This is an ok hotel. Nothing to write home about but the lady that works at the front desk is extremely rude!

Room had a smoking stench. Although it’s supposed to be a non smoking room. Carpet had stains

From 10:30 a lady was screaming to the top of her lungs screaming help 4 people beat her and stab her to death I started banging on the wall even went to the door and called the front desk before I called the police I called the police they never came to help her this lady scream and yelled damn near all night they started bangin on my door cus I told them my kids couldn't sleep and is everything okay

Holes in walls dirty room bathroom sink everything

No es un lugar familiar, todo el hotel huele a marihuana, es un lugar que solo lo usan como matadero. Ni se les ocurra ir con niños a este hotel por favor!!.

El baño estava sucio las cobijas manchadas con sangre y la cama esta quebrada la verdad pesimo lugar

I know sometimes you get wat you paid for but damn at least have it looked like a hotel instead of a trap house

Do not book! The staff is very racist, the hotel is the most ghetto hotel I’ve seen yet in Atlanta and they will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in at 3pm on the dot. Worst hotel ever, shouldn’t even be on Expedia honestly!

The front desk staff are horrible.

I did not have a good experience!… checked in to my room and it looked like someone just hopped out the bed…. Room didn’t look clean had a weird smell and bed wasn’t made!…. Needless to say we left!… not sure if I’m gonna be refunded for it or not!

This shouldn't be an option on here is dirty , nasty, bugs , i left out that nasty room and slept in my car . Blood everywhere, no towels, shower was nasty with mold, bugs, writing on the walls , its was an complete mess I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP !

The room was non smoking but smelled terrible and was not cleaned at all the shower was full of water like someone had just took a shower

The worst hotel. They had no washclothes and towels. No microwave the bed consisted of only a mattress on a frame no head or footboard. Water all over the floor

Property looks deteriorated and the room itself felt dirty and unkempt. Not staying there again.

Bedbug shells all over the mattress. Room smelt like mildew, everything’s is old and dirty.

My room was horrible bathroom wasn’t clean for my sheets

there was writing all over the wall/door, the bathroom door had punch marks all over it, there were random wrappers stuck to the front of the dresser, and there were hardly any lights on in the hallway

The worst experience ever! I called the hotel to inform that I’ll arrive after 12am, they indicated that it’s ok. When I arrived they had canceled my reservation I had to pay again. The room was dirty the bed was just awful ! I’ll never will stay in this hotel again. Definitely won’t recommend it

I booked my reservations a month ago and they didn't have my room available upon check-in. It took 4 people to finally get my room for the week. The room had hair (human) everywhere. I finally got fresh towels and sheets on 5 day with me asking. THEY should offer washcloths with bath towels.

Horrible location. Had to drive 15 minutes for food location is on a 1 way frontage road. Beds are very small. Just a bad place

Once you walk in into the building you immediately get disappointed and realize this is the kind of hotel that drug fiends I se to stay for like a weekly fee or something like that. The sink and the mirror area were totally disgusting. Like no amount of cleaning products would make it look presentable. The shower and the toilet were super tiny and dirty as well. The shower tub even had one of those not so sanitary plastic mats inside. The room was advertised as having a bed that would fit 2 adults and a child… it was a full bed. Overall the place looks terrible. We only went there to sleep for a bit and continue our trip

First the place looks like a prison inside and outside. Then, when I give them my info they try to charge me again as apparently their system is not connected to hotels.com... they call a manager after I show them all the evidence that I paid and he finally says “just give him a key and some towels it’s whatever”. This dude gives me my key then goes back to this weird room behind the counter pulls out a cardboard box and hands me my towels out of it... I got to my room there was used towels on the ground and on the sink and hanging from the shower curtains. I paid for queen bed but my bed was barely a twin, had the worst sleep ever. AC was broken no matter how cold I set it it was still warm in the room. Carpets dirty, stinky hallways and stinky room. Dirtiest place I’ve been in a long time. If you have to choose between this or a motel, go for the motel any day. Anyways, terrible experience all around.

Smelled like cigarette a lot.

The room that I had was in terrible shape they charged me a dollar if I lost my key and then allowed one of their guests to beat on my car harass me you haven't screamed and tried to fight me in the parking lot and no security or nobody came out to try and stop it nor did they do anything about it afterwards so I left

The stay was not so good. The water wouldn’t get hot in the room and when I told the people at the front desk, they were agressive. Do not recommend.

It was a nice comfortable stay

My room looked like someone was squatting there right before i there. There was only one towel. No face cloths. No floor towel for the shower. No too sheet on the bed. Dirty blanket. Worst hotel experience in a while. Dont stay here.

rooms were set up like the 80’s building smells terrible

Enjoyed the stay I was skeptical at 1st because how it looks on the outside but they gave great customer service and the room was nice and clean and spacious. I will book again.

No good

Had to ask for extra towels. No microwave in room. Cigarette smell when you walk inside the room. Bathroom sink & powder room looked dirty. No local tv channels. Hotel needs to be updated. Ya get what cha pay for!!!

The location in the area is great

If you are driving they are right off 85 so it’s easy to get to. As far as the negative reviews they haven’t been in a while and need to check them out because I had a totally different experience. Whatever management is doing has definitely mitigated all the previous issues

I came back to my room Sunday afternoon to all of my belongings gone. No toothbrush no wash rags no clothes no money. I reported to the person on duty and he told me they made a mistake and I would get my stuff back soon. I had to wait over 18 hours to get my stuff. I wasn’t able to do anything that day because I had no clothes or money

Once again the staff and facilities the best bargain I have found in the Atlanta area.
