The size of the bathroom for the king size bedroom is ridiculously small, and one of my towels was dirty.

The breakfast was ok. I would have liked more choices of fruit and I would have liked some yogurt, but everything else was ok. When I made the reservation online I requested extra blankets. After checking in, I went to the room only to find that there were not any extra blankets there. I went to the front desk and I was told that they didn’t have any extra blankets, but he could offer a sheet to me. Not that I thought a thin sheet could provide the warmth that a blanket would provide, I took the sheet and went back to my room. Upon opening the sheet, I found several stains on the sheet and it had a bad smell so I know it wasn’t clean. The next morning I showed the different front desk clerk the sheet and told him about what I had experienced. He asked where the clerk came from when he gave me the sheet and I told him. That’s when the clerk said that the sheet came from the dirty linens area. He said that the clerk should have gone back to the room behind the front desk where all of the extra clean linens, including blankets are located. He went back to the room and came back saying that they had at least 10 blankets located in that room.

Checked in 5mins later I got a call that my trip has been cancelled they still make me pay Bad customer service

Area of the hotel The safety, comfort, breakfast and the pillows are horrible (like you sleeping in a towel). I had to literally put my clothing’s from my suitcase to lift head up. I did ask for extra pillows. They found one. The bed was uncomfortable and I woke Up with wrinkle to my face From folding pillow. Could sleep like that. This use To be one Of the best hotel to stay with our children. It has really gone. Noisy refrigerator! Lost so much sleep. I love quality and being safe. I thank God you making it home sore as every to get in our comfortable bed ???

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn near Six Flags in Douglasville, GA, and it was the ideal roadside stopover. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The highway noise was really loud but you get that when you choose a hotel right off the highway. They say they serve breakfast for breakfast is mini waffles, toast, yogurt, and apples. The juices were watered down and the coffee was reheated for the prior day and just nasty. It’s a real stretch to call while they served breakfast.

They have terrible breakfast. No eggs or sausage, not even oatmeal. The worst breakfast I have had at a Quality Inn hotel. The rooms smell old. The cleaning staff and the Indian man at the reception are not warm, but cold, and lack good customer service skills.

My husband and I, 51 & 55, are currently traveling cross country for professional marching band competitions. We are not expensive hotel people. We just need a clean, safe place to lay our head preferably for $100 or under. We are not ones to just throw away money. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, quiet, the staff was friendly, and check in was easy. We would certainly recommend this hotel for those travelers that don’t need Hilton style extras and fluff, or who justo believe in saving a dollar. We had no complaints at all.

Then 30 minutes before check out they started banging on the door asking them when they were leaving and then snatched their keys when they walked out the room and followed them out the door. As a mom I’m mad I even stayed as long as I did before checking out. The hotel gives the vibes of a red light district. Not worth it. I appreciate the employee who tried to offer me another room but all hope was lost with the lack of cleaning done in the first.

Breakfast bar was poor, only offering toast, yogurt, waffles, dry cereal, and blueberry muffins. Room conditions and cleanliness did not meet expectations for a Quality Inn property. Bathroom walls and ceiling were cracked and peeling, there was hair on the tub and bathroom walls, blood splatter on the ceiling, stains on the walls, and trash in the bedside drawer.

Check in was smooth and easy, the room was very clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows was very comfortable and it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at that had heat that’s actually heats the room up and the water was hot without the wait. I was in town to close out a house so I was looking for something inexpensive and nearby.

We worked out an arrangement for my service dog which they questioned. The deal was $40 for a deposit and $20 pet fee. The math resulted in a $72 charge.

Stayed there for 4 nights while spending time in Atlanta for Thanksgiving Only spent time in the room at night, but service was excellent, room was clean and quiet, and had strong Wi-Fi network.

When I arrived there was no indication that my truck and trailer couldn’t pull in and then out. I was towing my car on a dolly which I could not back up with and so I had to disconnect my car and dolly turn it around and reconnect. Also, there was no indication they would charge me $40 for a deposit and we would be refunded after they inspect the room after we left. I have never had a hotel require that from me. The ac blew right on me in the bed so when it was on it was too cold but then it turned off and I had to uncover.
