The lady who checked us in was excellent!! The reason for the 3 star is - there is an OBVIOUS management issue.

They had a new computer system that seemed to be giving them issues. They were very pleasant and the room was perfectly acceptable. Only complaint was black fuzzies in the shower. I do not know if was mold or mildew, but we thankfully only spent one night, and a quick rinse was all we needed.

Disappointed at room layout, lack of perks for staying (you pay extra to an outside company for parking, no shuttle service, no complimentary water or coffee in lobby, breakfast service you have to purchase, and there is a charge for a refill on regular coffee). The doors other than the main entrance would not work with your key, meaning you had to walk the entire building (in the dark) to get inside after parking. The staff was friendly (minus the check in clerk we had), but I can not recommend this hotel to others.

The doors were disabled on all entrances except for the front. This was a real inconvenience to say the least. Parking at this place is per night. The Bistro is way overpriced.

The room was very clean, friendly staff, only issue was the microwave in our room didn’t work.

Was in a great area and close to the Mall of Georgia. That we had to pay for parking and that it seems as though they were short staff in the restaurant. The young lady was pleasant, professional, and kept the guest informed but she was overwhelmed. Her computer was down so she had to operate by a paper register to determine who had breakfast included in their stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and welcoming, but some cleaning staff did not understand English, so you have to go down to the desk if you need something. Overall very pleased, but disappointed that parking was not included in the price of the room. Neither is breakfast, but I feel like parking definitely should be included in the price of the stay.

Very clean and nice room and lobby. Heads up though… they do charge $10 each night for parking. You have two coffee pods for coffee in the morning… one of them decaf. There is no free coffee downstairs. They do have a Starbucks you can buy some from though. No complimentary breakfast.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, quiet. Access to the gym was also nice. Very good French toast served for breakfast I had a simple dinner , but the quality and taste was not good (it was a kind of sandwich with bacon and chicken or something like that , together with fries). Also it was served like warm. It would have been better to look around closely for some better food.

THE STAFF WERE KIND, FRIENDLY AND CURIOUS. THEY ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS WHEM ASKED. THEY LOOKED FOR THE ANSWER IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE ON HAND. THEY WERE QUICK TO RING UP AMY PURCHASES OR TRANSACTIONS THAT WERE requested. THERE SEEMED TO BE SOME KIND OF STAIN ON THE PULLOUT COUCH IN MY ROOM. IT WOULD NEED TO BE SHAMPOOED OUT. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ARE NOT TRANSFERRING OVER THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED OPTION PROPERLY. ONLY TO FIND THAT IT CREATES A $20.00 expense.

The hotel is relatively new, but its got some problems. I didn't enjoy paying $10 a day to park in the hotel surface lot. I didn’t enjoy the weirdly low water level of the toilet. I didn’t enjoy the warm (never hot) shower, and absolutely HATED the bed which was far too hard. Would not stay again and do not recommend. A real dud.

Charging for parking was unnecessary. It was a very clean place but not worth paying for parking or the pricy room.

Staff ignored customers and phone for almost 10 minutes while they talked. Didnt advise that parking was extra, there was a sign and I had to ask about it. Room was clean. Plug ins were all loose and/didnt work. Sink drain was slow.

The hotel's exterior looked promising, but unfortunately, the rooms didn't quite live up to expectations in terms of cleanliness. This slightly impacted our comfort during the stay. On the plus side, the hotel was notably quiet, which was a welcome aspect.

Heater in room came on about every 30 to 45 minutes and had such loud noise at the time it turned itself off that it was very hard to sleep through the night. Mention it to the front desk the next morning, they simply apologized and said good riddance.

The location was convenient for an event I was going to in the area. There was a decent amount of food nearby. There was an issue with bugs and we got put in another room which makes staying here again off putting but the staff was helpful in getting us a new room in the middle of the night Overall this stay was just okay I think there are better.

Closet door can not be closed fully, no cups in the bathroom. The bathtub overflow cap is barely attached. Room wasn't cleaned for 2nd night and no sign was posted regarding not cleaned unless requested. But ALL the people who works there are really friendly. Same reliable Marriot beds, very comfortable.

Indoor pool is very cold and not heated according to the staff, had to walk to the residency of Marriott for their outdoor pool bc it’s warm. Never again!!

Our stay was plagued with not being informed. We were not informed that house keeping is every other day. We found out 2 days in. We were unable to get towels on an off day house keeping due to another person coming and getting 21 sets of towels/rags.

Staff were very friendly at front desk. Easy check in. Room was clean and overall hotel nicely decorated. Pool was clean. Location is great (restaurants close by)and plenty of free parking. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review is that our key cards were deactivated around 9 am on morning of check out (check out is 12). If we would have left to go to put stuff in the car then we would have been locked out. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back.

The room itself was spacious but nothing special. The bed was hard and lumpy and we both woke up sore from the uncomfortable mattress. The hotel was not terribly far of a walk to the concert area, but you have to cross a very busy multi lane intersection, which was a bit daunting. The staff was incredibly rude. They essentially refused to give us good service because we "booked on expeida." They told us to contact the third party with any issues because they weren't fixing anything. I wish we would have done more homework and stayed in one of the other properties in the area.

The Courtyard was outstanding the look the comfort I really could have stayed a whole week in comfort.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean but the mattress was sunken and concave. I woke up like a shrimp with severe back pain. I never had such a bad sleeping experience before.

Checking in was fine. Room was horrible I had horrible allergic reaction in the room. Eyes watering, dizziness, weak, etc. Called the front desk ask for a room change? The gentleman at the front desk was nice, changed my room. Checkout next day, the female clerk lack empathy

Reported that the A/C wasn't working in the room. Was told that I would get a different room and a discount. Instead the hotel was overbooked so therefore I could move out my room.

The hotel is great. We would stay here again. It is very clean and the staff is great. It is in a convenient location. If I had to say one thing that could be better is that the indoor pool is very cold. We brought the grand babies to go swimming and couldn’t swim for very long. Brrr.

Very convenient location for the north Atlanta area. Rooms are good in size with nice contemporary furniture and convenience around charging plug locations/quantities etc. the Bistro is a good idea, could have a better breakfast selection but the staff was friendly and overall the hotel gave more of an 3.5 star impression compared to other 3 star properties.

I like the location of the hotel because we were attending a concert at a local venue. We had actually stayed here before for the same reason which is why I selected this hotel

The hotel was very nice and everyone was very friendly. However, I got in late and wanted to order from their restaurant and everything I tried to order they were out of.

Was a great stay for a couple of guests I had in town for the weekend. Esay to get to their location with us and quiet and safe. This hotel has been my go-to for booking when I have folks in from out of town to work with or team.

I loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice. The front desk lady was different every day I was there, but each one greeted with a friendly smile. The lobby was so spacious and it was a great area to relax by the bar they had during specific hours. One thing I usually have problems with when in hotels are the beds. Usually the beds are very uncomfortable, but the bed I slept on was amazing. I slept like a baby! Overall, I had a wonderful experience.
