requested that. I had to ask for them to come clean the room after being there for 3 days. I was told at check in it was every other day. Still not sure how this happened but it was corrected.

We had an overall nice stay. The beds were very soft but still comfortable. The room size was good and the water pressure of the shower was great. Parking was very easy and there is a restaurant within walking distances. The area was pretty quiet and nice. The check in staff was not very friendly nor very inviting. That person ended up being the same at check out and still not very friendly at all. I did not need to speak to them other than to check in and out so no huge deal but it would have been nice to be greeted at least. So that was a turn off for me. The breakfast was pretty decent and good. I would stay again.
