They have roaches !!! They scam you out of your money and then put you in a room crawling with roaches with no one on call to do anything about it. The elevator is broken the stairs and the carpet in the hallways smell like mildew and pee. There are no towels and roaches coming up in the tub. I want my money back NOW !

A lot of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot. The lobby smelled horrible and our room wasn’t much better. It smelled like marijuana and cheap potpourri. The room was clean but the carpet was sticky. Hand written signs were hanging in the elevator for ppl selling food out of their rooms.

I liked the staff great customer service. The room was dirty . Sex items(lube, dildo, heels, cum stained panties) found by my 4 year old under the bed …. The room smelled and so did the corridor . All furniture in room wasn’t stable . Stained walls , sticky floor , food crumbs on floor . Overall wasn’t cleaned to standard. Hallways smelled like pee and people sleeping in the corridors.

Nothing everything was horrible. The elevator did not work the room had roaches crawling everywhere i couldn’t even stay the night and there was no one there to talk to about this situation. Everything the room smelled like mold and the refrigerator had rat droppings and roaches everywhere crawling

The facility is too old and bad. They close the receptionist when I came at 11.30 p.m. There is no staff and phone number list there for me to contact when I was waiting 15 mintues and they charged me booking fee eventhough I did't have opportunity to stay there

Always a favorite of mine, it is always clean and clutter free. Trish and Zoe are always helpful - Also Randy has to the best manager from what I see he makes sure the hotel works efficiently yet still remains kind tk both staff and guests, it gives a very home family type feeing!

Staff was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! I mean like excellent! they were friendly, considerate, and understanding. They really know what hospitality is about. Randy the manager is kind along with Sophie who was a PEACH! She helped me lug all my crap upstairs on a broken down bellhop. She’s amazing!

Very clean looks just like the pictures. The exterior was also quiet, safe and clean, which I don't see often. There was not a lot of people hanging out very affordable price. The front desk was very attentive and super friendly. The room is beyond tidy, I have extended my stay and feel super comfy

The room itself. Spacious and able to cook with pots/pans and other dishes available for use. The first room I was put in the heat nor tv didn’t work.

Having to wait for over an hour and a half to have a key made in the morning because I locked myself out of my room and there is no night staff available.

The room was dirty and I checked out right away and you still charged my cc card the full amount for the weekend not cool It was hard to get too I went to the wrong one at first

First of all, there was no working staff, so if you find a number at the entrance and call, someone will come and give you the key 15 to 20 minutes later. The main door to the lobby was open all night without any safety devices.

To be honest, my room was quite clean and tidy. But, the place I lived was too smelly to take a breath in because they allow pets too. The hallway is too messy with full of detergent on the floor, trashes everywhere. Smoking and nonsmoking is mixed which made me feel sick in my stomach. Generally speaking, it is ok to stay for one night but not recommended for kids. It is too messy and complicated.

I paid for a room that i could not sleep in because the system was down. So i had no where to sleep.

Fridge still had previous guest leftovers. Room was very hott and the bathroom sink had dried toothpaste inside. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and the cable went out after a storm had came over the building

This hotel should not be listed on hotels.com. It is a permanent residents for crackheads. Yelling in the hallways and smelling of weed everywhere. I arrived around 10pm and found the lobby front desk closed down with a roll up door. I called twice to the local hotel number and after 30 min someone showed up to bring me a key for my room. There was at least two yelling/domestic disputes while waiting for someone to show. Fire alarm went off in the early morning and whistled for a few minutes. If you want the “live like a crackhead” experience this is your place. I don’t think they get daily hotel visitors, I’m pretty sure this is solely used for permanent residents with issues. Like I said, no front desk. Even at checkout at 9am, lobby desk locked up. Horrible place. Sad thing is that it’s a newer hotel and the room was not awful.

I paid for the hotel thru hotels. Com reservations. When I got there THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED!!!! I PAID FOR A ROOM THAT I DIDNOT STAY IN!! No one to talk to for help, no room key, no refund!! The place was in a sketchy part of town. The worst experience ever!!

The place was dirty bathroom, floor. It was very noisy. Fire alarm went off during the night and frightened us out of sleep.It took over an hour to get assistance to get back in our room. It was a bad experience.

Room had a stuffy strong smell that would not leave. It was coming from the A/C unit. Like a dog had urinated on it. Simply horrible. And the fridge was turned off come to find out when I turned the cooling back up it leaked water. Horrible time there.

This may look like a hotel from the outside, but the inside was clearly housing for families who can't afford to stay anywhere else. The place is right off a very busy highway. The parking lot is dark and sketchy. They do not provide any toiletries, minimal stained towels. The hallways wreak of various meals, marijuana and cigarette smoke.

Average stay for an average price. The only issue was there are two Extended Stays across from each other. Duluth and Gwinnett. Why that is, I don't know. But it's rather misleading. The Gwinnett location is more visible whilst the Duluth location is hidden behind another hotel.

It was not very clean the person that checked me in was nice I saw a roach it was not a queen size it was a full size it smelled like something had been burned in there

This property looked nothing like the pictures online. It was outdated and we found several long pieces of hair on the bed and desk table. The sheets feel like paper and the towels are rough in fabric also.

It was very, very dirty & sticky. mattresses were very stained & dirty. The elevator was dirty & sticky. It smelled like someone spilled liquor & it was not mopped. The elevator was also very shaky, upon checking it was past due for inspection. Even though it was a non smoking hotel, all you could smell on my floor was cigarettes & weed all through the hallways & coming through the room across from me. Trash in the hallways & on the floor. Malt liquor cans on the floor. Overall, the place was really unkempt. Taj, the front desk person on the night shift was very nice but the AM front desk person was very nasty, loud & rude to people trying to check in. Wouldn't recommend.

My bed wasn’t made when I arrived and and it stuck of pot and cigarettes.

When we checked in we were told there was a extra 100.00 dollar deposit that we will hopefully get back. Then I checked both my different accounts and they took 100=00 from both of them. That was not on the booking site. Rooms were numbered strangely took a while to find our room. They room is clean and nice.

For a night's stay, this place is fine but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The halls and lobby smell like weed and don't expect great customer service. The place feels outdated and the bed's are creaky. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper be warned. For what I paid for it, it was as expected. It did do the job though and I had no other problems during my stay. One thing I would like to mention though was that it was raining during my stay here and the tile floors had no mat for you to step on. So everytime I walked into the building, I had to be careful not to slip.

Angie and Randy have always gone above and beyond when it comes to my little family and I. We're in-between places to live right now, and believe me, weve stayed in quite a few hotels. No bugs, no problems wiith cleanliness, not a problem anywhere here! They havent ever made us feel unwelcome or like we dont belong here. Theyre like family too now. Would definitely recommended this hotel for leasure, business, or even when youre like us and in a bind! Theyre great people all around and a great hotel.

Check-Out representative she was very friendly My only concern was there was a constant odor of smoke on the 3rd floor. Very noticeable. At times very uncomfortable.

Called ahead saying I would be late checkin - after midnight - due to flight delay. No problem, clerk said it was fine until 2:30am. Arrived about 12am, no one in lobby or desk. No buzzer, etc. Fire alarm beeping continuously. Called the number on my reservation after waiting 10 minutes. No answer! Called repeatedly. After 15 minutes a girl comes out & says ‘checking in?’ I said I’m trying to. She said hold on and turns off the beeping alarm. Finally gets me checked in & I’ll ask if it was a non-smoking room. She said all of our rooms are non-smoking. However, the website says otherwise! I get up to the room, no hot water. The sink is clogged and barely draining. I’m too tired to do anything else but go to bed. Couldn’t even take a shower because no hot water. I walk literally 4 feet, barefoot to the bed and my feet are sticking to the floor. Disgustingly dirty room. Very little sleep will never recommend this place.

The property is very old, tubs are stained and has a odor in the rooms. The GRS was nice I tried to find a room that was tolerable for one night. I wanted to cry when I seen a bug (roach) crawling the wall. I’m terrified of bugs. Next time I’ll spend the extra money to stay I hotel in a better condition.

My room was infested with roaches. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because the two times I went to complain no one was at the front desk, I should’ve waited until someone came back to get another room. There are burn marks on different surfaces throughout the room ex. Bathroom and air conditioner. There were roaches n the air conditioning unit and in the kitchen area.

the room was and furnishings were spartan. the air conditioner leaked water. we put a towel down to absorb the water, the night manager offered to bring us another towel so we didn't have to use the room towels.. The matress had NO support. It felt like I was sleeping on a sack of rocks!! we checked in at 9pm; If I would have checked in earlier, I would not have stayed!!!!!

To be honest I was there from January 2, 2023 to January 31st, 2023. The first few weeks were good but they lacked room service and amenities. And overtime my room was a mess and there was no one to do room service. I asked multiple times the last week I was there and never received it. Plus staff members had an attitude and kids were running the hotel free and unattended. My stay was terrible and I am requesting the last week I stayed to be refunded because I did not receive proper tenant services. Very poor. Please refund the last week of $644.83 that I paid for room. Thank you.

I booked room for an after midnight arrival, computer system automatically marked me as no show, nice staff had no override ability. So my family was stuck without a room in the middle of the night.

The room wasn't even available, staff was unkind, and checked in even they got no room for, so I had to find other hotel on late night. It's either systematic issue or hotels, but I need a refund.

The microwave didn't work. There were absolutely no utensils pot some pants were accepted up in the room with the kitchen. This room was not clean whatsoever. There were 2 big stains on the carpet and the carpet needed to be vacuumed because there were crumbs from the previous person that was in the room. The bathroom mirror was nasty it had 2 paste in the sink and hair in the tub.

I went to check in and was greeted by a very angry white lady. The experience was very bad. Place smell so bad and very dirty. Please Don’t stay here. Very very dirty and smells really bad.

Booked bc it was “nonsmoking” but the entire building smelled like smoke. There was roaches and spiders in the room. To make it worse, we found a pack of newports underneath the bed. The towels were literally wet and folded… like they weren’t even washed. We had to cancel this booking after only being there for 30 min. Definitely would not recommend - filthy place.

The room in clean

I made the reservation on hotels.com. When I arrived at 5:30pm I was told I would have to wait 30 mins for a room to be cleaned. The carpet had white spots all over it from paint I presume. The sheets had dirt spots and looked like they hadn’t been washed. I went to take a shower in the morning and realized there was no shower curtain. I rarely complain about anything in the service industry as I’ve worked in the hotel industry for over 25 yrs. But, this was well short of acceptable minimum standards.

My son and I had to sleep in a room with no AC and the front desk attendent stated that there wasn't anymore rooms available. The room wasn't clean to it's best ability.
