Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness, spaciousness, and comfort of the rooms at this hotel. The breakfast and bar are also frequently praised. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the parking situation, including a $10 parking fee, and some have experienced issues with the service and amenities.
- Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms
- Good breakfast and bar
- Parking issues, including a $10 fee
- Inconsistent service and amenities

My only problem when arrive it wasn’t the room I purchased asked for 2 queen got 1 bed had to share with stranger I had one child so it left me having an uncomfortable time. I was left standing at desk while they waited on other customers was not a good feeling.
- 3/5
It was decent.
- 4/5
The cleaners banged on my door on the first day at 9 am and the last day at 9 am but never touched my room the other 4 days…
- 5/5
I shall come back . A very comfortable hotel and room. Delicious breakfast. Great location .
- 5/5
My family stayed for one night in june and the evening staff were very friendly and helpful to check us in. My kids enjoyed the pool as it was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the omlet was very good. Will come back again in the future
- 5/5
Close to shopping and restaurants, nice lobby and delicious breakfast. Rooms were large and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

Además de hermoso el hotel y cómodo fácil acceso amplio parqueo todas las personas que allí trabajan son muy profesionales y muy amables súper limpia la habitación me sentí como en mi casa gracias

Ease of use!! N/A
- 5/5
Only complaint was that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone when I tried calling about getting connecting rooms.
- 4/5
Large room with separate sitting area. Included breakfast. Not enough parking. Cam back at 11pm and lot was completely filled. Not enough trash cans in the room. The only one was in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Good size room The room had ants, and we didn’t bring any food into the room.
- 5/5
I loved the manager snacks and the happy hour! I was able to relax and enjoy the trip!
- 4/5
Room was clean, breakfast was better than average

The Buffett food could be warmer. Maybe, a microwave in the area would be great.
- 4/5
Excellent Elevators not working properly
- 5/5
Breakfast was appealing, tasty and a variety of choices. The hotel was modern, clean, and very accommodating.
- 3/5
I reserved a king room. They changed me to a queen without notice.
- 4/5
Also, only one elevator was working the entire weekend. There was no body wash or shower gel in bathroom either only shampoo.
- 5/5
Clean room and breakfast was good
- 0.5/5
Location is close to restaurants and stores. It’s nothing like the photos. Also there is no “Premium king suite” so I paid for an upgrade and I received a standard and older king room with no upgrades, no toiletries, no mini bar snacks or drinks. The television in the “living area” didn’t work, the lamps didn’t turn on, the bathroom& living area had an overall wet dog smell that made me gag even after dousing it with perfume. There was no shower like the photo, it was a handicap roll in one.
- 1/5
When I checked in they did not have a two bed room. When I checked out they charged me the wrong price for my room. They upgraded me because of the mistake checking in but the room only had one bed. I thought I checked in with Embassy Suites. The front desk did not know what to do with the confusion of Expedia. I only stayed one night. What a mess. The breafast was basic for the price of the room.
- 1/5
Was not allowed to check in. Staff claims 10-15 rooms were affected by a/c not working and were not honoring our reservation. They moved us to another hotel 15 min away, without notifying us or contacting us prior. Should it not be our choice? I personally don’t care about a/c as it wasn’t overly hot. I have a feeling the a/c was not the real issue. There was a very large wedding going on and my guess is they needed the extra rooms. A/C was working just fine in the rest of the hotel. I travel often and with this interaction I most likely will not choose this hotel chain again.
- 4/5
The Manager's Happy Hour was different than I had experienced in the past. They counted your beverages and upgrades to the bar menu different than before. They only served Bud and Bud Light, you had to pay for anything else. In the past Embassy Suites would offer at least 2 types of beer. Also the Happy Hour snacks were not heavy Hors d'oeuvres, only chips and dip. The hotel did not offer shuttle service to either the Dulles Airport or the nearest Metro Station, which was an inconvenience.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! The staff was so friendly and the hotel was clean even with the constant flow of people! I loved the manager’s snacks and the breakfasts.
- 4/5
The day staff was exceptionally helpful when we checked out. The afternoon /evening staff, the day we checked in, not so much.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
I liked being greeted when I came through the door. I liked the room and it looked modern and fresh. I liked the evening reception and breakfast. The bartender was rude and nasty.
- 5/5
Amenities were awesome - staff and location perfect
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
a home away fro. home!
- 3/5
The breakfast was great! The layout of the hotel I enjoyed. It was nice to open the door and see the courtyard. The staff was friendly. I didn't like that only one elevator worked and It closed fast on you when entering. The phones did not work to call the front desk and there were no phone numbers.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
The rooms were very clean. No intrraction with staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Amazing room made me feel like I was in my home office, with great manager’s snacks and drinks nightly! Will definitely visit again!
- 3/5
Normally we really enjoy staying with Embassy Suites. This time we were underwhelmed. Bar & drinks were okay. The food, was just okay and definitely lacked care and love. My yogurt was warm. And their was hair on the tub. The cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 10 something, when check out initially was 12, but we did a late check out @ 1. Luckily we were just about to hit the jacuzzi and to her defense we forgot to put our sleeping in sign on the door. Our stay in Jacksonville, was delightful. This one not so much.
- 4/5
Facility was great as all Embassy Suites are. I wish the second elevator had worked which would have cut down on waiting to get to and from room.
- 5/5
The hotel was very convenient to Inova Loudoun Hospital where I was having outpatient surgery. Having a good breakfast each day at the hotel was convenient because we didn't have a car. My niece liked being able to enjoy a cocktail each evening and coffee was always available. Beds were a little to firm with little fours. They would benefit from a foam topper on the mattress for a more restful sleep.
- 5/5
Everything was great, staff etc
- 4/5
Nice, clean and beautiful Nice, clean and beautiful
- 5/5
Room Staff and Property were amazing. The only dislike is there was 1 working elevator.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4.5/5
Suite size and amenities, happy hour The happy hour should be monitored. People were grabbing food items with their hands instead of the utensils. During breakfast, someone was walking around barefoot.
- 5/5
Great stay for a little getaway. Very clean facility, wonderful amenities as well. The onsite bar is wonderful and service was great. It was a super cold day so we didn't venture away too far but there are great things to do nearby and loved the Pelotons that were in the workout room.
- 5/5
Beautiful room
- 5/5
The atmosphere i like the openness of the layout.Breakfast was good as well
- 5/5
Everything was great. Nice quiet place to rest

- 4/5
Complementary breakfast and happy hour are nice amenities.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good and food was plentiful. Dinner options were very limited but there are restaurants nearby and the bar in the hotel was well stocked and prices were reasonable.
- 5/5
Huge rooms!! Comfy beds. Loved the smart TV’s. The entire hotel was very clean & the staff was really nice too. It took a bit of time to get thru the breakfast line bc they only had 1 person making the food but the selection of food was great. The pool area could have been a bit more clean. The tile in the spa and pool looked like it needed a good cleaning. Will def be back!
- 5/5
Just perfect.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The high rise building was the clincher for me, The elevator overlooking the reception area was breathtaking The house keepers knocking your door @9:00am when check out is 11?
- 5/5
Room was great
- 5/5
It's a buffet, but they offer a custom cook option with is nice.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Staff attentive
- 5/5
My family and I really loved ! Thank you very much for everything !
- 5/5
The cleanliness, amenities, and location were excellent. The room was truly spacious. We definitely appreciated the happy hour 2 free alcoholic beverages and free snacks! We were also pleased that the free breakfast included a made to order egg selection, including your philly cheese steak omelette. What a treat! It was also wonderful that there is a jacuzzi and indoor pool to enjoy during our winter visit. This was our 2nd stay here. Our only complaints were that free parking was not included and no bible was in our room. Otherwise, we’d be encouraged to return and recommend this hotel to everyone we know!!! Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable!!!
- 5/5
Thanks!
- 5/5
Beds are clean and comfortable. Towels are soft and lush. The complimentary evening happy hour includes a few cocktails, wine and cheese. The buffet breakfast also includes made to order omelets! Makes it an affordable, economically sound choice. This is our favorite hotel in northern Virginia. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Excellent in every way. There is no shuttle to the airport though.
- 5/5
The breakfast very satisfying. Great! Nothing
- 1/5
Charge me 15 dollars for parking
- 4/5
New AC system, fan option is only auto (no fan on option)
- 3/5
The room was very clean and nice however the associate at the from was rude and sat at the bar talking to the bartender instead of paying attention to the desk. She had us wait a while before we were even acknowledged.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Clean room
- 5/5
Always a great experience and your staff is the best! Thank you for an excellent holiday stay!
- 5/5
The breakfast was so nice, especially the folks who cooked the omelets! They were so good! Loved the options available to meet everyone's tastes. The room was very comfortable and provided more clean towels and washcloths for our 2nd night. Thank you! We are greatly pleased and will definitely stay again when we return to the area next year. Have a blessed Christmas and New Year!
- 5/5
This is just as solid a hotel choice as you can make in the area. We loved it for what it was. Comfortable, spacious, friendly staff, quiet, convenient, and accommodating of our needs for a base for our stay in Virginia. We had family stay at a major resort nearby, as there was a wedding we were attending nearby. We felt like the smart ones that stayed here instead of being held hostage at a remote resort. Nothing was bad about this place for us. The free buffet may not have been the best food ever, but it was fine and matches my experience with other free buffets.
- 5/5
Yes…great experience.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
Good experience except my room was never cleaned after i got there neither was i given new towels and wash cloths
- 4/5
Suite style layout is perfect for families on the go.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
The only concern I have is that house keeping left our door open one day. Nothing was taken. They just need to be careful. Oh and it seemed like toilet paper was a hit commodity. We had to ask twice before they finally provided some. House keeping did not have any on hand.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the cleanliness and safety.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!
- 5/5
We love this hotel! It’s clean, has an excellent happy hour and breakfast. Best in town!!
- 4/5
Overall, very pleasant.
- 4/5
The television did not work in the bedroom
- 1/5
Did not realize I cannot get hotel points when purchasing through Expedia. This is baloney and I will choose another hotel from now on and not use Expedia.
- 5/5
We stayed here for a softball tournament and it has been one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far. The rooms are all open to the lobby, which is great for all the kids to hang out but adults to still see them. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The bar had free, happy hour and snacks and a breakfast, especially the omelette bar was delicious.
- 5/5
Convenient location to attend our events
- 4/5
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the open concept design you can hear people talking at the bar from your room until the early hours of the morning. It’s even louder on weekends when the bar and lobby are busier. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.
- 5/5
Strongly recommend
- 5/5
Very clean room. Very safe and beautifully built.
- 3/5
Staff was inattentive at the breakfast bar. The food was not very good.
- 3/5
Bottom line.....honor the posted prices or take the large poster showing discounted pricing down. Secondly, servicing of our Presidential Suite was minimal, we had to ask for clean towels one day, and did not have toilet paper resuplied on 2 days. On a positive note, the made to order breakfast was up to Embassy Suite standards,
- 5/5
However, this area may be adjacent to the hotel property and out of their control.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious with separate sitting room area. Great water pressure and good breakfast. Wish there was free parking, that was the only con.
- 5/5
Very nice, thanks!!
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and always family friendly
- 4/5
Great room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good value for the money in NoVA.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
I had reserved a room with a king bed; however, when my wife got to our room, we had 2 double beds. We were told by the staff that there were no King beds available. We would have preferred to have the double bed that we paid for.
- 3/5
Not a friendly check in, dirty towels, dirty showers
- 5/5
Great hotel overall
- 3/5
The front desk lady was very inconvenient. She shouted at me and behaved very badly while I was asking for my right. Customers should be treated accordingly even if customers are not convenient. I met a better person on the front desk when I check out.
- 5/5
Room was clean, no issues. Breakfast offered a good variety. Big open space downstairs with lots of seating was great for visiting.
- 4/5
Loved the rooms and hotel itself. Unfortunately there were not enough staff working last weekend. There was only one bartender working during the Happy Hour and there was a line of 27 people. The morning breakfast buffet was good however there was only one person at the omelette station and had to wait 30 minutes. Unfortunately the there was no warning that breakfast was ending while we were in line and missed out on the rest of the food.
- 4/5
Hard to find from airport. Couldn’t find restaurants in the area.
- 4/5
Quiet and parking.
- 5/5
Took a long time to get food but it was good
- 5/5
Very clean, nice hotel! Staff were kind and efficient!!
- 5/5
Stay was awesome! Drawback is parking fee. Felt mercenary.
- 5/5
The room was Great! The bar good and on premises. Restaurant and the breakfast, Great! Overall 4 star
- 3/5
The idea of paying 30 dollars for parking in an open lot in Ashburn Va is crazy to me.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel would stay again
- 2/5
Some of the housekeeping staff seemed rude. Hardly visited room and did not fully clean when they did. Felt like they were ignoring my room or did not visit when I needed them. Front staff was nice but I did not appreciate being overcharged for parking. Expedia told me $12 per night but the hotel charged me $15 per night. Room was also mislabeled. I ordered a King Bed suite and got two double beds instead. Absolutely unacceptable amount of errors for such high prices.
- 2/5
In regards to parking, it is not $12/night but it is $15/night. On top of this, make sure the hotel charges you for parking per car and not per room. We had two rooms booked as a family trip but only one car, and they charged us parking fees as if we had two cars.
- 5/5
It was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful and clean. Very close and convenient to Dulles with plenty of food options nearby. The only disappointing part was having no sheets and blankets for the pull out couch upon arrival and only 2 bath towels with no washcloths for a room made for 6 people. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The rooms were amazing and very big. Seperate living area from the bedroom, nice big restroom, and the hreakfast buffet with omelett station were so good, not your typical hotel breakfast.
- 4/5
Staff did not ask if we were Hilton Honors Members and our WiFi did not work during our stay.
- 3/5
No Tv in room. Replacement room had a needle wrapper
- 3/5
It’s nice location, has pool and breakfast was delicious. But when it’s come to clean room they have huge problem. Cleaning person just come, take everything, I mean everything, toilet paper soap, towels on rack, what can be used, but nothing can be replaced. We came in room and couldn’t wash hands. Stuff always says, that they will take care of it and half of the time you will ask few times till you will get something but not everything what you need. With kids this is a huge minuses.
- 3/5
I recently stayed at this hotel. The facilities were clean and the room was comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the check-in experience was not entirely pleasant. The receptionist who assisted me was not very friendly, which made the welcome feel cold and distant. I believe a more courteous attitude would make a big difference in the guest experience.
- 4/5
Parking is not free at this hotel. Expedia states that the daily parking is $12 per day however it is $15 per day. Nonetheless, the property does offer a complimentary breakfast (which was good) and a daily happy hour (which includes two complimentary drinks per guest). The pool and gym are shared with guests from adjoining hotel. Otherwise, the property was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean.
- 3/5
The breakfast was underwhelming—it was the exact same every day with no variety, and there wasn’t even any bacon offered. It really felt like they put no effort into changing things up for guests staying multiple days. The evening reception, which used to be such a nice perk, has become pretty much unbearable. It’s clear the quality has gone downhill. Overall, this was not the best Embassy experience I’ve had. For the price, I expected much better.
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean hotel with good food and beverage service available. The hotel was also very quiet even though there were quite a few guests when we stayed. We will definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location. Really enjoyed our stay there (family of 4 with a dog)
- 4/5
Another hotel lost our reservation and did nothing to help and this hotel gave us a great and very practical room for us and were extremely helpful overall
- 5/5
The AC was too loud and didn’t cool fast enough. I am nitpicking here. Overall I am extremely satisfied.
- 5/5
Family friendly
- 2/5
When we arrived the person at the desk seemed high and unable to comprehend what I was saying. She put us in the wrong room without telling us and only after we realized it did she inform me that they didn’t have our room available anymore. Additionally I asked about putting the security deposit on another card and splitting the payment that way and was almost charged an extra $50. No apologies were given and the room was not even cleaned properly.
- 5/5
I liked that the room was clean. It was in a safe area and the breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Room could’ve been cleaner
- 5/5
Great location in Ashburn. Easy to get around
- 3/5
They now charge for parking which bad.
- 5/5
Nicely renovated. Maintained and clean
- 2/5
This particular stay was a huge disappointment. It did not feel like we were staying at an Embassy Suits, but maybe an old Motel 6. We opened the pull out bed and there were no sheets or pillowcases. I called the front desk. They told me I can come down in a few minutes to pick them up myself. I went and got them, but there were no pillowcases. We left to go out in the morning the next day. We returned later in the afternoon and our room was never cleaned. The room had a funky smell to begin with. The fridge was dirty, and so was the bathroom. I wouldn't be complaining had they not charged me $300 per night. We had friends staying at other hotels in the area for half the price and a better room...
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean.
- 4/5
Very clean rooms . Staff was great. At check out was charged for parking. I was not told about a fee for parking upon checking in. Only found out when checked out and 24.00 charge for parking.
- 5/5
The stay was very nice. The staff was very helpful and we loved that they were accommodating for our pet.We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay
- 5/5
Very clean! Would stay again
- 5/5
The property was clean and parking was convenient.
- 5/5
Excellent!!!
- 5/5
Very nice and contemporary hotel with excellent customer service and amenities. Given the price point, definitely would stay there again.
- 2/5
All this for $176 per night. Never again!
- 4/5
The room was great… comfy sheets and quiet heating/air conditioning system. We were disappointed about how the “manager’s reception” has deteriorated over the years. You are now limited to two crap beers or two 1/2 glasses of wine. If you want a mixed drink, be prepared to pay a surcharge of $3-$8 , of which the “bartenders” are clueless how to make anyway. The breakfast was really good and they even had eggs! We loved the 12:00 noon check out. The kids got in a swim before we left.
- 4/5
Room is not sound proof and all noise from corridors are you can hear, toilet fan is also like 100 years old
- 5/5
Ida, at the front desk, was very helpful, professional and all with a smile. She helped make our stay enjoyable.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and wonderful stay.
- 1/5
The front desk check in experience is inconsistent at best. I have stayed here several times in the past year. I continue to use this hotel because of it is a convenient location and I appreciate the suite concept that provides the extra room and space. However there are a couple of times now that I have been met with unfriendly surly agents. They are not welcoming, do not make eye contact when speaking with you and look overall irritated with the exchange. It is not what I expect when arriving after 6 hours of driving. It’s just an aggravating experience.
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
This property is great for a quick wknd getaway.
- 4/5
Hotel was recently updated, which was nice.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Free continental breakfast and 2 free drinks during happy hour daily

- 5/5
Welcoming
- 5/5
Location was close to everything we needed. Clean and quiet.
- 4/5
It is a little bit off the beaten path but there were plenty of food options nearby. The happy hour is nice and they have an excellent full service breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Good breakfast and nice to have a restaurant/ bar in the hotel
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Nice comfortable property. Friendly Staff
- 5/5
everything was great.
- 3/5
Breakfast included was a plus did not like how the pool was cold considering it was important to me to take a dip with the kids
- 4/5
I asked for a receipt and she was not aware of expedia customer care number, that's ok not to know the number but she was rude while answering the question. My suggestion is to have the customer care number of all the website from where you get the bookings. Else the hotel was amazing. I love it. Coming again.
- 5/5
I never received my depositi back so I won't be going back. I travel alot and would had I got it back or an explanation as to why I didn't. I did like the place but it's farther and takes longer than I realized to get to most areas I needed to go. I liked the breakfast options and that they have dining just a few steps away. The location was a lil annoying but Ubers come quickly when I decided not to drive. Takes at least thirty mins or longer to get to most places...
- 4/5
Great staff. Quiet and clean.
- 5/5
I travel to the area frequently and this is my go to hotel..
- 5/5
I gave you 5 stars because the staff is the best and the hotel is amazingly especially the Jacuzzi & jetted bathtub. I just think its not right to charge your customers for parking. Include it in the price if need be but paying a separate price is tacky if Im staying there i shouldn't have to pay a Dailey parking rate.
- 4/5
Very nice and comfortable!
- 5/5
This was a great experience, especially the gentleman who checked us in….however, the lady who checked us out when we needed to get back on the road for a long drive, kept saying she was new and could not help us register our reward points for the night. She even went so far as to suggest we drive to another location in order to get the rewards checked. What in the world? She also acted as if I was keeping her from a call that was more important. Finally, she looked up our phone numbers and fixed it—I hope. This was unacceptable behavior for someone at the front desk on so many levels.
- 4/5
Our room phone had no cord so we couldn't reach front desk to tell them we had no geat. It was late and we had our Grands...we slept in swetshirts/pants. When we checked out...I told the clerk...I got (with kinked lip) hmmm sorry, you're all checked out now (very glib). Other than a very cold nights sleep. It was a nice hotel.
- 5/5
I had a great time. I was able to check in early and enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The omelette station was a nice bonus. The room was clean and spacious. I would return.
- 5/5
wouldn't hesitate to use this property again. any time i need to stay around Washington this is my choice. great job
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The room was a good size and worth more than what we paid. I will book again.
- 5/5
We always stay at this Embassy Suites hotel when we visit our son and his family. Front desk employees always polite and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and always smell fresh. Breakfast is great. Bar in the evening is nice. Love the pool early in the morning.
- 4/5
Our stay was very good and the hotel was very clean. Only disappointed in the pool. It was not heated, very cold and my kids wouldn’t swim.
- 5/5
My sisters and I came here for a little staycation to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. The room had ample room, was clean and the decor was nice. Front desk was helpful w any questions we had, breakfast had a decent selection while we were there. They even offered complimentary happy hour. We had a good time!
- 4/5
Nice place
- 3/5
I disliked the set-up of the hotel. It felt strange having a window going out to the hallway. Having the center of the hotel be the “hang out” allowed for noise to travel up to the rooms.
- 5/5
Me and husband really enjoyed our selves
- 5/5
The breakfast was cold this morning and the gravel was runny. Usually the breakfast is much better.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Always an excellent experience.

Hotel is beautiful
- 5/5
Was nice to enjoy breakfast buffet, snack time and interior pool …
- 2/5
Hairs in the shower, horrible pillows, rooms ac seamed broken, couldnt get towels for the pool. Asked for extra sheets for pullout, waited 1 hour and a half had to go back down because there was no phone on the room.. and waited another 30 min to be bought sheets.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean , will stay again!!!
- 5/5
Modern, updated hotel. Free breakfast was amazing!! Sorry we missed the cocktail hour!! Definitely recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again while visiting family near by.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Newly remodeled which looked great. The pool and workout area was fantastic. Would highly recommend to others!
- 4/5
One hiccup, on the way to a meeting I stopped by and requested a late check out. My husband returned 30 min later to find our room being cleaned as though we’d checked out, this was at 9:30 am. I think the desk agent must have marked we checked out rather than a late check out as he agreed was fine. Definitely wasn’t a good end to our stay finding our belongings on the floor and our door wide open. Otherwise very nice room and property.
- 4/5
Great property with lots of travel options. Relaxing atmosphere. Only suggestive comment is that the rooms surround the beautiful atrium level below, which includes a bar Therefore, there should be a cut-off time where customers can party. During my stay, the party went on until 4 AM, which didn't allow for great sleeping conditions for someone who arrived exhausted.

Need to stop charging for parking. There is no Garage and no Valet.

I love it

Recently refurbished, great rooms and good condition. Bathrooms in good condition.

Hot breakfast, although "free", was terrible, and the man making omelets was rude and caustic, plus the omelets were awful. The rest of the breakfast staff was very polite accommodating.

Missing towel, took an hour but housekeeping finally came with some. No bathrooms or showers in the pool area. Must go out in the lobby to go to the bathroom. The lady said our room number out loud several times, very unprofessional and unsafe to say it so loud in front of many other guests. Other hotels usually point to the key card. Breakfast ends at 10:00 on Sunday, which is unusually early. Something one can plan for I guess, but other difficulties at the airport made us wish it went on longer.. They held 50$ on our credit card despite having already paid for the room. It feels like something that is done in a low budget hotel where people often break things and steal hotel equipment, not something that would be done in a Hilton chain hotel. Sofa bed was in terrible condition, springs were stretched out and kids sank really deep in it. Does not have an airport shuttle. Other then that, 👍

It is my first time in this hotel. I liked the space of the room and the lobby. I will come again.

The entire hotel is renovated and it is beautiful. Plenty of parking with no fee. Check in was quick. Room beautifully renovated and clean and roomy. Nice fitness are and indoor pool with hot tub. Happy hour at the bar was nice but felt sorry for the lady serving many patrons who were getting impatient. Good breakfast with made to order omelets. Gentleman making omelets seemed very unhappy. The air conditioner in the room was horribly loud but was not constant so short periods of reprieve. Overall was very happy with the stay

Great place to stay with family or visitors because there is plenty of room in the suites and a great spaces to sit and talk in the large central space.

I was traveling with my elderly mom, daughter and son booked a double queen room. We were Upgraded to a King suite! Told the front person this did not work for our family…and was told It was this room or they could refund my money. We had driven 12 hours that day and was too tired to attempt to find another hotel! Didn’t sleep at all on that pull out sofa with my 6ft son! The hotel design is terrible and very loud! Noticed a large group of baseball players and assume that group is why we were upgraded! They stated bc I booked 3rd party (Expedia) that it gives them the right change the booking to suit what works for them.

Trash left in our room. The night stand in our room had old food and wrapper in it. I tool it immediately to the front desk person. She thanked me for cleaning the room. Lol. Trash can in the lobby was overflowing. Coffee machine in the store are was broken. The air conditioning in our room was horrible. As a former employee of Hilton brand this is not Hilton standards. There are better choices near by. Pick another hotel.

I like to stay at Embassy because of the size of the rooms and their breakfast is amazing. Unfortunately, during this stay the wet bar sink was not secure, and when I tried to turn on the water, the faucet would move Horribly. The bathroom toilet was also not secure. When you sat down it wobbled so forcefully you were almost body slammed to the floor. After further investigation, the toilet did not have the bolts on the base was there was no caulking around the bottom. After letting the front desk know and going on to my daily activities when I return, the wet bar faucet was still not fixed, and there was caulking around the toilet, but the movement was still there. Overall stay was fine. They need to improve on the maintenance staff.

No receptionist at check in when key card is not working . Breakfast bread and milk are not available at 9:50 am . Went out to eat breakfast. Been at other embassy suites in past .. seems lack of hospitality

CONs- no food inside hotel , a little pricey , parking Had to do a stay in Leesburg and chose this hotel . Booked it thro Expedia . Even though it was slightly pricey , we went for it . Loved the rooms .. wow .. nice and spacious . There was like a living room with sofa and tv and then a separate bed room with 2 beds . Beds were comfortable . Loved the bathrooms too. Very clean .. I was “Awe’d” looking at the interiors .. lighting was just magnificent. Loved the small bar inside the hotel, but wait .. they don’t serve food on Sundays ?’!!! Wish they had some finger food especially with the bar around . Service was good overall. Swimming pool and gym was ok . Parking is a bit crazy . Was full mostly and was narrow . Overall we loved the stay .

One of the best hotels me and my family has stayed in. We will definitely be revisiting!

I liked this location better: 13341 Woodland Park Rd. Herndon, VA 20171 Why? It had a pleasant scent to the place when you walked in. Towels and bedding had a pleasant scent. The pillows were nice and full. More than one trash can in the room. I was also able to access my room on the first try. Didn’t experience any of that here. I’m glad it was only for a night.

I was not at all pleased with my stay here. Upon arriving, I was not greeted nor thanked (checking in nor out). I think he may have said three words to me and that was because I asked direct questions. The social hours were very limited, and breakfast was horrible. Not anything I'm used to with other Embassy Suites in which I have stayed. Everything was cold, the gentleman making omelet looked rough, was not personable at all and super slow on purpose (it seemed) the buffet left something to be desired. There were black marks all over the sheets and a towel. The sink handle came off in my hand on the first use. It was not worth the $400 spent for two nights. I've had better everything at $69-99 Holiday Inn Express and other hotels. Will definitely not be staying here again and probably not at another Embassy Suite.

My family and I stayed here during spring break and things didn't go as planned with our room. To start off we were put in room 303 which was located directly over the bar and directly in front of the elevator. So it was constantly noisy traffic from the other guest the entire stay. We thought we had a decent room until I found an old sock behind the nightstand which wasn't really a big deal but it made me question how thoroughly the room was clean. Instead i said mistakes happen. Then the overall disappointment came from the bathroom. Shower water was lukewarm and never got warmer let alone hot for a hotel. Yet the 2 sinks in the room had hotter water than the shower. On top of that the shower did not drain. Me and my family had to stand in atleast 2 inches of water because the shower did not drain. We had to wash our feet off once we stepped out the shower. Also we didn't have the proper amount of towels for everyone to take a shower. I even went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they didn't have any. We had a "Suite that sleeps 4" but only had towels for 2 people. The toilet paper was never changed. We were left with less than a half of a used-roll and only 1 new roll. For a 4 person suite. Pillows were the worst. If you stay at this hotel I suggest you lower you expectations. Because "this" Embassy Hotel has definitely lowered their expectations.
