The room was nicer and more comfortable than expected. We had to wait a long time to check-in even though there was only one person ahead of us and two staff members. Breakfast was pitiful. Our room was right next to a busy road, so there was a lot of traffic noise.

Hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood; easy access to/from freeway. Area has ample amount of restaurants and stores. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel itself. Check in/out was easy. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was clean and the temperature feature on the showerhead was a nice perk. I particularly enjoyed that the room was cleaned upon our 2nd day stay. Most hotels no longer clean daily and give fresh towels. Overall, great stay and great value! Highly recommend for families!

This situation appears to be a scam. After purchasing the room through Expedia for $90 I was charged an additional $150 to my credit card as a security damage deposit. There were no damages and the security deposit was supposed to come back to my credit card. A week later still no return the $150 is shown as charged but pending. Then you got to ask yourself how long does it take to refund your $150 back to your credit card. So my grand total is now $240 for a room not worth half that price. I confronted Expedia earlier about the problem and they said wait the money will be refunded and still a week later nothing.

There wasn't a breakfast. Just a few pieces of bread, some old cereal, and some old yogurt. Moreover, the rooms were barebones. Cheap, thin towels (only 2) and cheap thin sheets. Shower only included shampoo? Pillows were small and flat (almost half-size). Really the whole facility just gave the impression of meeting the bare minimum.

Breakfast was very basic for the price I paid there should have been some kind of muffin some kind of juice. Instant oatmeal or Dry cereal granola bar and toast is what I don't think of a breakfast ,,, I had to wait ten minutes for just some yogurt

I didn’t have any privacy between my bathroom and my room, I wanted a hot tub to enjoy to myself since I have a 6 month old. First time I turned it on and filled it it had dirt in the water around the tub. It wasn’t as pleasant since I couldn’t turn any lights on while my baby is sleep. I had mentioned I was going to arrive late so NO I was not going to call the staff at 11:30pm to come and clean the tub.

The hotel management is very clearly cutting costs and cutting corners. No kettle in the rooms, no cups, all amenities locked up and right in front of the counter manager. Felt like we were in an army compound for a night. Don't recommend. Not worth the money.

Lots of trash laying around on property site. Bathroom had leak that flooded floor.

They property is fine I seems a bit older but well kept The site says in comes with breakfast I’d say that’s a bit of a stretch. There’s a few things like yogurt or toast and granola bars.

Jacuzzi and the room

I live nearby and sometimes book rooms for family in from out of town. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. Usually don’t have any problems however with the weather being cooler I asked for extra bedding/blankets and was denied the request and advised that the room only accommodated four guests and no more. I was really confused when I realized they only provided enough towels for three guests.

I completed precheck in online yet I was still required to complete the information at check in. What a waste of time and effort. The clerk told me my room was on 2nd floor in the middle. Meanwhile it was right at the top of the stairs above the office. I parked again at the other end of the lot and ended up schlepping my bags all the way back to the other end due to this misinformation.

The checkin was not explained wifi? When breakfast was? The phone in our room was not working amd when i called from my cell phone to the front desk it rings then the call drops. Couldnt get a hold of anyone to ask for towels or what time breakfast start.

The staff is what makes this place so comfortable. Anything I needed, morning, noon or night, and it was taken care of right away. And always with the warmest and sincerest smile. They really care about you here. That's a LOT for a motel these days.

It serves our purpose. We selected this place as a backup if we failed to book a room at City of Hope Hotel, where we have clinical trial. It is only 0.5 mile and have restaruants nearby. Price is good and it is convenient.

Bathroom faucet was broken, ordered an iron and ironing board smelled bad once I started ironing. Patched up walls. Bed (mattress) was very firm/hard. Only thing good was the towels. Super soft.

There is an abundance of trash all over the property. The rooms smelled of bleach and pinesol to cover up the smell of cigarettes. The shower was covered in mold. I would not recommend this hotel. To top it off there was a dog barking all night long.

The bad 1. My room #224 AC does not work. I wake up at 3AM because of cold. The office folks can do nothing for this. Then I wear all the clothes and ate a couple of snack to spend the cold time at that night 2. After 6:00PM, the office closed. The guest need stay outside the building to check in regardless how cold it is. The guest needs to communicate with the office through a small window like buy ticket in AMC box office. 3. There was a dirty spot in the bed sheet. The good the were able to change room the second day. The AC worked !.

I didn’t like that there was no parking. I went to the window and they told me sorry to park outside around the corner. I had to get mad and ask to speak to a manager cuz i payed full price and the website said free parking included.

Added perks is the expensive charging station. but the cost of the hotel stay is expensive. though cleaning is excellent

We had to get out of our home due to the Eaton fires in our neighborhood. The hotel told us they had internet but it wasn’t working and I needed to work. We had to checkout due to no wi-fi and the hotel manager, Monica was unsympathetic and told us we couldn’t get a refund, that the internet was working, but it wasn’t. I told her we would have to give a bad review and she didn’t seem to care. This is the time to care. It’s a state of emergency.

We were here, because of being evacuated, due to wildfires, and had our power off as well.

There was no electricity so we only stayed one night. That was the only problem but out of there hands.

The hotel was horrible. The door knob to the bathroom was broken, the walls are so thin that you can hear people talking in the other rooms, the housekeepers didn’t bother cleaning our room. Don’t stay here unless you don’t wanna get any sleep.

Enjoyed the stay and had comfortable bed.

The property was clean very simple, however, staff not helpful! The alleged included breakfast consisted of cereal and slices of bread! I do not recommend staying here!

The AC wasn't working, only blows air. Toilet is loose. When sat down, the toilet moves. Told the front desk, she said she will send the maintenance guys, no one showed or got the toilet fixed. Also, room service didn't show the next day (and no, we didn't have the tag on the door). Breakfast is only bread to toast and cereal. No regular drinking water, you have to buy bottle. EV Charging - rate $0.42 kwh per hour, but no parking charge after charging is complete.

The hotel is in terrible conditions and cannot be advertised as supplying breakfast as nothing more than few slices of bread were available. There is ample charging for EV.

The heater was dirty and spewed out dust and dirt when we turned it on, had to immediately turn it off and the shower handle was broken, when we turned it on the water pressure spewed out and broke the handle off we could no longer turn off the water. When attempting to contact the front desk the phone in the room did not work either. Went and notified the front desk in person. The sink faucet also was loose and appeared fragile.

Average but only 1 night.

Plenty of clean parking, well labeled. Friendly , welcoming customer service. Breakfast was general. It was ok. Unfortunately, 3 jugs of coffee were out of coffee by 8am. Had apple juice and milk. The wifi in the room wasnt strong enough to watch a complete movie with loading every 10mins. The shower water pressure was very lite.

Disappointed with lack of elevator. Room was satisfactorily quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave. However there was some minor items that hadn’t been properly cleaned in the room - some trash hadn’t been swept under the a/c unit and some boogers were smeared on the bathroom wall.

Had to stay for one night with my wife checked in after 9. Wanted to take a shower and there were no towles, went down to the office and i asked the man behind the window for a few towles and rudely blurts out nope. No towles. I asked when will there be any available and he replied hopefully tomorrow around 10am. The experience was the worst ive ever had and will never stay with them again not even for free. Needless to say the room was not even clean.

When we first got there they had lost our reservation so we ended up having to reserve a different room with 1 less bed than we asked for. Then the room itself had stains everywhere and so many ants

Spend the $20 more a night and stay somewhere else.

Terrible smell walking in. Ceiling was terribly repaired and rusted, very ugly. The bedding was dirty, and stained. There was white powder on the bed frame. The couch onside was sinking in towards the middle. I couldnt get a refund cause their policy. There is not enough parking so I was asked to park in a no parking fire lane, and a gentleman that arrived when I did parked in handicapped

Second room and my only other choice has mildew and mold all over the bathroom walls and the main room ceiling had parts that were falling off

Everything went smoothly except the electric car chargers were not free and I couldn't get them to work even after downloading their app. Employees didn't know how to use them either.

Although breakfast included, only limited choice. Do not have high expectation. Other than that, room is ok. Blanket has few black spots on it.
