I enjoyed my stay. I had problems with the TV but that probably was a user problem lol

The breakfast setup and personal breakfast service was absolutely awesome! She was so pleasant and helpful about any, and everything under her “breakfast” umbrella!

Shower was too low. If you are tall please don’t consider it. Coffee table was shaky. We couldn’t hardly eat on it. We had to hold it. TV channel lineup was great. HBO included. Bed linens were clean.

Accommodations and customer service were exceptional! Very clean room and dining area with a nice breakfast Ironing board was broken, but it had no negative impact on my stay

The room was clean, the staff are great. Breakfast was ok, could be better. Parking was clean but there was one 2 entrance into the building, if you park out back, u had to walk all the way around.

My stay here was awesome. It wasn't busy at all. Everything was clean. There was plenty of parking spaces available and it was free. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and helpful. My room was very nice and relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed overnight here to break up a very long drive. We had a great stay. The room was amazing, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Clean and excellent customer service. The beds were comfortable house keeping everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the repetitive breakfast not many options if you are staying mire than 2 days the breakfast can become very boring otherwise I would highly recommend

Nice and near our hotel. The only issue I had was the hotel itself sending me an email to tell me they were sold out and needed to confirm my reservation. The card I had on file declined which isn't true because unless you went through Expedia you do not have my card. So I assumed it was spam since so many are now. I show up and they have cancelled my reservation! I did get it back because it was 2 mins before I walked through the door and I showed up early. I just think it's weird to cancel a reservation when I have the room reserved. Yes I am pay at the property but it just feels weird to cancel it 30 mins before I show up for check in. Other than that, the front desk lady was friendly after I asked for my room back. Just think the hotel needs better business practice. Breakfast was fine. Beds were nice. Sofa bed is not great but it's a sofa bed.

The Exercise Room was clean, accessible with hydration station and cleanliness items to use!

Conveniently located to the interstate. The property and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and the room was well stocked with everything one should need such as iron and board, microwave, hair dryer, and soaps, shampoo,and conditioner. Hot breakfast was also very enjoyable. Overall 5 stars. I personally will be coming back to the area in a couple months and plan to stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a 3 night stay at the City Express. It was my first time at this Marriott brand and it will hopefully be my last. When we first walked in my nose was assaulted by cleaning chemicals. The staff at the front desk was friendly enough. The rooms didn’t have any coffee makers or even cups to drink water. We were told that they had been removed. In order to get coffee first thing, we either had to wait until breakfast opened or go to the lobby where there was one pot. Oddly, there are no towel bars in the bathroom. Breakfast did offer hot options, but didn’t have much of a selection overall. If you want a cheap hotel for a quick overnight, this is ok, but I personally won’t choose it again.

Everything was clean and tidy at the start of my stay; however, on my final day—before heading out with friends—I asked the receptionist to have my room cleaned and the bed sheets changed. Yet, when I returned late that night after being out all day, everything remained exactly as it was; nothing had been cleaned at all—not even the bathroom.

The staff barged into the room without knocking on the door. Completely unacceptable and I had thought about suing the hotel for breach of privacy

Issues are resolved within minutes, often before you even have to ask twice. After trying several nearby hotels at similar or higher price points, I keep coming back—for one simple reason: this place genuinely moves people. I will absolutely return.

Everyone at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is very clean and tidy all throughout the property. ABBY at the front desk is amazing!

The hallway smelled bad. It is laminated floor and I can hear footsteps from the people in the room above us.

The room was spacious. Allowed us to bring our bikes in and out and room.

Convenient to location of cheer competition. I asked for early check in received message approving early check in but was not allowed to check in early. Front desk person was very rude. I asked him I can’t check in early but you have a homeless person sitting in the e lobby. She was there from the time I checked in until the time I left. The heat did not work and snow and I out. The unit was so loud had to have a mechanic come out to fix it. The breakfast was not edible I had to purchase breakfast from the McDonald’s nearby.

Our stay at City Express was delightful! The room was soooo comfortable and very clean and neat! The beds were very nice and comfy. The stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed it a lot! Also, the staff was very kind and curteous. We will be looking forward to our next business trip where we can stay at City Express. Great value for the money!

Facilities were clean and updated, but the accommodations were missing some basic amenities. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no ice machine on my entire. floor. There was no info booklet explaining where the ices machines were, no channel guide for the tv, no notice that there was no coffee maker. Good room rate, but accommodations are very basic.

Very nice. Price was reasonable, unlike some others that are waay overpriced for what you get just to sleep in a bed for a few hours!! The room smelled like someone spilled a bottle of perfume! Headache inducing. Decided it might actually have been a very strong use of Dryer sheets or detergent. It really was overwhelming!

Loud guests in the hall between 12a to 3a, kept me awake.

Water from shower had a hard time draining. This should be an easy fix.

Extremely clean! Staff were helpful and supportive! Dog friendly and breakfast was a great touch! In the back of the hotel there were people living out of their cars and they stayed in the back property by the dog walking area: they left but came back.

The room was average, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was horrible, and the front desk person I couldn’t find for about 10 minutes. Then I was argued with until she found my reservations. I will probably not stay here again.

The room is a good size and the beds were comfortable. Initially I accidentally booked for Thursday through Saturday for myself and my children, meaning to book from Friday to Sunday after speaking with the the hotel they said I had to contact Booking.com to get it changed. I did so and Booking gave me a new confirmation number the hotel did not recognize that and was trying to charge me an additional day. I spoke with management at the hotel and it seemed to be resolved however now after we have checked out they are trying to charge me full amount for one nights stay. I think it is very poor business practices in order to try to charge somebody after they check out once the booking confirmation had already been changed I would never stay at City Express again. Now I will have to try to have this matter sorted out what an inconvenience.

There was a disturbance on my floor. Some domestic dispute that had cops involved. I was woken up so early I was afraid to go down for the free breakfast included with my stay. Other than this, the room was clean, and the area is close to many things to do in town.

Have stayed here a bunch under a different brand. Thought it was clean and new then. Somehow the new brand figured out a way to make it even better. Only issues were the TV was plugged into an outlet controlled by the main light switch (front desk helped me move it to a different outlet!) and the only hot breakfast each day was 2 types of pre-made omelet. But those are minor issues. Absolutely will try to stay here for Petit Le Mans next year.

The Marriott is in a really bad state. The bathroom soap dispenser is broken, the lighting is terrible, and I couldn’t even do my makeup. The towels smell awful. At night, people were slamming the doors, and in the early morning, the workers were talking so loudly that I couldn’t get any sleep.

Overall the property was clean and very nice. Bed was a little stiff for my liking and the shower is only hidden by a curtain. Which is fine for husband/wife… but if staying with people who want some personal boundaries, something to be aware of.

We booked 2 room via Expedia and when we arrive at the property to check in, the staff was not welcoming and didn’t want to greet us. We booked 2 room and she only let us check into 1 room and did not care when I showed her my reservation for 2 room and she did not want to help us solve the issue. She said she can’t help us and basically left us and 3 kids without a room. We had to contact Expedia ourself and turns out they over booked and did not have a room for us while we had already paid for it. Rather then telling us that they over booked she acted like it was our fault and she didn’t know the reason why the second room didn’t show up. Completely rude and dgaf about where we were gonna stay for the night and never apologized. Terrible and don’t stay here.

Be careful with this hotel. Check your credit card for unauthorized charges after you check out. They charged my card without any notice. Called the hotel and they could not provide any explanation for the charge and refused to issue a refund. Not sure how they can stay in the business by stealing from customers. Stay away from them!

Dirty rooms, very noisy and they charged my card 3 times for items I didn't purchase. They also don't have coffee in the rooms and don't have it available until 6:30. The staff is completely rude and not helpful. This was a terrible place to stay.

The stay was nice, the rooms were great! I didn’t like the lobby smell. And the neighbors were too loud with people running and yelling in the hallways every hour. That was the only cons of staying here. Overall, great!

Good clean rooms and nice staff. Quiet and safe area. A lot diverse restaurants nearby. The only negatives were the pool was closed and not many options for breakfast. Overall good value/quality for what you pay.

Clean rooms/buildingand nice showers but highly disappointed with the breakfast options and the fact the pool was not operable. Next time would save $30 and stay next door and spend the 30 on breakfast out.

The place is new and clean.

For the price its worth it, Good thing is Room and premises are clean. But very limited options in the break fast. EV charging is expensive. Some staff are little rude, could have been better. Area is convenient and close to most restaurants and convention center.

The property was very clean but the breakfast was not good. There was no toast/bagels, waffle or pancake maker. It was scrambled eggs, some type of meat, yogurt, cereal, or muffins only.

Good value for the price.

I was very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I even enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was a huge disappointment

I appreciated the staff quickly giving a different room once we realized we were on the “party floor” We drove an hour and a half to stay here to prepare for a very crucial exam that my daughter has to take to earn a college credit tomorrow morning.

The bed was awful. No USB plugs in the room. The A/c made horrible loud noises. The walls were thin, hear everything. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Made complaint on A/c repairman came but did not fix problem😩

Great clean hotel near the convention center. Loved the overall vibe of the rooms. Breakfast offerings were inconsistent. We stayed two days. One day had only a few items out, but the next day was much better and included a variety of hot options. It may have just been an accidental hiccup during our stay. No real complaints!

Outdated property. Good location.

Close to arena for concert and convenient location. Highly recommend and will return for other venues.

We have been using this hotel for the past 4 years when visiting Family. A 50$ pet fee was very disappointing and the breakfast was also !

I like that it was nice and clean

There was a child above us that ran around stomping and jumping the whole time me and my wife was there. Finally at 2 am I called to the front desk and they called the room but three hours later the child was up doing it again. We was so frustrated that we got dressed and drove home sleepy because we couldn't get any rest. I told the front desk and the manager is supposed to contact me but I haven't heard anything yet! It is unfair because I wasted my money

Everything with the hotel was very nice. Typically and easy to get around. I will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The hotel is great. It was very clean and everything was good quality. My only complaint is that there was an old cigarette smoke smell in the room.

Room was comfy, but the internet service was horrible (worst I have ever experienced). This is something everyone relies on to function, and to have the be a complete failure is not acceptable.

Close to everything

Marriott beds and towels - clean. Cleaning staff couldn't seem to get out the way of guests - but not a huge issue. Also, only 1 elevator which slowed things down. But overall a great experience.

Just way to noisy in our room, Icemaker, elivator, & maids work area right next o our room & no one seems to have teh courtesy in at least attemping to be a little quite, especially late into the day.

It was a great place to stay. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was a little light but enough to hold me over till lunch. Prices for snacks and drinks too high… $4.00 for a Pepsi… so bring your own 😂. Other than that it’s a good place to stay

Friendly staff and quiet. Enjoyed the breakfast and location of nearby restaurants and shopping.

The best thing about the stay is a late checkout. If you sign up for their free Marriott rewards program you are able to request a late checkout. For that reason I would stay again.

Great value

The room was neat and spacious. There was no spa available (despite that amenity being shown on the ad for the hotel). The breakfast was okay (not much options to choose from). The staff however were very courteous. We had a good experience, and could visit again.

The soundproofing was not so good. Overall, It seems like this hotel is a pretty decent hotel for the price.

Good hotel for a good price. A little small but if you just need a place to sleep it’s great. Modern and clean. Don’t let the outside fool you. It’s really a Marriott and very comfortable inside.

Place was clean and quiet, staff was helpful when needed. The room (2 queen beds) was comfortable, however, the bathroom needed some upgrades, the door didn't lock properly. Other than that, everything was good for what I paid.

Quick stay for a gymnastics meet. Hotel was super clean, quiet, and the staff was great. Hotel also appears to be recently updated with nice upgrades.

Rooms had been recently renovated and it was very well done. Can tell it’s an older hotel by the hallways and elevator but the rooms and lobby felt brand new. Great experience for a quick one night stay with 2 kids.
