When we get to the hotel I asked for a crib they tell me they don’t have them, but on the listing it says it and it also says in under each picture. Okay we will figure out it. I have a 4 month old and could not the co sleeper in my car. My husband volunteered to sleep on the couch bed (he rolls a lot in his sleep). Perfect figured that out. We head up to the room. TRASH allll over our floor leading to our room. It’s fine they’ll pick it up, NOPE. It was there the whole time. Pull out the couch bed and it’s DISGUSTING. There were black stains all over. My husband who’s slept in pretty awful conditions (he’s military) said nope. It won’t go back in now because it’s broken and rusted. He ends up sleeping on the floor. We order pots pans and plates to cook with, they come dirty with burnt rice all over them. This might have been one of the top worst hotels stays I’ve had. I WILL NOT be staying here again YUUUCCKKK.

The location is good. I was told to move to the room I originally booked, so I did, but it was very inconvenient because the age limit wasn't met. It was really annoying because the equipment kept breaking down every time a staff member came and went.

Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. I have been at this hotel for seven months.Overall still a good hotel.

2. “Grab and go” breakfast is a tray of muffins by the front desk and coffee that is only set out during breakfast hours. If your deciding factor between this hotel and another is the breakfast aspect (even a grab and go), don’t choose this one as it’s cheaper to buy muffins and coffee for yourself. 3. I don’t know about the kitchenettes in the other rooms, but room 313 was not equipped with any cooking utensils. All of the cabinets were bare. There was also no coffee pot, which is standard for hotel rooms. 4. Only one trash can, and it was the one in the restroom. 5. Staff was either polite or friendly, never rude. But they also were not at the front desk except for in the mornings. You only have to wait like 2 minutes max for someone to come to the front though. 6. Our room was IMMACULATELY CLEAN. If all you are looking for is a clean room, this is the place for you!

The room is always spotless here at Extended Stay America - Gwinnett. Ruth was great as usual at Checkout. I love how Ruth handles 1-2-3-4 things at a time. It's a very cold day and even then the staff is amazing.

The room had a musty smell that permeated your clothes. There was a broken drawer hanging open, which was a huge hazard. The refrigerator barely kept things cold and the freezer wasn't working properly, so food spoiled. The carpets are terribly stained and there were several roaches. A sketchy man tried to enter my room after walking up and down the hallways whistling. Avoid this place if you can.

I could be anywhere else but I rather be here. Interestingly because I come from both corporate and the private sector I look at everything through my lenses and the lenses of others too. I had the opportunity to talk to a few other guests in the lobby these past few days, as I sometimes come down for tea and oatmeal which is perfect to start the day by the way, and guests come from other areas even if it's out their way to stay at Extended Stay America Gwinnett. Of course I asked why. One stated, "It's how understanding the front desk staff is and the respect given even when we're not at our best; Other places judge us based on what we're wearing." Another parent who child goes to school stated that her child feels safe at the hotel when going and coming. ""One stated that they appreciate me when their kids are playing as at times kids come to misunderstanding, I step in and talk to the kids. I truly felt that. It's the words that are not said. I like talking to gests because I get to share with the ladies at the front desk. It's a great hotel and I wouldn't change nothing. Nothing.

I am very BIG on energy, greetings, professionalism, and people who hold things together, even when the chips are falling everywhere. I'm currently experiencing homelessness after the loss of my brother, who I took care of for 3 years due to heart disease and diabetes. My mom traveled from the Virgin Islands, and I'm now taking care of her as well. She has Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her lungs and beyond. We recently found out. She accompanies me as I travel between Extended Stay hotels, both in Gwinnett and Newnan, which is near the City of Hope Cancer Treatment Center, where my mom is a patient. It has not been easy, but the staff, especially at the ESA 3390 Venture Parkway, have gone above and beyond to accommodate my mom and me, which makes it very easy for us. I want to especially thank a few employees: Front of the house (Bimwana, Ruth, Kofo, Benjamin), Maintenance (Arturo - Amazing at keeping the property clean as well), Housekeeping (Gloria, Maria M., and Maria F.), and last but not least, Hotel Manager Ms. Marita. She is everything a manager should be. I've worked at Guest Services Management, and I've seen nothing but professional behavior from the entire staff at this hotel. KUDOS TO ESA GWINNETT!!!!!! What I dislike is that at times, I get to witness irate guests (no fault of the hotel or its employees). We are living in times where everyone wants the microwave treatment forgetting that radiation causes harm. Regardless, the staff is amazing at how they handle themselves with a kind of professionalism that can't be taught. This team and ESA-Gwinnett get it, and I'm here for it.

I appreciated that they were able to let me check in an hour early. The hotel constantly wreaked of marijuana, despite it being smoke free. The hotel was under renovations, and I was not informed prior to check in. Despite being told by the front desk they wouldn't get to changing my mattress until the next day, maintenance arrived within the hour to switch my mattress to a new one. Upon returning to my room that evening I found blue tape on all the doors with the mattress size for maintenance to change upon the next day. My door did not have tape since my mattress had already been changed. When I entered my room I found my bed had no sheets or blankets, they were just balled up on the counter where the maintenance workers left them. When I went to the front desk no body was there, just a placard to call 0000 for assistance. The employee came from a room down the hall from the front desk. I spoke with Toya and she informed me they were short staffed and that housekeeping wouldn't be back until morning, that there was nothing she could do, but that she would leave a note for them to contact me. They never contacted me. My friends helped me make the bed so I could get to sleep. I barricaded my door for extra safety because I was sexually assaulted by a maintenance worker there to change my mattress earlier that day, and he rubbed his groin against me when I asked for his assistance to zip up my dress. The next morning I woke up to find my door unlocked. I know I locked it the night before but had been woken up three separate times by maintenance knocking, three separate times they knocked informing me they were there to change my mattress, the same one they had already replaced the day prior. A fight between teenagers occurred the second day of my stay that I came to learn involved adults putting hands on minors. I could hear commotion coming from the stairwell. It involved people staying at the hotel behind the extended stay, and law enforcement thankfully came and handled the situation.

First there were alot of people in the parking lot with the music loud like if you were at a club then the hotel smelled like Marijuana, the room was dirty the ac didn't work properly then the sofa bed didn't worked right the mattress looked like they got it out of the dumpster.

I love the spacious area and plenty of room. Gives a homie feeling as soon as you walk in with a kitchen hat and couch but also gives you a better vibe as you walk farther in to where your bed and your window will be. The view of the city is absolutely amazing at night through the window but the morning sunrise is also beautiful.

The second room was okay but the door card mechanism was raggedy I had difficulty getting into my room. Internet is a rip off its Wifi is not strong at all and you have to pay for a stronger signal. I told Benjamin but he was NO HELP at all. Ruth was EXCELLENT. Manager questionable definitely does not care. If there was a way I could post all the pictures that I have I would but it's not giving me the option.

Comfortable stay. Deposits collected should be used for repairs in the rooms but it’s not based on my experience. All in all, the stay is peaceful except for all the weed and cigarette smoking in the rooms and outside the hotel doors. The odors are horrible. Note: The latter is an issue at other hotels as well.

They are short staffed and you have to wait a bit, but other than that the room was clean and it smelt very nice. Some of the stuff is a little bit old it has paint chip for scratches here and there but nothing that affects anything. Honestly, I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve found for cheap in Georgia that is clean and doesn’t stink.

I liked the hotel, it is a typical extended stay of america hotel, as expected, cleanand and nice, no surprise.

Our stay was great once we got in the room, but the walk from the elevator to our room was nauseating. The hallway reeked of dog piss and it’s sad because that’s my ONLY major complaint, the sofa bed did not have any bedding on it & it was hard as hell … oh and the fact that there was no overnight staff kind of bothered me too!

Our first room the ceiling started leaking. We were moved to a different room and that room the hallway smells like cigarette smoke. The sink had a big crack in it and mold around the inside. There was a few roaches running around. We slept with the lights on.

I will never stay here again. First they told me my room wasn't ready till 3pm. Ok, fine then at 3 it was they were running behind because of short staff. When I asked the girl if they even had a room, she said yes. I told her that I was ordering an uber for later and I wanted to be sure. Ok i get that but then about 20 minutes later, they tell me that they are overbooked. Another lady told me that they don't have to honor on booking because we didn't pay ahead of time. After back and forth, they finally found a room. We go upstairs and it smells like an ashtray and pot. Never did see the pool that it says they have. Everything is run down. Only good thing is the bed wasn't bad.

I arrived there after midnight because we drove from Pennsylvania. They won't let me stay, dont let me check in and not refund my money. This a robbery, i wont recommendation to anybody. Stay away.

The elevator broke down several times. Stairway was very dirty and stinky. Breakfast inadequate.

The staff member who greeted us when we checked in was not knowledgeable about if I had already paid via hotels.com or not and was just wanting to charge me regardless and then an additional $100 deposit. The entire floor smelled like pot and there were dogs barking next door. The room smelled horrible. There was no dishes in the kitchen in the room. The couch cushions did not even covee the couch. One of the doors was broken on the dresser. The breakfast was a few muffins and oatmeal packets. We will never stay here again.

Carpet in hallway and room did not have the best smell, elevator sound like it needs repair, tv was small, uncomfortable flat pillows.

Had to move from out of our 1st room because of a leak in the bathroom. Hopefully they’ll give us a free night

The condition of the lobby and my room was subpar. The refrigerator didn't work. The front desk staff were unfriendly. They barely spoke back when spoken to. They acted as if the customers were bothering them. The walls were thin; I could hear my neighbors' tvs. Just ugh.

The staff was frigid and not welcoming. Quite robotic, and lacked enthusiasm. It seemed like they were not happy to be there. They did not take the initiative to speak, welcome, or acknowledge me. There was a blister pack of medicine in the couch cushions of the lobby. There did not seem to be a "breakfast" in the morning aside from self-serve coffee. I did not like the surprise $100 deposit at check-in. All of the furniture, beds, etc. were damaged and dilapidated. The bed sagged and the outlet to the bathroom light had a short making it turn on either way the switch was thrown.

It was once again another hotel that charges ridiculous. Security fee. $100 for one night. Stay that cost me $87. Supposedly I will get the money back today. Now I have to make sure and keep checking my account. I really wish hotels.com would provide that information prior to booking. Also hotel says it offers breakfast upon arrival. Clerk told us it's a grab and go breakfast. Okay we get up in the morning to go get our grab and go breakfast? There's no coffee. There is two muffins in a basket and some hot water with tea bags and hot chocolate. Most pathetic grab and go breakfast I have ever had. I mean seriously not even coffee?

Beds were kinda small being double beds, and we're used to a king size, but it was very comfortable and a nicely sized room. Considering that it was needed for a place to sleep, I didn't even notice the shower could have been cleaned better, which was the only negative to the room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful and made for a pleasant experience. Will be staying again next time I'm in town.

floor is not clean. crumbs everywhere. pull out sofa was full of crumbs, a pair of shoe, and some dog treats all over. the room was so dirty!!

This hotel was disgusting. The hallways had a horrible odor, the room was filthy, and security of the hotel was compromised. When I checked in, I was not welcomed and the receptionist was not friendly. We went to our room on the third floor, through a side entrance where the door was propped open with a rock. The hallway had a strong odor. We entered the room and were instantly disgusted and attempted to find another hotel in the area but they were booked. I felt the need to check for bedbugs because of how disgusting the room was. The window in the room was open and I had difficulty getting it to shut and lock. The bed dipped down in the middle and it was like the springs were broken. The next morning I went downstairs to go down the opposite side door than we entered in and found it propped open with a rock. We left the property at 5:30am because we were unable to get any sleep due to the uncomfortableness of the hotel. This is unacceptable and I felt ashamed that I had even booked a room there.

Never got my room with the sofa-bed people urine in hallway and elevator never got my room cleaned desk agents never around it's like the hotel runs it's self homeless people sleeping in the Lobby on the sofas it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAYING THERE BAD MANAGEMENT

The property was very dirty. It smelled horrible, it smelled like smoke, urine and food. The place also had bugs. Appliances were old and rusty. The carpets and headboards were stained. The room had missing couch, just an empty space. This was by far the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. Very bad experience

Room was nice it had a big in the room, water ran very slow, Front Desk clerk was Fantastic, Breakfast selection was terrible no hot breakfast at all for what is viewed on the internet to me it was deceitful

Very disapointed. Floors were filthy as was the bathroom. Drawer of chest broken. Refrigerator not cooling so refrained from storage. Person yelling at the top of their lungs in hallway at 2:30 am. Noise from busy highway outside pretty unbearable 24/7. Elevator shakes when in use. Small flys in room. Only plus was location that was central to my needs but will never return to this hotel even if offered free of charge.

They couldn't find my reservation. the interaction with the front desk staff was awful. The property was dirty and smelled like marihuana. The parking lot was dark and eerie.

The room was full with roaches. I was unable to sit on any furniture without being attack by the roaches.

It was absolutely disgusting the floor I was put on smell like straight chemicals and made my friend cough a lot and it was very disturbing we got moved to another floor and there was roaches everywhere all under the bed so we left and I can't get a refund from them cuz I went through Expedia

I was disappointed that nothing was wiped down, i mean nothing. Glad i brought my clorox wipes and spray because it was filthy.

Hotel was overbooked and reservation declined. Hotels.com faudulently booked this reservation knowing it wasn't valid. I was stranded without a car. You suck! Happy New Year.
