Nothing The sheets were dirty , mold in the bathroom and the management is refusing to respond back about a refund , the staff is horrible and so is the property .

Ok I love giving honest reviews, here I go....(takes deep breath) The check in was horrible, this guy's body language said "What do you want" (eyeroll). He took forever to get an extra pillow that was nothing but the pillow case. One of our keys didn't work the whole time. Our room was by a back door that kept being left open, thought I'd be killed. But the BREAKFAST!! This is the saving grace, waffle bar, sausage sandwiches, delicious juice. Lots of variety not just coffee and dry cereal. Thats why I booked here for the Breakfast. Done.

NOTHING They didn't clean the room the time we was there we was there for4 days i got stuck in the bathroom light (lamps) didn't worksheet had fire popping from the plug i complain about but it did no good i eas complaining the time ee was there but it did no good. This the worse place to stay. I advise no one to ever stay at this place

The location was very close to where I need to be, and close to food since I was only in town for one night. It was worth it. Okay so the room had a mildew odor, the curtains was broken, the tv batteries were dead so I couldn’t watch tv, and one of the towels had a black stain on it so I didn’t use it, and one of the pillows were a tiny of brown so I put that one at the end of the bed.. other then that the breakfast was a simple waffle, muffins, yogurt and juice

They need to clean the rooms better; in my experience, there was an unpleasant odor upon entering.

We had trouble with the TV but the lady at the front desk was helpful. The air conditioning unit made noises intermittently. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

The personnel were fabulous! AC units were very noisy in a few rooms. Bed covers, sheets and pillows had stains. 80% of the plugs did not work (Rm 218)

Carpet had stains, the desk top and nightstand tops were sticky and had dried food on them.

Breakfast options were ok. Coffee was good and hot. There were a few breakfast items that I had not seen before. Microwave for breakfast sandwiches just made it hard to eat. Frozen to microwave bread makes it seize and get hard.

My sheets had blood on them. That means that it had not been changed. the manager never did anything to accommodate that xi!

All the ac/heat vents throughout the building were moldy/rusted,shower doors are modified so there is a 6” gap in the bottom that dumps water outside the shower,almost broke my neck getting out! My room smelled like straight weed the entire stay,the lamps have electrical outlets but couldn’t charge my phone or watch because the lamp plugs didn’t work,had to rely on hearing my phone alarm from the bathroom where the outlet actually worked! There is a clock radio..also don’t work! The hotel is dated! Stay at one of the other much nicer places that are right on top of this dump! Hotel didn’t care of my concerns and neither did hotels.com!!

Friendly late night staff. Comfy bed. TV allowed me to play Netflix. Good shower pressure. Everything I needed for a quick stay. Convenient to many late night eats. Breakfast was minimal but had a yummy waffle and yogurt, so it was sufficient.

The 1st room we were given someone else was in there but the room it wasn't supposed to be. The 2nd room the door was faulty and darn near beat it to get it open. The next morning they ended breakfast at 8:30. Terrible just Terrible!!!!

It was a short family trip. So we made do with what we had. The only major issue that i had was most of the outlets in my room did not work. Only the ones for the tv and lamps worked. They offee wifi but it is limited and cuts out around 10pm. On the last night of our stay there were technical difficulties with the wifi.

The room has a smoky smell even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Shower was not clean, and the toilet made a slight noise all night like running water. The nightstand front veneer was missing.

The ironing board legs were broken so I had to lay the board on the bed n iron that way. The beds aren’t plush/ soft. But for quick trip into town that was close to the event I was attending and for the price, the stay was good enough. The breakfast was all packaged things full of sugar and crappy ingredients. The waffles you can always look forward to. Could definitely use some remodeling of rooms and deep cleaning.

The room I was in #114 smelt of smoke in the sheets, bathroom. I reported to front desk because I did not want someone trying charge me for a room that obviously was not deep cleaned after someone smoked in room. I decline moving to another room because I was on overnight.

We had to change room after check in because our room smells like cigarette smoke. They had given us another room which also had a weird smell, but arleast that was sleepable.

The smell of Marijuana overpowered the whole entire building it Literally stunk up my whole entire room and all my clothes for me to go to work in. Very disappointed in how this happened but the staff here is Absolutely. Amazing and kind-hearted. I don't know if I come back because of the smoke smell. But because of the staff I would definitely think about it.

The staff was very nice and always helpful, no matter what time of day or night I chose to go by the front desk. The room, however, was filthy! This was not a result of poor cleaning but instead the results of improper cleaning over time. I wish I could clone the staff and put them in a clean establishment! I will not be returning to that Sleep Inn anytime soon if I can help it...

We found the property convenient and affordable. The young man that checked us in was pleasant and helpful. In the morning, when I reported that the hair dryer was shooting out sparks and smelled like it was burning, the gentleman at the desks' only response was to ask if I had submerged it in water and they don't have appliances that spark. Really? He didn't even ask for my room number so they could check into it. When we went to breakfast (at 7:40) there was nothing left except cereal and yogurt. We asked about the continental breakfast and the gentleman (same guy that we reported the hair dryer issue to ) said that he thought everyone had already eaten. Then he added some bananas and breakfast sandwiches to the breakfast bar.

We were going to North Carolina. I was happy with the stay. Bed was comfy, room was a nice size and everything was clean. Refrigerator cooled our drinks very quickly. Only problem was the breakfast did not have very much to offer. The app said “hot breakfast”. The only thing hot was waffles. We had hoped for eggs and sausage.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near a Walmart, Sam's Club, and several restaurants, making it easy to access necessities and dining options. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the breakfast were positive, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly detracted from my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

We were terribly disappointed with the room, it was very unkept. The walls were dingy and there was dust everywhere. Lastly, we sweated all night because even though there is a thermostat in the room, they control the temperature. We have stayed at this property some time ago, this experience was totally different, possibly new management. We will not be returning nor will we suggest this property to anyone else.

The purpose of a hotel is to sleep. For that purpose I could hear normal conversations in the next room. Therefore, it did not meet my needs. Oyher than that it was ok for the price.

Should have better breakfast options especially since you have truck drivers and business clients.

The staff was not on the same page. I requested a late check out the housekeeper rushed me to leave because she wasn’t informed of my late check out. My items were left in the room. I informed the front desk representative and he accused me of lying. Just rude.

First off this hotel is really disgusting I’m surprised it isn’t shut down. My room was smoked out i had to go buy candles to get rid of smell but that was the least of my concerns. Front desk man was really nice until i told him my toilet had a smell after it flushed he didn’t want to move me he came in the room and literally put his face inside the toilet to smell after flushing told me he couldn’t smell anything but the candles i had lit definitely took over somewhat of the smells in the room. My sheets had stains on them the fitted, flat and comforter! I had to go ask for new sheets and i didn’t even get a comforter he gave me a bed mattress pad!! I didn’t sleep at all my stay was very unpleasant this isn’t one of those second chance hotels I’ll never stay here again. It isn’t worth the money if you’re looking for a clean hotel.

No pool and bugs employees are rude….I will never go back there.

This is the worst Hampton that I've stayed in. Very old and outdated. I was worried when I walked in the front door 2 large garbage cans running over with cans and bottles. Front desk person did not greet me at the desk was sitting and drinking. I had to address her. I am so glad I travel with my own sheets and towels

This property needs a major update. The property has several issues that need to be addressed. I will not recommend or will I ever stay at this property again

My room was ok but the toilet was so low to ground and there wasn't any hand rails to help you get up. That was very disappointing to me because I had a hip problem and that made it very difficult for me.

When I rented this room I was not aware there is no pool because it says there is a pool. The facilities sold and no longer has a pool available because they shared with another hotel. The edge not say it has a pool when there's not one available. It's one thing when it says it's only open during certain seasons but there was no pool at all that is false advertising

Key car issues* locks need to be updated and you have to turn the key the worng way to get it to read and try 5-10times.... so theoughout the day and night you hear bangikgnon doors and getting fustrated they cant get in thoer rooms...trying over and over to figure out what os wrong. Elevator* it has a mind of ots own... some times it hangs out on one floor with doors open waitimg for ghosts to coe other times it closess and forgets you asked to be taken to a gloor.... although im sure this issues coudl be fixed or adressed based off the elevator inspections is over 2mths OVERDUE..... also someone did a hack job on elevator floor and it looks horrible and not level. ROOM* after a drive for 12hrs to get to a room with no ac workikg then told we have to put temp down to 60 to get it to work.... we start to sweat while waiting for someome to check it out...its 11pm and we have to be up in few hrs.....(fan kicked on then off for 2mins only) guy shows and asks if we turned it down to 60... i tell him yes and fan kicks on and off for only few mins... acts like we just need to give it time to work its been over 20mins.... i tell him this unit is goin out and we need a working ac room ...we r tired and don't have time to wait and togive room to someone that likes heat not us please. He accommodates our request. BREAKFAST * JUST waffles/urt/honey buns... some juice but very waterytastes

It was a ok place to stay in not the best

The gym room wasn’t working…I was driving a good distance and would prefer a short workout to start the day…also the elevator was super slow…5 minute wait. There also wasn’t a coffee machine in the room…which I thought was pretty standard these days.

For the price range very decent and would go back.
