Clean room with a decent breakfast. Front desk was nice. Our only complaint was with housekeeping. They knocked on our door both mornings of our stay at 9:00 am., even though we had our “do not disturb” sign up. They did not clean our room the day we stayed, even though we left by 10 am and took the “do not disturb” sign down.

Everything about this hotel was just fine. Parking was adequate, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good.

The pool was open for our child, and the area was back away from main roads. The breakfast was not good at all.

When I arrived I was under the impression that it was a comfort inn and suites, but it’s just a comfort inn. I wasn’t comfortable because I like a certain kind of hotel and I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation so I made the best of it. The room was clean hut the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. It served its purpose for just one night but I didn’t stay until check out.

This is supposedly a "budget" resort yet it felt more upscale than that. We were impressed with the professional demeanor of staff and cleanliness. Breakfast was ok, but the other factors more than make up for that.

The lady at the desk was nice. Two night stay and the elevator didn't work either day. Was told it had gone out several days before I got there but I never saw anyone working on it. Therefore, I had to climb stairs with my luggage. Gratefully, I was only on the second floor. Returning to my hotel, the second day, my room key didn't work and I had to go all the way back to the desk to find out my checkout had been entered wrong, and my key had been turned off.

I lived the location. Staff was very friendly and warm. I will stay here going forward when visiting family in Douglasville. Nothing negative.

It’s a nice place. Good price. We’ve stayed a few times. It could just use some updating. The elevator was out when we went and the drink machine didn’t take cards but other than that it was a good place to stay.

Very updated and clean hotel! The only complaint I had was that there were no curtains in the room. To go with the more modern update, the window had white sheer Roman shades. Looked nice. Was not functional at keeping the day and night light from outside, out though.

Issue with my check-in where the attendant didn’t fully check me in so I was locked out of my room the 2nd night. The front desk person figured out what was wrong, but still inconvenient. Additionally, the elevators were not working during my stay. Sort of a pain when staying on the 3rd floor. Other than those things, room was clean.

WE HAD A BLAST, PARKING WAS GREAT, THEY COULD UPDATE THE GRILL IN THE BACK WE DID USE IT AND IT WORKED FOR WHAT IT WAS

I like that they did a renovation, I was their in early January and they were doing some work at the time , but when I came back in April , it was like a breathe of fresh air! I recommend this place any day!! The only thing i didn't like is that they do not have YouTube, NETFLIX ECT , its only cable, which is very boring. No Disney Chanel for kids, nothing. This is something they should consider.

The breakfast was great. The location was very good. There was nothing not to like. I am looking forward to my next stay.

When you initially pulled up, the outside of the facility was nice looking compared to the other hotels around. It had a very strong odor of weed in the bathroom in the lobby, the elevator and hallways. There was black curly hair all in the bath tub and sink we had to clean. The room had patches of yellow all over the walls, carpet was stained, shampoo and conditioner was empty. It’s definitely not worth $190 a night we paid. If we were not so desperate for a room, we would have gone elsewhere and demanded our money back. We definitely will steer clear of comfort inn in the future since we travel so much.

And then to top it all off, you are doing renovations but your crew started their construction at 10pm and I have a newborn. This should have been put on your website. We come to hotels to sleep and my husband and I did not sleep because we were trying to keep the baby asleep. We will never go to another Comfort Inn again, nor will our families or friends.

Last minute choice to stay at this hotel. Chose it because of the high rating, but didn’t feel the hotel lived up to that. The bed was broken making loud sounds whenever you moved. Lots of noise outside the window from neighboring property. Overall, it was OK.

Didn't like a joined rooms due to the TV noise. It wasn't busy so there could have been separation of the rooms for more privacy. There was lots of hair in the bathroom...on the bathtub, floor and towel.

Rushing to get my grand daughter to her mom we rushed back out upon returning to the room around 10:00 pm we noticed the bed was made but looked like they had been slept in sheets didn’t look clean floor had not been vacuum only to wake the next morning to a bed bug on my pillow.very disappointed

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It's lost its luster. Lots of wear and tear of the furniture. The coffeemaker had dust on the inside. White washcloths were off-white. My travel companion had a broken latch lock, no foyer light and a mini fridge that never got cold.

It was clean, with a kind helpful staff. The breakfast was good. I left at 8:30 a.m. with a sour stomach, but I did not check out in case I had to come back and rest. I called back front desk at 10:30 a.m. to request an extended check out, which they approved. That helped tremendously.

The lady that checked us in was absolutely great. Thankfully we were only there for 7 hours as a quick stop on a longer trip. Furniture was beat up pretty bad. There were iron burn marks and some stains on the couch. We did not sit on it. Carpet was ripped pretty bad in spots. There were signs everywhere about them not being responsible if your car is broken into; that did not make us feel very safe.

The hotel was nice. The staff at checkin was not friendly. The bed was comfortable, but there were multiple black hairs in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. The morning we left, I tried to get some of the complimentary coffee and there was nothing but hot water in the carafe. I alerted the staff and they were very nice and immediately brewed coffee and filled the carafe.

Our door security lock was broken as well as the wardrobe doors and AC wasn’t cold.

Overall an ok hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Beds were horrible. Very uncomfotable. The frames made alot of noise.

Overall, it was a good stay and I have stayed there before so it was a surprise when I asked the front desk receptionist for an extra hour after checkout time and she said no. I have never had a hotel deny a customer an extra hour before so it was a new experience, nonetheless, I understand that there may have been constraints with an extra hour and I didn't know the impact of that ask. Other than that issue, the folks are very courteous and it was very close to many of the activities that I had to attend.

Nice place but Very disappointed that pool wasn’t open due the heater broken. Our granddaughter looked forward to swim after travel from Kansas.

The one thing we questioned but had no real impact on the fantastic stay was why the closet didn't have trim.

Very decent friendly staff and good breakfast

The place was clean. The only issues i had was the bed was hard. In the shower the spout would pull out of the wall when trying to turn the shower on. And the tv coloring was orange. Staff was great and it was clean.

Here to spend some time visiting my grands.

I was surprised that there was no room servicing anymore. I was able to snag some towels. I know the pandemic messed up a lot of things, but still surprises me.

One room was smoky. Exercise equipment on 2nd floor needs to be looked into.

Facility was clean and orderly. Room was clean, odor free.

I was comfortable staying at this property. Except for a slight foul smell from the carpet, I enjoyed my stay. Would come again.

We stay often in older hotels, however this one needs to be kept cleaner. Things were okay, but could be much more enjoyable in an environment that was cleanly and tidy.

The property was convenient and well cared for. However, the parking lot next door had folks setting off car alarms at 3am in the morning. During our 4 days there, we smelled overwhelming smells of Marijuana. It was on every floor.

It seems that this hotel house homeless residents also. My wife and I were in town for a leadership conference! We expected to get a good nights rest which did occur occasionally. The other times there was arguments, loud music, and loud discussions in the hallway! I stay in hotels all over this country and that’s certainly not the norm or acceptable!

Check in was easy. We arrived and easily got to our room. It was nice and quiet. Check out was just as easy.

It was good that the flooring was hard surface and the bathroom vanity was up dated. The staff was friendly.

The staff was very nice. The property was nice. The breakfast was horrible.

Worked with us to check in at 6am while driving through the night so we could get a couple hours of sleep. Nice staff and very welcoming. Hotel clean

Staff was VERY helpful and friendly, but the property smells off urine.

The area around was noisy all through the night also.

Room was very clean and quiet. Shower was better than most hotels. Beds were comfortable abs relaxing.

It was an ok stay. Staff was nice. Didn't like that I asked for a room on the 1st floor and was given a room on the 3rd floor and NO ONE called, txt'd or even emailed to let me know about that!!! But overall it was an ok stay.
