Service Sometimes room would smell but they refresh it quickly upon asking

That u have to pay parking although all hotels in Dubai are for free

Everything was great, staff on the reception was very kind and professional. We felt little smell in our room, called the reception and they immediately changed the room. Breakfast was great with variety of items available to choose. Really value of money especially the location was perfect near Mall of Emirtaes. Will try to book again. Location, cleanliness and breakfast

First the air conditioner was very bad I change my room such is smell very bad and the second they try to fixed with air spray but the problem is the air conditioner you can’t breathe.during my stay all the time I spray parfum The problem is not stuff but the maintenance also windows are closed so it was very bad

I stayed for almost a week and the stay was perfect. Check in was so smooth and Lwin from reception was so friendly and amazing. His service was so good and very polite. And also Lakmi? I am sorry i forgot the name also from Reception with tattoos. She was also amazing and friendly. Housekeeping service was fast also. The food and quality also very good.Will definitely come back again. Wifi was a bit slow for me. And also cannot connect TV with my phone unless your phone is android as per receptionist. It was a bit disappointing.

Reception staff was good

I had an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience at this hotel. The room I was moved to was a serious safety hazard. While I was sitting and doing my makeup, one of the drawers from the dressing table suddenly came loose and fell directly onto my knee. The drawer was extremely heavy, and I was fortunate that it did not completely detach and cause a more serious injury. I have photos documenting the incident. The room also had faulty electrical equipment. The kettle was defective and would not switch off properly. I noticed smoke and a burning smell coming from it, and I had to unplug it myself. Had I left it unattended, it could have caused a fire. This was another major safety concern. In addition, the room telephone was broken, making it impossible to contact reception. The only way I could communicate with the staff was through the phone located in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, the carpet was dirty, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The condition of the room was far below any reasonable standard. What made the situation even more frustrating was the hotel’s response. Despite reporting these serious issues, including safety hazards, I was not offered a refund, compensation, or any meaningful resolution. The only thing offered was breakfast the next day, which was completely inadequate considering the circumstances. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and concern for guest safety was shocking. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The smell and the staff calling 9 in the morning if I wanna extend or not and even the parking is 30aed extra and not easy to find parking slot even.
