I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Dubai Al Barsha, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. A huge standout of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Saya and Hamada. They went completely out of their way to be incredibly cooperative, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their attentive care and professionalism added a personal touch that made my visit truly memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha. The location is excellent — just around a 5-minute walk from Mall of the Emirates, which made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Dubai. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I especially appreciated that, upon request, my room was cleaned every day, which made my stay even more pleasant. I tried the breakfast once during my stay, and overall it was good with a wide variety of options. There is still some room for improvement, but the experience was enjoyable. One suggestion I would like to share is that the hotel could have a dedicated tourist information desk or a display area to guide guests about places to visit in Dubai. Many hotels provide information about attractions, free shuttle services to malls or beaches, and current offers, which would be very helpful — especially during seasons when Dubai has many promotions and activities. Assistance with taxi arrangements or local transportation guidance would also add value for guests. Apart from this small suggestion, everything else was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha.

Rooms are amazing and good pricing, Hamada was a wonderful person to work with, and dont miss the concerts that happen in the bar!

The rate that we paid was fantastic! The location is good, the staff are extremely competent. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I had two primary issues. The mattress was tough and uncomfortable, I have stayed in this property before and the quality of the sleep was much better. The breakfast was also very mediocre. Previously it was very good, the spread and quality was much better. I can understand that in the current situation the pricing is quite tricky but this does not justify compromising on the basics like breakfast and quality of sleep. I know that Marriott does better and I am sure that this will change as well.

Excellent property and stay. Saya, Hamada and Muhammad were extremely helpful during the check in and out process and allowed us early check in and delayed check out. Really impressed with the staff.
