I did not even get to stay at the motel due to getting there and being told the unit didn’t work so I went and got another motel and have had a damn headache trying to get my $50 refund back ridiculous

I arrived and the owner told me that he didn't have the room I reserved and so wanted me to pay for an upgrade. I told him I would find another hotel to stay in. If they don't have the room that I reserved then they should give me another room at no cost. Forcing someone to pay more is not how good customer service works.

The place is a mess. I didn't get any sleep. The people fighting in room next door. Loud music all night. No toilet paper. This is a very bad hotel. Seems like a lot of drugs and drama here.

The room was definitely neglected they were books that were killed on the wall that were not wiped down there were bugs in the room when they could have been treated easily they were no attempts to even clean the furniture cloth chairs would just left on uncovered it if she's a scrublish Russian white them down none of the furniture of match but that's no big deal but the management had a really nice attitude it was friendly

It was ok for the price. The staff was nice. Rooms were fine. Nothing exceptional,.but acceptable. Great stay to save money, and have a decent, quiet room.

Room was filthy. No one around. Only a bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper. Have pictures.
