— if you’re using public transit, the hotel provides a free shuttle to Dulles Airport but not to Reagan International. If you’re landing at Reagan, you can take the blue Metro line from Reagon to Rosslyn Station, then the Silver line to Dulles station; the airport shuttle to the hotel is outside Baggage on the arrivals level. — There are two restaurants at the hotel. O’Malley’s Pub is midrange and offers good pub foods, while Chantilly’s offers a reasonable breakfast buffet. — The pool and whirlpool areas are bigger than most hotels of this class. There is a changing room area adjacent, with locker storage. — The rooms were comfortable, and hot water was not a problem. Wifi was free, but you do need to login on a daily basis.

The state of the hotel and availability of shuttle made it a good choice: there was however no complementary bottle of water to drink upon check in. The latter should be provided.

The staff at the desk told us our room was straight down a hallway. We parked, and found the room was down a completely different hall. One of our company is mobility impaired, and the extra walk was difficult. Unacceptable.

Dated and stained. Lots of wear and tear on the inside of rooms. Carpeting buckles and is stained and smells like it has been around for 10+ years. Lounge chair in room is stained and worn. Curtains and windows are smoggy and stained and wrinkled and torn. Feels like a hotel from the 80’s.

My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service — that is gaslighting a paying guest. To top it off, the hotel charges $5 to store a single piece of luggage. Really? There is a card in the lobby proudly declaring “8 is the new 0.” The service I received does not come close to honoring that promise. They should take a hard look at what’s happening at this property.

We stayed there for two nights recently. Staff were very friendly and helpful but a bit overwhelmed as the hotel was sold out. Coffee in the lobby is terrible and often not hot. Coffee in the breakfast area is much better. My main complaint is with the water and water pressure. I could barely take a shower. It was like dribbling out and when I addressed it with the front desk staff he made a note of it and said sorry that was it. Just very disappointed I couldn’t get a shower in before a business meeting.

HVAC didn’t work well - couldn’t select hot/cold setting, and toilet flushes were very loud.

We booked a long bed, but they didn’t have any and changed us to 2 queens although they didn’t give us drinks and breakfast. Lots of school children for dc trip and was very crowded walking through the halls at certain points, luckily they were quiet at night. Pool hours were really bad (only open 5-9pm Monday - Thursday) and the hot tub was out of order. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean. The area was quiet. The elevator had been out of commission and was STILL not working on the day we checked out. (We were there for 7 days, never saw anyone working on it) Being on the second floor was literally painful. No offers of help with the luggage when we checked in, although there was a sign stating that we could ask for help. They were short-staffed with only one lady at the front desk, certainly not going to ask her to drag the luggage up two flights of stairs. No rooms available on the ground floor.

The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those.

Honestly we are good. But i would suggest that as soon as the client comes the counter must do the orientation like the following 1. You can get your water free first time. 2. Incase the client made a mistake of booking , she should book the client right away. Dont direct the client where they booked. Its not what i didnt like.Obcourse you guys are on the bussiness.

It’s an airport hotel that offered no coffee in the morning. The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about where to even get any, they had a coffee station, they chose to just not make any coffee.

The parking lot was left unclean after the snow, and as an essential worker, I could not miss work. My vehicle was stuck, so I approached the front desk to ask if maintenance had shovels or tools I could use to free my car. The front desk staff was rude and clearly needs to learn some manners.

The room was ready and clean. The front desk receptionist was lovely and helpful. The room was assessable and and inviting. I cannot think of anything.

The shuttle bus could have dropped us at departure gate instead of arrivals. Traveling with someone with a disability they had to walk further

The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. We did use the indoor heated pool which is great to swim in after a long day of traveling. The lighting in the room could use brightening. I think LED lights that are 300 lumens in the lamps by the bed would help. The tub floor in the shower could use some type of grips. I notice a bit of slipping when soap or shampoo when stepped on.

The hotel is top notch. Love the room decor. Spotless. Love having two restaurants to choose from. Love that the breakfast buffet begins at six but my only complaint was that the food wasn’t warm enough and there needs to be more drink options. I also don’t think it was worth $15. Other than that it was a great stay. I love the little reading lights over the bed, too.

We checked in around 11pm and checked out around 7am. We had a long day of traveling and had just gotten in to IAD. A clean room, a comfy bed, and a good shower were the requirements, and we got all three. Perfect airport hotel as far as I'm concerned.

Had to stay another night when our flight changed, and I was pleased again. There’s a really wonderful church about 5 min drive away if you also find yourself here on a Sunday… 3C Church.

We stayed three nights. It was clean and comfortable. There is an indoor pool which the grandchildren loved spending the afternoon with us. There are two restaurants attached to the hotel which made it nice not having to drive anywhere. It was perfect for us.

Old but well-maintained. The rooms are super convenient to the parking yet all have interior entrances. The staff is very friendly. This has become my go-to place that does not break the bank.

The hotel lost power in parts of the hotel & we were left without air, lights, & hot water! I asked if I could be moved to another room where the refrigerator worked because my husband is diabetic & medication requires refrigeration, & I was told there was nothing they could do! No refund nor partial refund was offered, they gave us free breakfast, but that was already included with our stay! I was very disappointed!

This is a tremendous hotel for anyone who has to go to Dulles Airport. The restaurant O’Malley’s is really good. Everybody is very friendly. The shuttle service to and from the airport is amazing. And I loved the comfortable beds and great showers with the soaps mounted on the walls. Very, very excellent value. Can’t thank the staff here enough!!!

The renovation was a facade but well done for the lobby. I loved the room, the different lighting, the decor, enough clean towels for two people. Air flow was good. The pub had good food. However the gap at the bottom of the door in the rm, too wide. Didnt like that they had elite parking if you bought into it.

Front desk moved us asap and was able to place us on the second floor. This hotel is close to Dulles but the price tag of $199.00 should of been better.

Bathtub stopped was completely missing. Not every outlet works (bathroom ones didn’t). We stayed two seperate nights before a flight in and out of Dulles so it was not a one time issue. I would 💯 recommend staying elsewhere as there’s a ton of better hotels for the same price.

My one issue was the heating / cooling unit, which went on and off all night. I tried to turn it completely off, but no luck, so it woke me up repeatedly. This is a personal thing for me as, unlike many, I hate white noise when I’m trying to sleep. I didn’t spend any time exploring the various amenities like the pool, since I was in late and out very early. Shuttle service was great. It runs at all hours and only a short ride to the airport. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again.

The hotel was nice for the price. It was a last minute booking to meet with family. Location was convenient to airport and parking was free. Had to drive 2 stations to catch the Metro into DC. Closest station did not have vehicle parking available. Would stay again.

Refrigerator froze all my things on the lowest setting. So unusable.

Possible Cons: there are only two floors, so if you prefer a high floor, that isn't a possibility here. And there is no small makeup mirror, if that's something you need. The area isn't particularly walkable and there isn't anything nearby you can get to on foot. Overall: This is a great pick for a short term stay close to Dulles Airport.

I/we stay here (and use long-term parking) every time we fly overseas. Convenient/frequent shuttle service to/from IAD and an onsite restaurant is a huge advantage for those returning from lengthy travels (we only have to stumble back to our room after dinner rather than drive when we’re super-tired).

We felt room itself was a little dated. Toilet was low and not "comfort level type. Being older only 1 grab bars in tub making entering and exiting difficult for us. Desk area had no plugs at desk top level making it a non working area. Again, staff nice, lobby fine cleanliness fine just needs a little updating in our opinion.

Had a looney tune in the room next to me who yelled from 1130 at nigh until 6 in the morning. Every time my girlfriend called the front desk they got an attitude with her. I eventually asked for another room and got an attitude about that. Staff is not friendly.

Place is ok for couple of days. AC was making lot of noise. Not good for light sleepers. Also the flush in bathroom would make loud noise.Bedding linen seems very old, not good on sensitive skin. If ok with above then worth the money.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because: the hot tub closed at 9. I arrived 8:50 pm so I was bummed. Also it’s 12 minutes from the airport so close but not right next to it (I know that wouldn’t work logistically). The airport shuttles fill up fast in the am. Because it’s a hotel where the majority of guests are in transit, you hear people in the halls at all hours. Super late and SUPER early.

The staff were very friendly! I expected a little more cleanliness and a more modern room. It felt very old and outdated. There was a long hair on one of the clean hand towels. I was kind of grossed out but too tired from an international flight to do anything about it.

Parking lot was more full than expected, but still very doable.

Check in was smooth & efficient & the guy on reception was friendly & very helpful. The bed was very comfy, the room clean & the water pressure was excellent. The shuttle bus provided an excellent service. Some bottled water in the room would have been appreciated. The downside was the heater/air conditioning unit in the room. It was like sleeping next to aircraft engines the entire night until around 5am when it suddenly went quiet or else by that time the exhaustion had finally kicked in. I also couldn’t find a switch to turn off the strip lighting above the bed despite ringing reception to ask, I did find a bunch of wires but no switch. I resorted to covering the light with towels to try & darken the room. As a night shift worker & the mother of 4 I can say without hesitation it was the worst nights sleep ever. As a single, tired female traveller I didn’t feel comfortable going to reception in the early hours to swap rooms. I choose to stay with a friend in DC my 2nd night before returning to check out.
