This is not a hotel for overnight stays. This place has long term tenants. Room was not clean at all. We found hair, finger nails, dust, all furniture in very bad conditions. Starting with the lobby area and the receptionist not knowing what she was doing. Wanted to charge us twice for the deposit. It was terrible. Turn around and do not look at this place.

This place is awful. It looked nice on the outside but inside is terrible. It stinks as soon as you walk in like mold and dog. Our room was disgusting with hair on the bedding, uncleaned sink, and water on the bathroom floor. The lampshade in our room was covered in mold too. We left in 15 minutes and didn’t receive a refund. Terrible.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unless it is an extreme emergency or you have no other choice, avoid this property at all costs. It has not been properly maintained in decades, routine cleaning does not occur, and there are dozens of fire and building code violations. The furniture (to include beds) are in remarkably poor condition, the “kitchens” are completely bare, appliances do not function, and the smell in the entire building is intolerable. Sleep here at your own risk.

Front desk was warm and welcoming, the room was terrible. We felt bad going to him and telling him the AC wasn’t working (they had placed a small dingy fan in the room… which I guess sort of did its job?) and the tub was slimy and the towels smelled like mildew since we were only there for a few hours before resuming our drive. The location of the hotel was great, there were a lot of food and shopping places. Thankfully I always pack shower shoes and a towel. The bed didn’t seem dirty nor clean so we just laid on top of it and used our own blanket.

Hallway and stairs need swept. No elevator. Room walls marked and overall appearance was not good.

Overhead noise was loud though due to no carpeted floors. Bath tub was stained and so were the one hand towel and one bath towel that were provided. Furniture was chipped and dinged up. AC unit sounded like a woman screaming every time it came on. We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours so it didn’t matter too much about the conditions but definitely could have been better. No bugs. Definitely a lack of amenities. Probably won’t stay there again. Very close to shopping and food tho.

There were crumbs on the kitchen table counter mold in the bathroom shower the sink was covered in black slime the towels were dirty and black she's had holes in them absolutely no hot water hot water conditions were deplorable I had to leave and find another place to stay

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I reserved and PAID FOR my room a month before the Luke Combs concert at OSU. So we drive up, get to the hotel to check-in and the front desk guy notified us that his manager CANCELED our room! NO NOTICE NO NOTHING. then

the room was okay. it had a bed and a bathroom and a full kitchen. the towels were stained. the overall look of the place was institutional. the staff were uncommunicative and indifferent.

While trying to check in the man at the front desk seemed confused that we had booked online and had to make 2 phone calls. After receiving pur room key, we get.to our room and they didnt work, which i think the man at the feont desk knew because he was there 2 seconds later to use his key to let us in. We walked into th room and their was a huge stain on the bes spread, i turned to my husband and said lets just go home. We walked back into the hallway where the front desk guy still was talking with another guest. And told him there.was a huge stain on the bedspread and we would like a refund. We told him we were just going to go home. He offered a partial refund and said i needed to reach out to the third party i booked with (expedia) in order to request the remaining amount be refunded because expedia hadnt released the full amount to them yet. I reached out to expdia immediately and explained what happened. They tried reaching out to the hotel repeatedly. Finally 2 days later i got an email saying the hotel decided not to refund the stay. So the man lied right to my face.

Respectful staff, but not silver standard. Great location for me. Easy to find. What they have is clean Better to prepay with third party for less expensive. Plenty of stores nearby. Only a few miles from freeway. Old hotel. Maintenance staff needs to up their game. Many many small things that need to be repaired, painted properly, shampooed, etc No utensils, etc for kitchen. No hangers, etc. Never invited to free breakfast or told about it. Not a fancy place at all. Price is lower for a reason, but not horrible.

I didn't like the overall upkeep of the place. Terrible management none the less, motels in low income communities look better than that. Typical East India behavior in the hospitality space. Just very janky, expensive but won't put money into the place.

Close to travel destination. Clean sheets, good refrigerator. Dirty, not well maintained, microwave didn’t work, no shampoo, one dirty cup and a wad of silverware in the cupboard. TV on its last leg.
