This room was smelling bad. It looks nice on a picture online with an actual when you walk in I never stayed in those kind of places first time ever I stayed and I will never go back again.

I used to be but not so much lately, a world traveler, but I do know what I like, prefer & don't. The Extend Stay in Dublin Ca I wrote before is off a major thoroughfare, but once you cross the driveway and enter the is greenery up to the door, and the outside noise disappears. There are trees about and grsass that appears to muffle the noise. Once you enter the hotel the staff is there for you. Tjhey are so attentivr

The bathroom light didn’t work and the computer system was down around 2am to check in. There was also a roach in the bathroom

Being close to my appointment There were spots that were not fully clean in the bathroom sink & shower. The toilet paper was already previously used

Everything pretty much excellent. The hotel is just off a major highway, (Dublin Boulevard seems like a highway, though), yet, it is pretty quiet. You don’t really hear anything unless you walk out to where the sidewalk is near the highway. At night it’s really quiet. property lost some of their stars from me because, the first time I did a review, the grounds were just pristine. It was pretty good this last week as well except there is a tree near the highway on the property where it looks like somebody raked up all the poop and just left it there for a little over a week, which was surprising me because the week before it was, literally pristine. yesterday, the ground people were doing their business and it’s back to pristine.

solid, budget-friendly hotel. the only immediate room for improvement would be the pillows, which are simply too thin.

Near TriValley Hospital Handicap room was on second floor and fair distance from the elevator The shower connection came off the wall and the faucet was stuck requiring major effort to turn water on the the shower

location was good My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room had an unclean carpet and a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay. Even the washroom fan was not working, which worsened the situation. When I contacted customer support about the pungent smell, they mentioned they didn’t have any room fresheners available, which was surprising and unhelpful. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards need significant improvement. The breakfast as to-go with limited option like - tea/coffee/muffin & chocolate bar.

The staff is very helpful and polite, and it is a great place if you need a place to sleep for the night at a fraction of the next hotel rate and don't mind the spartan accommodations.

Did in a pinch for a late night last minute stay after had to vacate my home from a fire. Comfortable bed and spacious room, but the bathroom is tiny and the water pressure is light. Overall, not bad, could do a lot worse in a pinch.

The mattress was in really bad shape. I even got fungus in one of my toes.

The hotel is really stuffy, strong bleach smell will attack your face as soon as you enter the lobby. The lobby is not spacious at all it’s just a tiny little area. The room is not dirty but looks wear out old. The bed is super bad you can feel every coil springs under the mattress, you get one sheet and 1 thin cover it’s super thin for a cover. Then the AC system in the room is leaking out of water if you use it again the room is stuffy. The bathroom shower curtain doesn’t work right it keeps on sliding down instead of covering the shower tube causes the water to come out the floor all over. If you need anything and call the front desk they will make you walk down the front desk to get it. The sign clearly says that I’d you need plates and utensils call front desk and they will bring it up to your room when I called they told me to come down to front desk to grab them. The only clean and nice looking item at this place is the refrigerator in the room. It’s super clean.

Wasn’t provided enough towels and wash clothes to begin with I went to the front desk to ask for more and was told to bring back the used ones before I can get new clean ones. I never in many hotels that I have stayed was asked to bring my used ones before receiving new clean ones. I would never stay at this property again.

Entire hotel was neglected, staff was subpar, they did not accommodate. There is no amenities at this hotel and is likely one of the worst I’ve stayed in the 680 corridor.

Staff support was lacking. I was under the impression I had booked two days. I had only booked one. After work I returned to my room only to be locked out. They had removed my belongings and filled the room. I'll give them credit that they called. However, they didn't leave a message. Missed spam calls are a normal thing now and days. Front desk staff was apathetic.

As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a really foul strong odor. The area is a nice neighborhood. However, my room reminded me of a Motel 6. The bed was very hard. The room needed to be repainted over and the drapes smell horrible, which makes the room stink.

The parking area seemed reasonably safe. The kitchen in the room was nice though we didn't xook on the stove.

My favorite part of the stay was definitely the bed. The room was super comfortable and private and had a cute little kitchen area.

Service overall was subpar. Getting someone’s attention at the front desk was almost impossible. On one occasion I rang the desk bell like 15 times. I wish I was exaggerating. I received only one key so I went downstairs to ask for a copy since I was heading out early. Come to find out the front desk agent couldn’t find my reservation because apparently I wasn’t even checked in, even tho my family and I were already in the room with a room key. Also if you are expecting basic necessities in the drawers of the kitchenette, just be aware that you will have to go back downstairs to ask for all that stuff. Spoons, forks, plates ect. Oh and you also have to ask for hair shampoo because it is not readily available in the shower like it is at every other hotel I've ever stayed in.

I want a full refund, the desk provided my room key to a complete stranger, so this poor guest walks into my room and i was shocked and so was he, he apologized but i demanded I check out and I made alternate hotel arrangements and left. Please refund me fully for this stay as I was terrified by this experience which caused me great concern for my safety. A hotel should not be renting a occupied room to another guest ever but expecially when ii was trying to nap, thank ful i was not changing clothes or showering at the time. I will never stay at another Extended Stay America again, worst place ever

I had to walk 5 times back to the desk to get my key card to work properly to get into my room. My key card didn't work to get into the laundry room/vending machine area. And then after the staff let me into the vending area, the vending machine ate my cash and the staff didn't know how to get it back and refund me.

I lost my wallet or had it stolen, not sure which. I had photographs of my passport and driving license with me and when I asked for help at check in, staff refused to check me in and made me leave so I had to sleep in my vehicle. If you have no physical ID in your possession, staff will make you leave the facility. Clearly, no empathy for a person already struggling with a bad situation.

Enjoyed the area and access to good food options and local park. Unfortunately had a hard time sleeping due to thin walls and uncomfortable bed. Free breakfast is muffins/instant oatmeal and coffee.

Check in around 11pm. Hotel room has not been updated in years. Leak in shower, it dripped all night. A cockroach popped out of the door when I went to do the security lock. In the morning hot water took almost 5 minutes to get in the shower. The walls are thin and you can hear all your neighbors.

Poor water temperature/pressure. The pressure is hardy enough for a decent shower and lukewarm. Definitely not suitable for a family with children, as you wouldnt even be able to run them a bath. The water would already be too cold. They advertise free housekeeping after a certain number of days, but when you request it after that time, they tell you the housekeepers have too many rooms to clean and cant get to yours. In two months, was only able to have my bedding changed once. Air conditioning leaves a lot to be desired. The "free breakfast" is an embarrassment. Cold coffee, instant oatmeal and dry, grainy muffins. Honestly terrible. We stayed here while our home was being repaired. It was paid for by our landlord, and I STILL feel ripped off.

I enjoy staying here because of how convenient and affordable it is. The rooms are always very clean and it’s very nice that there is a stove in your room so if you stay for longer, you’re able to save money and cook.

First time that I’m staying at a hotel(motel, etc) that doesn’t have Ice Machine, don’t expect a decent breakfast, I wouldn’t called that breakfast (is a joke). My room was very clean but their faucet from the bathtub was liking all day long and night, went to the front desk since day #1 to let them know but that thing was liking my whole entire stay, 4 days to be exactly …not good for the environment anyways I did mention that again when I did checkout as well too. I have been at a better Extended Stays before but this one I won’t recommended. 👎 They have a very nice property with great potential and those things can be fixed… hopefully somebody will care enough to take care of those details.

Comfortable beds, easy to get supplies needed for dishwashing and clothes washing. Clean and with great storage.

Rooms outdated and filthy. I found several items left over from the previous guests. The floors had not been cleaned, there was crushed red pepper all over the floor. The baseboards look as if they have never been cleaned. There was also food still left in the dirty fridge.

Easy check in, comfortable beds and full kitchen, made this the perfect place as I transitioned to my new place which wasn’t ready for move in yet.

For the value in Dublin it is located close to everything and makes you feel safe.

It seems like someone smoke in that room I stay becuase it was a very strong smell of cigarettes also I tried to wash Tv and the control vas missing a battery

Great location near Hacienda Crossings, Persimmon Shopping Center and Waterford Center. Lots of food options and grocery stores in walking distance. They do their best to keep this property clean. Very proactive on their cleaning schedule.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff as I checked in for a relaxing night out. We ordered pizza and watched movies. I love how it's very private and I really enjoy the tv service they offer. Their beds are nice and comfy I even took a picture of their brand of their pillows. If you are looking for an affordable place and a good night's rest I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was ok for staying 1 night. The door made a loud noise whenever I opened it and the refrigerator was loud so I had to turn that down.

There are no ice machines

This hotel saved me from melting off at home without an AC on a 100+ degree weather. At 11pm it got too hot to where I couldn't stand to even lay in bed so I decided it was time to stop complaining. I called the hotel and asked if I was able to check in if I made a reservation for that same night. A lady at the front desk was nice enough to wait for me to check in by 11:30pm. I slept so comfortably with the AC on I didn't even wake up till 10am and rushing out to check out. The comfort that bed and those pillows gave was a PLUS.
