    The check-in was wonderful. The front desk clerk was attentive and responsive. Check out was a disaster. The front desk clerks did not acknowledge me, nor greet me. They need customer service training or perhaps work in another area of the hotel.

    It wasnt what it said online. The washer and dryer didnt work. You couldnt go through the lobby after a certain time. You had to go all the way around and go to the window to get service. My last time going there

    Checked in at 3am. Only 2 cars in the parking lot should have been the first clue. Front desk person clueless. She acted like she didn't know I was coming. Did not ask for ID or sign any paperwork. Asked if I wanted to pay cash or card. She was obviously upset and confused that I wanted to use cash. Handed me one single room key. No receipt. No little paper cover with the room number. No directions to how to get to the room. Room was disgusting. Dead roaches in the floor, mold in the shower, window blinds did not close all the way. Second room was even worse, plus the lock was broken. Refused to give me a refund, pointing to the sign that said refunds were not given after 10 minutes. I told her the only reason it took more than 10 minutes was because I had to make multiple trips back and forth to the lobby. I had to threaten to call the police before receiving a refund.

    Musty smell opening door. 2 rooms i took. Second room better. Killed a cockroach. Running under the bed across the room. Cigarette burns in bedding. Room taxes as much as room. Furniture worn. Slept with lights on . Security boy open carried a firearm. He needed a uniform and a security badge. Mentioned it was because of the prison was so close and people come here to visit prisoners.

    The rooms are spacious, i wasn't expecting to pay a deposit for the room i booked online through expedia so i felt blindsided by that and i was told i would gwt it refunded in the morning, but when we checked out we were told the refund would be in our account in an hour.     There's no elevator,I had to carry all my bags up 2 flights of stairs.i booked online and was told I still needed to pay a security deposit for what? I had a knee appointment on Friday the 26 th if may no elevator ever night I stayed a couple fought, slam doors,the place smell like weed, and piss.my sheets were nasty the hall floors were never vacuumed this place is horrible I want stay here again.when I checked out a day early the clerk still said what about the security deposit are u kidding me.dont stay here it's a 0 rating for me.

    This hotel is EXTREMELY over rated! The lady on duty, in the early morning, I assume was responsible for setting up the breakfast, could not have cared less about the stocking and more so an out the cleanliness of the breakfast area. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

    BEWARE of this property, the rooms are not cleaned very well, a lot of rusting in the rooms. This company took my deposit and will not give it back. They told me I had 7 days to get my deposit and they did not honor it. I don't know why it just didn't go back onto my card. Manager would not come out and talk, only sent her staff member that was very RUDE! I would advise anyone to steer clear of this property you will be disappointed. This property should be torn down or completely remodeled starting with the staff! I will not EVER come back here and will advise others as well.

    this place was a literal nightmare to stay at. online this place seems like a nice affordable inn close to atlanta, however, upon arrival you soon realize that this place is a shelter. when we first walked in we noticed that the room had not been cleaned as there were clothing and other personal items left behind. there is little to no light in the rooms and it smelled of mold. the air conditioning is on a timer at all times. the fridge is filled with water as it isn’t nearly cool enough for anything you put inside. there are ants roaches and plenty of other critters in the rooms. the back parking lot is a hang out for the “long stay residents” and is overall a scary and dark place to be. there are homeless people living here for $100 a month while tourist pay that price for the night. they don’t give guest any amenities as it is strictly for “long stay guest”. there are all types of people living there. we saw couples fighting, people pouring out grease from the food they cooked, a man you stalked my cousin and I that seems mentally challenged and much more. after the first night we talked to some people and realized that the manager of the hotel is also the manager of the gas station down the road and that this place was in fact a shelter. we decided that this place was not a good fit for us as two of the people in my party have cancer and are very ill. when we went to the front desk to cancel the rest of our nights they could not find the paperwork or any indication that

    Hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation. It took 3 hrs for the manager to finally agree to give us a room and it was filthy. Smelled like marijuana and poorly cleaned. Also charged a return key charge but there isn’t a place to place keys when you check out early in the morning. Horrible experience and inconvenience. Would never recommend.

    It was ok, however, you can tell that the room was not cleaned probably. There were roaches in the bathroom and when I opened the main door of the room a Tom of roaches scattered. The smoke detector was removed leaving exposed wires. The sheets had stains the pillowcases were dirty with black stains. The bed was comfortable but I was uncomfortable with the “cleanliness” of the room. Would not recommend. I would not stay here again.

    This was a last minute decision because the other hotel lost my reservation and I was kinda forced to stay here. They charge an extra $50 for a non smoking room, which you get back at check out but the bed sprwad had burn holes in it and the bathroom stains from cigarette burns on the sink and such. The sheets and blankets were nasty. Hard crusty stuff on the blankets. The room was nasty. The floor was dirty, room and bathroom. The staff were pleasant but the room was just gross. Nope won't be staying there again.

    The best is they charge a $50 deposit on the room & literally send someone to go & check the room to make sure nothing was taken before you can get it back at checkout. Yes, I'm going to take your sandpaper grit pillows & 10 thread count bed sheets & brillow pad towels!     It was one of the lower cost options in the area, but other than that, it was not a good experience. We requested a non-smoking room, but got one that smelled strongly of smoke. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets. There was water all over the floor in the bathroom of our second room. In the room above us someone was running back and forth and for hours. It was very loud and kept us awake until about 1:30am. The sound insulation between floors was not good. The continental breakfast was only packaged muffins and coffee. The exercise room was closed and full of old mattresses. I realize that the COVID pandemic had something to do with it, but the quality of the facilities and services did not match the photos online.

    I reserved a non smoking room, however I was put in a room that obviously was a smoking room. The beds and everything smelled horrible. I am not a smoker, which is why I requested to be added to a non smoking room. My clothes and everything was left smelling like cigarettes. Upon arrival, I wasn’t able to get inside the lobby.     I paid for 6 nights and the front desk staff wrote down 5 nights, it was verifiable in the computer but since their log mentioned 5 by mistake the girl at the front desk tried over and over to get me to pay for a night I already paid for. She had to call the hotel manger at 10:30pm from his home to come in and verify we had another night. It was verified after over an hour wait, but this was extreme incompetence on the hired helps part. The family who runs the hotel is nice, friendly, and professional. If you visit this hotel deal with the nice Indian family who runs the hotel. Any other staff will jump liked you scared them when you approach the front desk. Their too busy on their phones being distracted. Decent hotel, good location, great price, horrible staff other than the Indian family who runs it are awesome. They seem to care. It’s hard to hire anyone who cares in a stimulus unemployment economy. I felt bad for the owners of the hotel. I’m sure when unemployment being less than actually working exist again this hotel will be awesome again.

    I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Carpet was pulled up in places and pilled in stairway, nasty marks and stains all over walls, bathroom mirror busted, very big visable stains all over bedding, no coffee or cups for coffee maker, and very dingy. The only parking that was lit up or felt safe was at the front entrance. It was definitely not worth 83 dollars a night

    The housekeeping staff needs much improvement. I had to clean ashes off of the bedside table and there was a bag of yeah left by the last guest near the AC unit. Also the peel and stick flooring didn't stick. The floor was a major tripping hazard. But the sheets appeared to be clean. Not a fan of the weed smell that met me at the stairwell.

    My stay was awful the hotel was old and not well light in the hallways. They only had housekeeping for a limited time during the day. The front desk staff was very rude and thread to kick us out because you asked for fresh towels and bed linens. I would never stay here again and recommend hotels.com remove the from their property list.

    The room was a lil to pricey but not bad. Never seen the breakfast regardless of covid but understand. Door hardware was not on properly but the comnection to open the doors were long.

    because i was a night early i was treated rude by check n clerk. and when i was babysitting my 3 year old grand daughter she accidentally peed through her diaper, i asked the house keeper to change the sheet she said aw hell no. if you wanna change it i'll get you a sheet (i'm handicapped) i have too many rooms to do. i was not very happy, other than that everyone else was great

    This was about the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Hair was on the bedsheets, the ceiling needed several tiles replaced. The lady at the counter was nice, but didn’t give me a full replacement for my bed

    I stayed 2 nights and they did not come in and clean the room the second day. I came back to my room unmade bed and dirty towels still piled up on the bathroom floor. I had to go down to the front desk and get clean towels. I did not like my stay.

    ROACH found crawling on the wall 20mins after check-in & when reported to the front desk, the Staff insisted that they “don’t have bugs & he didn’t know where I was getting my pictured evidence from” so overall not very helpful & refused my refund. Went elsewhere

    Asked for a none smoking room the entire floor smelled of weed and cigarettes, the floors had not been swept before I checked in, both chairs in the room were nasty, the tub would fill up when I showered and I found roaches in the hotel. I left out the back door one afternoon and serval big trash bags where outside both doors and the dumpster was near by. I will never stay there again

    The room was not up to part. I remove the cover from the bedding and OMG. I reported to the front desk and she told the manager and they said it was nothing they can do about because we stayed the night there. Very disappointed. I will never stay there again.

    I was disappointed. The room was somewhat clean but cracks all over the walls. The shower curtain rod and toilet bowl were scary and had to be negotiated carefully. Breakfast was a joke. Never again. ☹
