Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The outdoor portion of the pool was nice!!! The indoor portion stunk so bad of chlorine but that is with any indoor pool. Overall a great stay, clean room, comfy bed.

We want to thank Lynne and Tyrone on afternoon shift for going above and beyond. Lynne upgraded our room and was so friendly during the check in. And Tyrone offered extra time in the pool/hot tub because it was so full with children. Would love to see adult hour only from 9-10pm.

Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Front desk was helpful. Rooms were clean as well. Location was close to many restaurants.

We loved staying here. We have had the best experiences with Drury.Great breakfast with many options to pick. Also great Kick-back small meal at dinner time. Clean room, wonderful staff, quiet and convenient location to the Columbus Zoo. They originally gave us a king bed, when we requested two queens. Was traveling with my daughter. They corrected that once we informed them our room wasn't correct.

The staff we seen was always friendly and helpful everyone from the front desk to the people in the food area. Things in the eating area were checked and cleaned up very quickly. Always had good food and good amounts available. Always stocked on towels for the pool. My problem was with the room itself. The bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. There was dried pee down the front of the toilet and on the floor right in front of it. I have a husband and son so I get this at home sometimes but wouldn’t have thought it would happen at a hotel. No I didn’t complain. I understand things happen.

Excellent hotel, perfect location to Columbus Zoo which was the purpose of our trip. Free breakfast and free dinner were wonderful. Very pleased with this hotel!

I love this place. Excellent service by an excellent staff. One issue was breakfast, same thing everyday. I have stayed in others Drury’s that would have different things every day. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very clean, nice hotel. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. We arrived too late to have dinner. No time to use the pool or hot tub, though they looked very nice. Bed was comfortable, and two room suite was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
